This class is great! I took it during the summer and we only had 4 exams and no quizes or homework. We didn't even have to take the final!! His lectures are great and he really likes a heated debate. Come to class, engage in the lecture and you should do just fine!! And he's kinda cute! :)

This was an awesome class! Bryan is an awesome guy! 3 tests, all take home and there wasn't a final. NO PAPERS! lectures are interesing and you learn stuff that you will never forget. EASY A!

He's a great, chill, lax instructor. The class was interesting. The only thing I didn't like was towards the end, he taught his opinion. A class like this should be taught as objectively as possible, and he faltered quite a bit at the end on that. However, he's still awesome, and if you get the chance, take his class.

Maybe my favorite Professor of all time. He is really interested in the subject and it shows. I would highly recommend Mr. Lovelace as Prof of the Year if there was a contest. Thank you, I learned so much

Tests are online and open book. He does give quizzes and assignments (you complete these on blackboard), but you have all semester to complete them. Attendance counts as a large portion of your grade; however, i never went to class and I still received full credit. Easiest class ever.

This class is insanely easy. He takes attendance, so you have to go to class, but the topics we cover are very interesting. There's NO final and NO papers. There are 3 quizzes that are all on Blackboard. Not hard, plus he reviews with you prior to releasing the test online. He's very nice, and you can tell that he loves to teach.

Wonderful professor, insanly easy. It was a very interesting class, which keeps you entertained,and he is very passionate about this class.He goes over the quizzes before and everything is open book/notes. PP always online. If you dont make an A you wouldnt have made it past 1st grade.

Prof. Lovelace's class is most useful course taught in the history of the universe. Yes, I typed it. You read it. Now take the course. Actually make the effort and go to class because the instructor is a wonderful teacher and the material he covers is fascinating.

Insanely easy. The class is the professor's opinion with a really good & interesting textbook on top. As long as you don't mind the preach-ness of the lecture (which you don't really have to go to) it's an easy A class. The book has a lot of good stuff in it-- read it!

Probably the easiest class you'll have in your college career. He cuts you a lot of slack & is aware that he is doing so. Just show some respect & actually listen to his lectures. He may know that his class is easy, but he is still passionate about the subject matter & deserves your attn. Only 3 online quizzes. Just take notes for the quiz reviews

The class was wicked easy. If you show up, you'll get an A. The 'review' for the test is really important. ;)

Easiest class I have ever taken in my life! and it is so interesting! He cares about the subject! He gives you many opportunities to get a good grade. Attendance is important. If you show up to all classes you will get an A.

The best instructor at UNT. I loved this course very much. It opened up my mind to a whole new perspective of life and how we base our decisions on it.

NO FINAL but there are 2 tests and 3 or 4 quizzes. Allows 3 absences but more than that costs you one letter grade per absence. Doesn't mind lateness & lets class out early. Reviews test answers in class before posting it on BB & quizzes are only a few questions. This class couldn't be easier but its also very interesting so pay attention in class!

Weirdest class I have ever taken but it was really cool! Lovelace is WAY too nice and will let you answer pretty much anything and will give you an A for it. Only thing is you can only miss 3 times! Class always lets out at least 20 minutes early, if not more. DON'T GET THE BOOK, he posts the chapters online. Some awkward debates do occur.

Best teacher ever! You have to TRY to get even a B. Attendance is mandatory but he'll take any note to excuse an absence. Don't be a jerk and sit on your phone in class, pay attention because he loves conversation and he just a super cool guy! Wish I could take him again!

Great guy and professor. Class way way way too easy, like almost stupid easy. It's nice for a GPA boost and I learned a lot but this class has a 0 difficulty level.

It's funny how he has a "hot rating" pepper.. But seriously this guy is pretty awesome. He is VERY passionate about astrology and scientific facts. He is very anti religion and basically thinks people who believe in God (including me) are a sham BUT I don't take him personally and neither should you. He likes people speaking up so do that. Easy A!

Such a cool professor! His lectures are really interesting, definitely not many classes like his. He's not afraid to voice his opinions on a variety of topics. Even though attendance is mandatory, the class is worth showing up to. He's willing to work with students to help them get an A in the class.

Great professor and interesting subject. Go to class, pay attention, and be respectful; if you do these, you and the professor will have a great time. The class is an easy A and Lovelace is laid back, and he especially likes when people participate. For the reading assignments, he posts the chapters online, so it's not necessary to buy the book.

If you go to class everyday and pay attention you'll really get a lot out of this class. It'll change the way you think about everything in life. He is a skeptic so be aware but he's a really sweet caring professor. and well, I'll just say he has blue eyes so... yeah.

