I had her for express College Algebra. The more you solve your homework the better you'll be on her tests. She writes her own tests and it's fairly solvable. She has a comprehensive final but you just need to look over you previous tests and you'll do just fine!

You are all idiots... if you think she is going too fast, all you have to do is raise your hand and tell her. She is very helpful whenever you have a question. I'm not very good at math and I made an A and so did my boyfriend.

She rocks! I still remember her as being my best Math teacher. I am just finishing College Algebra and I wish I could have taken her for that class. She does assign home work and it helps keep your grade up if you have issues on a test.

If you need outside class help, go to her OFFICE HOURS, NOT the math lab... she is WAY more helpful than the math lab. She gives homework assignments to help your grade (and you can always get help with them) No quizzes, general reviews before tests... she won't tell you exactly what questions will be on tests, but she tells you material.

I had her for a summer mester and there is no way that I could have learned all that algebra stuff so fast if it hadn't had a good tacher. math is not my forte' but I mad an A in her class. she is very friendly and if you catch her in her office hourse she is way helpfull. she is great. take her if you can.

I always recommend her to anyone who's bad at math. She was the only math teacher I've EVER had who could actually get down to my level and figure out WHY I didn't understand, rather than just showing or repeating the same thing over and over. When I finished her class, I really understood algebra.

She is a very upbeat, charming teacher. She is very clear with her teaching skills, and is very helpful when you don't understand something. Pretty lenient. You must do homework and study to do well in this class.

Kenyon is upbeat and overall a happy person. She is very professional and tries to stick to the lesson. She can be helpful if she has time (it is hard to catch her during office hours). The only advice I tell you is STUDY STUDY STUDY!!!!!

i thought her college algebra was easy. go to class she explains slowly so anyone who pays attention should understand and do most the homework and you'll easily make an A

This was probably the first Math class that I actually understood. She made math make sense. I would take her again if I were to need another math class. Uses book for homework and excercise problems.

Best math teacher I've ever had. Has a great style of teaching and is available for her students. She actually seemed to care whether we were "getting" it.

She's good at communicating the information, and she's got a good sense of humor. Don't be afraid to ask questions in class--she will stop and explain a concept to you if you're not getting it. But be warned: she makes the weirdest faces without meaning to (buggy eyes, sticking out her tongue, etc.) For me, it's distracting. For others, maybe not.

Professor Kenyan is very involved with students learning. She is very fair and honest in test prep and grading. I do not like math as a subject and she turned around my whole thought process so I could make it through this extremely hard course. If you study and go to class and turn in homework you will love her.

She is more than helpful and her tests are homework questions. I hadn't had algebra since high school. She finally made math makes since. Grades homework and I found that she gives 1/2 credit when setting probs up right. I wish she taught stats. Do your work and don't slack off or use your cell phone in class. Be respectful and she will be too...

My major is nursing so I needed at Statistics teacher that would be clear, helpful, knowledgable and as easy as a stat teacher can be considering the material. Kenyon is WONDERFUL and cares about the student. She even types up notes for each chapter to help us get the important points. If you do the work and show up you will get an A.

This professor is very intereted in the success of each student. She is extremely helpful and easy to talk to. Explains everything with great clarity.

Awesome professor with a degree in Stats and knows what she's talking about. Professors user her notes! Physical textbook not required if you have the Math Lab. Seriously, take her!

Best stats teacher ever!!!! Almost half our class made A's!!!! You don't need a book just the mathlab and she cares about her students understanding the material. I recommend this teacher!

Prof Kenyon is a really great math teacher! Shes extremely helpful and will do all she can to make you understand all the concepts. Also Its easy to ask questions in her class because she encourages it so no one feels awkward asking. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Shes got some cute humor too =) I wish she taught calculus!

She was an AMAZING teacher! This was my second time having to take Stats, because I did not have a good teacher the first time, and she made it clear, easy, and fun. This was one of the best classes I have been in at Collin College. We were free to talk and have fun while learning. I made a B and couldn't be happier! I'd reccomend her to ANYONE!!

