This class is really hard if you have a habit of missing class, and not studying. A quiz every class that require studying and the exams are difficult, tricky questions that all the answers are right, but which is the most right? On the plus side you can argue about the answers, and if you go to class every time you get extra credit at the end.

TAKE HIS CLASS! Great guy, always willing to answer questions. I almost got an A, and hardly read the book. If you go to class and listen to what he says, and actually read the book, you can get an A. The trick on the exams is knowing what the BEST answer is, and if you go to class you will know how to answer the questions.

Very helpful and clear lectures that were fun to listen to. Very funny and caring guy. His exams are hard but if you do the practice problems they help a lot. His paper he assigns is very easy too. Just go to class or you wont do well

Bus. Law isnt an easy course in general, but Prof Rich taught it course well. Lectures were long & could get boring but he does try to add real world examples into the lessons. Exams required respondus & were hard but as long as you studied the PowerPoints youd be okay. Overall he is a good guy & if you show up & work hard, he will help you succeed

Professor rich himself was a very nice person but his class was decently challenging and fairly uninteresting. The lectures are very dull and the test are choose the best answer which is challenging in itself.

Take notes and do the study guides, it will save you. There were two lectures a week, 2 quizzes every Sunday, and 3 exams. Lectures are long, and only certain parts are interesting. He knows his stuff and is unbiased. One term essay to write based on a movie from a list he provides. Not too hard. I should've applied myself more for a better grade.

He was a great professor. The material isn't very hard. 2 lectures per week and 2 quizzes. One 2500 word essay about a movie, was graded pretty easy. I suggest going to his lectures if you don't learn on your own.

This is a great professor. He is a lawyer too, which is cool. I learned a lot from this class and from him. He is very kind and approachable to those who need help. The subject can be difficult at times but he provides great resources for each chapter that you are tested on.

Lecture based class, suggests to buy the textbook but don't we haven't used or referred to it once. Unless struggling that may help. 3 Major Exams and 1 Essay w/ weekly quizzes. Attendance is looked at some point, but not enforced per se. Study hard and apply yourself and you'll get the desired grade you want.

Overall good professor, just beware of the 2,500 word paper at the end of the semester and don't put it off. His exams are based on his lectures and his quizzes are based on the textbook chapters. The textbook is not free. When you take your exams, you are recorded with sound and you have to download a lockdown browser for the exams.

Quizzes every week, with three exams total. The final paper is 2.5k words long and is basically a review of a law movie given from a list. Encourages questions during lectures. Attendance is not required and all tests are online using monitoring software. The textbook can be found online for free.

Professor Rich is a wonderful professor. It is quiz heavy—you have 2-3 quizzes every week, but they are SUPER easy & you can use notes. 3 exams & NO FINAL EXAM! Very funny & uses current events such as Will Smith smacking Chris Rock. I wish more people laughed. He is accessible outside of class & very nice to talk to. 10/10 and I recommend taking!

I would say there is a lot of material to learn. His lectures can be boring, and he adds so many slides. The best way to try to pass is by showing up and reviewing the slides. He does post study guides, which is helpful, but I still found the material very hard. Each exam has 50 questions and you need a lockdown browser

I liked him. He was very relevant in how he presents recent events relating to business law. Like the Cracker Barrel logo change. And he is cool. But he goes too fast sometimes, and he is test-heavy. I would have passed if I had done better. And I learned more from this class than from other classes this semester. Overall, he's cool. I liked him.
