This is a HARD class but Brother Woodfield helped me get a good grade. He gave REALLY great study guides for the tests so I could focus on what to study. There were things about the actual class that were frustrating, but he felt the frustration too and helped us through it. If I had to take the class again (heaven help me) he'd be my pick.

Brother Woodfield is awesome. He is always available to answer questions. This class is so tough but he does his best to make it manageable and give as much help as he can. He is funny and encouraging and I appreciate his knowledge of the material.

Brother Woodfield is a very supportive and helpful teacher. He gives a lot of opportunities to make up when we fall behind and offers his time and help. The difficulty of the course came from a lack of provided information, and knowledge required on tests and quizzes that was not available in the reading. That is not Brother Woodfield's fault.

He helps clear the clutter in your mind with very well-presented study sessions and also offers extra-credit options. I would highly recommend taking this class from him.

Bro. Woodfield is a really caring instructor. He tries to help you in every possible way to pass the class. Really good at giving feedback and grades quickly. Communicates early in the week and often throughout. Lots of reading and memorization to do for the exams. Exams are proctored, weekly quizzes are able to multiple tiems. XC opportunities.

It's my 3rd year doing BYU-I online and Brother Woodfield is by far my best instructor yet! He's been extremely kind and helpful! Although the course material is really hard, Brother Woodfield does all that he can to help you succeed. He goes above and beyond what is required of him. His test review sessions and exam study guides are awesome!

This course is very tough. Bro Woodfield helps his students by giving them extra chances on quizzes and making them more points to help offpit the super heavy grades put on tests. Brother Woodfield is the best professor at BYU-I hands down. I have been up here since 2015 and haven't met one that comes close. he really cares about his students, explains things in a way that makes sense, he has a fun sense of humor, and even records his lectures for the days you cant make it to class! 10/10, will recommend all day long.

He knows that so he is very blunt and helpful with what we need to know and do. He teaches well and he will meet you halfway. One of my favorite teachers even though this class was so hard.

Bro Woodfield was a blast. He took the so- called "beast of a class" and made it simple yet fun. He had some great stories to tell. He has experience to back him as a PT. He had plentty of extra credit opportunities. I only wish he taught more classes!

I was scared to take Anat and Phys but Brother Woodfield is amazing! He prepares students for the tests by telling us exactly what we need to study. He is really good at explaning difficult concepts so they are clear and simple. It's obvious that he loves teaching and loves the students by the way he interacts with us. 10/10 would recommend!

Favorite professor. He is very good at simplifying complicated material. He also just teaches us what we need to know for tests, no extra fluff. His extra credit actually helps you better understand what's being taught and isn't random inapplicable material. The exams are hard, but he prepares you pretty well. Put in time yourself!

I would not have passed this class without Brother Woodfield. He makes a very difficult subject do-able, he explains everything clearly, and he assigns very little work so you can focus on preparing for tests how you want to. Especially his reviews, by studying exactly what he taught in review sessions, I got over 90% on every test

He goes out of his way to make sure students understand the material and concepts. He keeps things very simple so that you don't get confused. He does very well at explaining hard subjects and if you're willing to do the reading and go to class, you can get a pretty good grade as well. He also has a good sense of humor and makes class fun. He was a pretty good teacher, a lot of people did well in his class. I don't think he is good at actually teaching the subjects though. Sometimes he will just read off the slideshow. He even told us to go to other teachers' classes. But I think if you put in the work you can really do awesome in his class.

Bro W is honestly the sweetest funniest guy ever. He is super sweet and understanding, i had a surgery during the semester and he extended my test. Not my favorite professor just because of how fast he teaches. However, that is kind of a given for bio 264. There is so much to learn in a short time. He does his best and has lots of jokes. I loved this class. We had a few subs and were able to see the teaching method of different professors. Bro. Woodfield is by far the best! The class is somewhat difficult if it is one of your first college courses, but doable. READ the chapters and take fantastic notes.

You have to work hard for this class and he helps you, textbook reading is extremely important and good notes will help you pass the class. He sometimes goes off topic and he knows. Professor Woodfield is so funny and always keeps his lectures fun and never seem too long. He uses slides that he made to teach the entire course and simplified drawings of diagrams. I didn't even need the textbook. He goes fast but will slow down if you have a question. I would 100% take a class from him again!

He is very accessible outside of class, and very willing to work with you in special circumstances. Brother Woodfield was a great lab instructor! There are SO many terms to memorize but don't panic because you can do it! Make sure to break up the terms and memorize them each day. Bro. Woodfield will teach all of them in class but there is a quiz at the end so you'll want to have them memorized before class. I highly recommend Woodfield for Lab!

Brother Woodfield is by far the best teacher in the Biology department. He shows that he cares about you individually in such a huge class. His mini quizzes each week will help you be prepared with his exams. He explains things thoroughly which was nice for me just entering into biology class realm.

Brother Woodfield was so awesome. The class was always fun and engaging, he works with you both in class and outside on the end-of-week quizzes. There are quizzes at the end of the lab and it is essential to go to class, but take notes and read through the material before, there is way too much for you to learn in the two hours of the lab.

Bryce Woodfield is the most loving and humble professor I have had. He cares about you and your progress in class. He is a part-time professor and full-time physical therapist, which shows how much he loves and cares about teaching. He is busy, but he will make time for you if you need it.

He does the lab differently than most other professors. He teaches you the material you need to know for the quiz that week in class instead of having to learn it on your own and then just take the quiz the following week. It helped way better visually, and he had amazing TAs.

264 Lab is not your typical 1-credit class. The material is easy, but it requires a lot of memorization (budget for 10hrs/wk). You learn all the bones and muscles in the body. Bro. Woodfield is great, he points out the terms on the models clearly, has amazing TAs, and you can tell he really cares about the students.

BIO 264 can be a hard class, but Brother Woodfield is a AMAZING professor. He made everything very easy to understand and was always willing to help you and go over exams with you. BIO 264 is no joke, it's the most dropped class of campus, but I wouldn't take this class from anyone else. He makes this class not only doable but enjoyable. Brother Woodfield really cares about his students. His class is very test heavy so beware of that. Attendance is not required so if you wanted to you could watch all the recordings and be fine. I loved his humor and his stories.

Brother Woodfield is SO great. He knew everyone's name before we even got into the lab and he used it often when calling on us or talking to us to show he knew us and that he cared. If we had questions he was so kind to explain it. He responds quick to emails and is so willing to extend due dates and reopen quiz's. Recommend highly.

This was a great class. Brother Woodfield made things easy to understand and also fun at the same time. I learned a lot from him and there honestly wasn't too much work outside of class unless you really need extra help with things. Overall, I would definitely recommend him as a teacher.