Like everyone else has said, this is the easiest class you will ever take in college. He does have a "only three absences" policy, but as long as you're in class, you'll get an A. He literally gives out the answers of the three exams if you show up. Reading Assignments are completion grades. I promise you, it's the easiest A you'll ever receive.

Seriously the easiest class on campus. The only downside is that the only times for his class are 8AM and 7PM (at least when I had him). I took the 8AM and I'll admit it was hard to stay awake sometimes. This class isn't demanding at all, you have to TRY to fail, so you can just sit back and listen with no worries and come out with an A+.

Lectures are phenomenal and professor is extremely interesting. Nice class to ease the mind and allows flexibility when taking other hard cord sciences. Show up, listen and pass pretty much. BUT, you WILL get wrapped into the lecture. Extremely interesting and entertaining. Good prof, good subject. Thoroughly enjoyed. Don't really need the book.

This class is an easy A, but it is also an extremely interesting subject. Professor Lovelace is very knowledgeable and willing to help students with anything they need.

One of the easiest classes on campus. Interesting subject and all you have to do is show up to get an A. But, attendance is MANDATORY.

Religious people won't like this class or professor. He makes you doubt everything you believe in and it's uncomfortable at first but truly life changing. Yes it's an easy A and all but the topics discussed are thought provoking and never boring. This should be a mandatory class for all students! Highly recommend, wish I could retake again

Class is beyond interesting. No need to take notes. Professor states at start of course that he would prefer you focus on lecture rather than take notes. Reviews quiz in class before you take it online. Must show up to class. If you have 3+ unexcused absences he will drop you a letter grade. Currently only has 8 am or 6 pm class times.

I took this class as an elective to fill out credit hours but I am so glad I picked Prof. Lovelace! This class was far from my major but it was definitely interesting and super easy. I highly recommend this class, it will definitely expand your thinking and you'll pass with flying colors.

No essays, no exams, no problems! Easy quizzes after every unit (about 4) with about 5 questions and answers are provided in a PDF of the textbook. Every test is online and answers are provided for tests.

He's very into the weird behavior topic. He loves students engaging in the conversation. Quizzes are straight out of the book. Very easy class but he does take attendance and will deduct if you miss too much.

Have taken Lovelace for both of his weird behavior classes and wish he had another one! In 4 years at UNT probably the most stress-free and interesting classes I've taken.

Professor Lovelace is a great lecturer, doesn't give out ANY paper take-home work. As long as you have a laptop/tablet/phone in class, you will be able to follow along easily. I didn't take notes because most of the stuff was very interesting and easily memorable. He is very easy to talk to about grades, and will make sure everyone is up to date.

Another rare professor. You need to attend class, and purchase the programs he tells you to but he makes life so freaking simple. You will see.

One of the easiest classes I've ever taken! He puts the book online and everything is due at the end of the semester. Attendance is mandatory, but his class is super interesting and hits topics like Flat Earthers and horoscopes and such that make you want to be there!

Very easy elective class! Attendance is mandatory, and you only get a couple of unexcused absences in the semester. Mr. Lovelace is a really easy going guy and he understands that students are tired/busy/etc., so his class is just literally him lecturing with some participation required. Highly recommend, zero stress from this class.

IF YOU OFFEND EASY, AVOID! If not, Lovelace is super awesome. His lectures are interesting and homework/quizzes are easy. Great class for easy elective and you will enjoy going.

One of the easiest classes I took for the Summer semester. He puts all assignments and books online thru TopHat, so you do have to purchase access. Attendance wasn't mandatory but he put attendance for extra credit. His class is super interesting and will be taking the part two of this class. If you're easily offended, don't take his class. 10/10!

This class will make you think about everything. I love that he isn't afraid to critically evaluate ideas that most people would be too afraid to question. He is not anti-theist as some have claimed but he does criticize bad ideas. If you go to class you will learn a lot, and you will get a good grade. Highly recommended!

This has been an interesting experience for me. Bryan is what I would call a classical liberal. He promotes values of the enlightenment which is refreshing to tbh. Bryan does a good job navigating topics that most people avoid talking about. This class is fun so far.

Bryan is a great professor who really knows and cares about the content of his course. Every class is super interesting and it still felt proper and enjoyable online. Expect to pay for TopHat for the textbook and assignments, but its worth it.

This class was amazing, and Prof Lovelace is absolutely amazing! I have enrolled in the second semester of the course, and I can't wait. He is incredibly funny, and the lectures are really interesting and enjoyable!

Easiest adv. elective I have ever taken. He is super understanding and if you read the chapter(not long chapters at all) you WILL get and A in the class. He had bonus questions on quizzes that counted as extra credit. Super interesting lectures that made you think outside the box but never difficult questions.

One of the best professors I have had in a while. Take him and you won't regret it, I promise!