This was the best class I have ever taken adn probably one of the easiest. Prof Kenyon makes statistics easy even for people who aren't good at math. She teaches you how to do everything on the calculator so you wont do anything by hand or using formulas (except z-scores). I highly recommend her. She was the best professor I've ever had.

This teacher knows her stuff, and she is very willing to meet with you. I do not suggest taking a math class online if you have been out of the game for a minute. She does take a long time to grade items, but her tests are just like her reviews, so if you can do them, you will do well.

Took her online course, and although I'm not very good at math, she is very helpful. She responds quickly and is very clear with directions. Work was not overwhelming. Overall, I really enjoyed her, and would recommend her to anybody!

This is actually the first math class I enjoyed. Mrs Kenyon is a very helpful teacher! she explains everything very clearly until everyone gets it. her assignments on course compass have unlimited trials so you can do them until you get a perfect score. her tests come directly from her labs. she is also very nice!

Very easy as long as you show up for class and do the work. Makes sure you understand concepts. Unlimited attempts at homework and shows you how to do EVERYTHING on the calculator so no nasty formulas! Loved her.

Took online and had zero problems. Great course layout and very forgiving try until you get it right policy.

Pros: Explains everything well. Study guide very similar to test. No need to buy book, just MML. Answers emails quickly, and is available for help in her office. Cons: Arrived late and dismissed class late. Spends more time on easy concepts rather than on the more difficult ones. The pros do outweigh the cons, so I plan on taking Stats with her.

Wonderfully laid out online class! Gives you notes, try til you get it right on homework and several tries on other work. Test reviews are great. Quick w responses via e-mail. Makes a hard topic easy to follow and tells you what you need to know. Highly recommend her!

I survived Stats! Very organized online class through Pearson online class portal. Good instructions and supportive materials. Heavy use of graphing calculator but she helped with learning functions when stuck. Tests in Testing Center and supplies formula chart for tests.

I DISLIKED math coming into her class, but Kenyon made actually math fun and interesting. I took her for College Algebra & Statistics. She's very clear and explains evreything well. Unlimited tries on the online homework until you make 100%. She's the BEST math instructor I have had! The book is not needed. Her notes are well prepared & organized!

If you need stats and a good grade on it, this is the teacher for you. No textbook, she lets you have unlimited tries on mymathlab to get 100, test are just like the reviews, shes very picky on labs but lets you share answers with classmates, final exam may be tricky. Overall, she wants you to have an A, no matter how stubborn and cranky she gets.

Took online Stats and then online Algebra the next semester. Very organized and good study guides. Online homework/quizzes then exams in testing center. Drops some of lowest scores on quizzes/homework. Tests were hard but formula sheets were furnished. Study and you can get an A. Responsive when you e-mail. She wants her students to succceed!

She is amazing!!!! She keeps things simple. Her tests are easier than the labs. The labs you have the chance to check with other classmates and her before turning it in. She posts test reviews and they are very helpful. She teaches by giving examples, so you barely use formulas. I never used the formula chart for the tests because its not necessary

She's an awesome teacher, but man, she is serious about not using pen on tests. Despite taking the test and everything, she slapped it on my desk after grading it with a big fat 0. USE PENCIL ON EVERYTHING! She's a Nazi. Kind of stupid if you ask me. I understood the concepts. That's all that matters, right?

took math 1350 from her. it was her first time teaching it and she was ridiculous. Teaches at the slowest pace and assigned uneccessary projects. accumulative final. never opened my textbook. several group projects. easy tests and weekly hw.

Prof. Kenyon has an arsenal of resources online to help you and provides detailed notes, powerpoints, section overviews and reviews. My only complaint is that the tests have very few questions so you miss 2 or 3 questions and you no longer have an A.

I am not good at math but she works with students and really wants them to succeed. I'll probably end up getting a B overall and I feel like she enabled me to be successful in this class. DO take her. She is one in a million.