Best professor that the school has, but barely gets any recognition on it. Everyone needs to be taking classes like his. We need to show support to the good teachers still left.

Extremely easy advanced elective that you absolutely should take with Lovelace. Attendance is extra credit and you could potentially skip every class and still make an A. Only complaint was that the textbook and work was all on Tophat so you do have to purchase to gain access. This is a must take class if you need a GPA booster.

Take this class if you want an easy A. You will have to purchase the book through TopHat and all your assignments will be there. They were all super easy and he gives answers to quizzes in class if you go. You get points for going to class and answering easy in-class questions. His lectures were pretty interesting and engaging as well!

TAKE THIS CLASS. Dr. Lovelace is an actual behavior analyst. His lectures are informative and he is hilarious. I had this class at 8AM and still came every day because I was actually interested in the class. You are allowed 3 unexcused absences and after that your letter grade goes down by one for every absence.

If you do not like stress, please take this class. Easiest A without even doing the bare minimum. Also the professor is very outspoken and interesting. At the beginning of the semester, he did say that one needed to be open minded while taking the class. As in open to all ideas. So those bashing him here are probably one sided. He's really cool.

Class was very easy, instructions are clear, and instructor is very fast with email responses. Just show up to class and at least listen to instructions. People continue to ask the same questions about assignments at least 5 times each lecture. Easiest class, but there will always be a person that finds a reason to complain about this class.

Amazing professor! This class was extremely easy to begin with, and Professor Lovelace made it even better. You will need the book via Tophat and show up to the lectures, but trust me you won't regret it. Take this is you can!

Took both of his classes online and they are absolutely amazing. He makes it so interesting and even though the first portion of the class was an 8 am I was excited to wake up for it. I definitely recommend both of his courses to anyone.

Prof Lovelace gives some of the most intellectually stimulating lectures I have ever attended. He is super relaxed with attendance, though he implied to "read between the lines" regarding his attendance policy and I never quite got what that meant. Pretty responsive, and he is very very funny. You will not leave his class in a bad mood EVER.

I LOVED THIS CLASS! If you need an easy A elective take this course. It is super interesting and SOOO easy. I put literally no effort into this course and got an A+. He is so nice and funny and I am so glad he was my professor. I am hoping to take part 2 of the course (BEHV 4900) soon! :)

It is impossible to fail Lovelace's weird behavior courses AS LONG AS YOU GO! His attendance policy is if you have 3 unexcused absences he drops your grade a letter point. I don't know if that's an empty threat or not because his lectures are so funny I never miss them. He is very lenient with assignments (there are barely any) and extra credit.

This is probably the easiest elective offered at UNT. Provided you attend his lectures, there is no reason you should get less than an A in this class. Prof Lovelace makes this class entertaining, informative, and hilarious so attending lectures was quite enjoyable.

Yes this class is easy, but it's also extremely fun. Varied material every lecture and nearly everyone is participating. I think people took a lot of beneficial ideas from this class and was very pleased. He tells us to think critically, and explains how to do it. The lectures are full of nuance and spirited debate!

I would take the class again just to do it. He will ask in class point-blank quizzing but the manner in which it is done is fun. I would highly recommend this class.

Impossible to fail this class, just attend the lectures. Lovelace is a great lecturer and he's hilarious. Definitely take this class if you need an easy A. My only complaint is you will have to pay $70 for TopHat because he doesn't use canvas for grading or class materials. Would've definitely taken him again if I wasn't graduating this semester.

Professor Bryan is my favorite professor! His class is so interesting, he knows a lot and you can easily understand that. There are in-class questions so attendance matters. His exams are online and pretty doable! I would love to take another class w him!

Professor Lovelace is incredible. He is hilarious and very knowledgeable. The class was over Zoom and he does ask for attendance. He will also do some questions for a grade during the Zoom. So as long as you attend the Zoom, you will probably get a 100%. PS: he accepts late work :)

He's a good professor when it comes to learning about what's going on with the world and seeing things in a different point of view. You can't fail his class at all, he wants you to pass. He does take attendance for his class, but will also excuse your absence when you tell him.

Lovelace is an amazing guy, both BEHV 3200 and 4900 are an absolute breeze to get an A in and extremely interesting. Take his classes!

Super laid back. Light coursework and assignments are simple and straightforward. You're guaranteed an A in his class. Has really engaging lectures. Teaches for the love of the subject rather than to slap a grade on a student and call it a day. Take his class, you won't regret it!

This professor clearly cares about what he is teaching, and in terms of online classes, I don't think I've ever had a better experience. If you want an interesting class for some type of elective credit, this is absolutely the class for you. The material is incredibly interesting, and I will absolutely be applying what I learned in the real world.