If you study every week all the assigned pages of the book and do all the homework and labs you will get an A. Her tests were not difficult at all.

ONLINE CLASS. I've always been HORRIBLE at math, so I decided to do this class online. BEST DECISION I'VE EVER MADE. The videos explained the concept so well and you can "ask for help" for step by step instructions if you're confused. It was easy at the beginning and got harder as it went. Never made above a 70 in a math class until now.

There's no way NOT to pass her online class. You get unlimited chances on homework's, 2 chances on quizzes, 3 chances on labs, and 2 chances on tests. You have optional reviews for each one and the reviews are almost completely similar to the test. I'd DEFINITELY recommend to those who struggle with math. I'm not even nervous about the final.

When it came to the lecturesmaterial, she made it really easy to understand. There were assignments every week along with weekly online ones too. The tests were hard, so make sure to study for them. Overall, she was a good teacher, strict but good. She had a huge project worth more than it should, won't pass class wo a lot of effort in project.

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT TAKE STATISTICS ONLINE. I take all of my classes online, because I learn better, and this is one I wish I took in person. I took College Algebra with Professor Kenyon and it was GREAT, but Statistics IS NOT. I had to go to the Math Lab each time for assistance, because the sources given were NOT helpful!

Professor Kenyon is incredibly organized and crystal clear with her expectations. She sets you up for success. She gives you the textbook, Lecture notes, Powerpoint slides, and test prep to work from. You have to really try to fail. Read your syllabus. Do all of the work. She dropped 3 labs, 2 Quiz and 1 homework grade to arrive at the final.

She is very sweet & clear about what you need to know. Go in during her office hours & she'll help on the labs. Will tell you if you dont need to know something. Attendance isnt mandatory however she has practice problems on the previous days content to help you remember it. Sometimes those practice problems will be extra credit points for the test

Professor Kenyon was great, and was super helpful with transferring me to a self-paced course after I had a serious car wreck. I still wasn't able to cram in all the work in half a semester, so I did fail, but I look forward to having her again this semester. She gives what you need to succeed but you have to put in the effort. Not a blow off class

Professor Kenyon is very well-prepared, and requires you the same for this online Statistic class. She gives you the example solution on every homework problem to practice, then you just apply them in the lab and quiz. For the test, I recommend just focus and memorize her test review solution, and you'll get an A. Recommend to choose online class.

I took her for a summer semester so you had to be able to keep up since it was shortened course time, but overall great teacher and class. She did expect people to already know prerequisite information and wouldn't cover it in class, however, she made herself available almost every day after class to work on the labs or explain anything needed.

She was really good professor. Her lecture was really clear and she was so fun! BUT there are a lot of homework to do... A paper labs each chapter and a online labs too. But it was not that hard. It was sort of easy. 4 exams and final exam.

Wonderful teacher. She gave clear lectures with notes so you could spend more time focused on the concept versus copying problems down. She provided an optional review for each test which provided a good idea of what to expect. Each test had 2 bonus questions. Lots of homework, but it's a math class.

At first, it seemed iffy. but now being apart of the class for a while, it is a lot of homework, but that is because she cares about you passing her class. I did pay $112 for my online course to do the homework online. Her reviews she gives out help alot if you do not understand. If you see her in office, she will help gladly.

Took the online class for her for the Fall Semester, she has chosen a great online textbook where you can easily have access to. Tests are not tough at all, there are homework due on every Thursday nights. If you do take her online class, make sure that you plan ahead your schedule cause you do need to know all of the chapters in order to pass.

I took the maymaster with prof. Kenyon and it was the best decision I made. The class is naturally lecture heavy and fast-pasted because we do learn 16 weeks worth of content in two weeks but she made it so easy to understand and was always willing to answer your questions. she is the best.

took this professor during maymester online! the exams are not difficult, as it was very similar to the problems you see on the homework. 5% of extra credit is given. she does use HonorLock, though. didnt interact with the professor very much but it wasnt needed since the content was very self-explanatory.
