Should wear more leather. She'll get the joke if she reads this.

very good teacher
She makes math as enjoyable as possible. She's hott and sometimes I think she knows it. Be prepared how ever for incredible hand speed. She writes Xtremely fast. But she gets to know her students on a 1on1 basis when needed by student. 3 thumbs up
Very friendly and helpful. More than willing to help outside of class.
Real good teacher. She's easy and helpful.
She makes everything very simplistic and easy to understand.
Great Teacher. Very helpful. Take home quizzes.
She's soo nice and helpful. Gives a ton of take home quizzes. Very understanding of conflicts. Awesome!
She is so enthusiastic and super nice! She shows you exactly what you need to know on the board and nothing less or more. She makes math simple!
gets excited about what shes doing. gives a bunch of take home quizzes. pretty clear about whats gonna be on the tests. nicer than any teacher ive had
She is a great teacher, and is always full of smiles. She gives lots of take-home quizzes, which end up counting as a test grade. Her tests are easy as well, and she prepares you for the material that is on them. I would definately recommend taking this class with her.
Not a good teacher at all. She wastes a lot of class time, talks like we're elementary students, and she talks with her eyes closed! She ignores students a lot of times too.
Absolutely the best math teacher I have ever had in my life... She made business calculus seem like third grade multiplication tables... Definitely get her if you have to take Math 121... she will make the class 20 times easier for you. She has a genuine interest in her students doing well and understanding the material.
She explains the information well.
VERY good teacher. Always there to help. The material wasn't that easy, but she made it as clear as possible. Probably the best math teacher I have ever had. Always in a good mood. Very encouraging to students. Go to class, take notes, do your homework, and you'll get an A. I didn't go to class so I had to study hard but still came out with a B.
Very tough teacher. Treats us as if we're 2, NOT 18+.
Mrs. Steiner is such a great teacher! She explains calculus in a way that everybody can understand it. She is very helpful and funny.
She is very helpful and explains everything to were you can understand it. She loves to teach and will give you one on one time before a test. Do the Homework and Quizes. Show up for the test and you should be fine. The class is based off of a computer so just do the work. Class is held once a week for attendence points. go to class!!
She was a great teacher. She explained things well and strived to help you succeed.
Annoying; doesn't even teach. She leaves teaching up to the extremely flawed computer system.
Great teacher, if it wasn't for her I probably be failing Math 121. She might be a **** though but she gets the job done.
Mrs. Steiner is like the best teacher. I came into Math 121 thinking that it was gonna be really hard. It wasnt hard at all. She is really really helpful. If you ever need any help she is always there. All you have to do is do your homework and take your quizzes which are due every other day. I would recommend her to anyone who is taking Math 121.
She is the sweetest teacher ever. She is very easy to understand, tells you everything you need to know on the test, and shows examples of problems to help you. The class is very easy and can get very boring and unfortunatly attendance is mandatory. The class itself is fairly easy if you do all the homework and quizzes.
Excellent teacher. The subject matter can be difficult, but she explains it in a very clear way. She is very helpful, willing to stay after class and help during lab hours as well. Would highly recommend her.
She was extremely nice and taught very well! The best math teacher I have ever had! She gives you notes for every sections so DO NOT buy the book! Tests were fine but she is always available for extra help! Easy A
I got AVE 100 in her class, she is the kindest professor with all of the good qualities I have even seen.I like math more just because of her. She makes things clearly even than it is. I am an international student, I even could not do that better with my own language teacher. She's lecture is very beneficial, and review the notes before tests.
Class is so overly easy, it tends to get boring. As long as you do the work (which is maybe 2-5 hours a week) you will get an A. Camille is an interesting teacher and is always open to help you inside or outside of class.
Great teacher and knows her math. Make sure you attend class and you'll be fine. She is not the best at emailing you back tho...she seems to stay very busy
This took by far the most of my time out of class. This class is all logic. Homework took me over 2 hours and I would retake the quiz until I got a 100. I got 100's on my test however I put as much time into this class as I did organic chemistry and I'm a 4.0 student...I received an A in the class but I worked my tail of for it.
If you're taking this as a refresher course or just as a prereq to get into higher maths, then you'll find it painfully boring. After some of the students failed the first test , she implemented a no cell phone, laptop, etc. rule. She teaches well, and explains everything, but it feels painfully reminiscent of a high school math class.
Super sweet lady, she explains everything ind detail and will always re-explain if you ask. She lets you work ahead, and if you finish your homework early you don't have to go to class. I would definitely recommend her!
Great teacher. She types and and gives out her notes as handouts and goes over them thoroughly in class and makes sure you understand the material. Very nice and understanding. I would rec
She is so nice and will help you with any questions. She makes everything easy to understand and is not that boring either considering it's math. homework and quizzes do take some time but if you do the work you will make a good grade.
Made an A+ in Math100 to get into 115, she told me to drop and go to 112. Ignored her and finished the class with an A. She gives out her own notes each day to go with as she teaches. If you work ahead you don't have to go to class. Do your homework/quiz's and the tests will take care of themselves.
Great teacher. Very sexy to me, made the class worth going to
From day 1 she gives you the impression of a "mother-like" teacher. She is extremely caring towards all of her students. Also very very willing to help if you have any questions at all. She moves through the material fast, but she gives you printed out notes so its fine. All the homework and quizzes are online. highly recommended!
She is SUCH a great teacher!!! She explains everything soooo well and she genuinely cares about her students!! She is soooo sweet and super helpful! TAKE HER!!!
The material starts off easy and gradually gets harder but she is a sweet lady and very willing to help. Supplies note handouts but you have to get there early to get one. She is very clear when teaching. TAKE HER!!! overall a great teacher!
Really helpful and understandable. Totally take this class if she is an option.
She is such a great teacher! She gives out notes handouts, but you MUST get there early or print them yourself. She is very helpful and is easily understandable. The material is heavy since there is so much to cover but she teaches it very well! The book is NOT needed, at all! I didn't like the fact that homework and tests are online, though.
Absolutely terrific instructor. Explains things so clearly, anyone can understand it. Works extremely hard in and out of the classroom to make sure that everyone succeeds. If you do not do well in this class, you do not belong in college. Do not buy the textbook, though; it is still sitting in my closet in the plastic wrap.
Best teacher you could ever have for math. Explains everything like you are learning basic pre-al. Makes a hard class easy. She really cares about her students. Attendance is mandatory but if you go you'll know what to do on the tests.
Professor Steiner is amazing. She is such a good teacher. She helps you in any way possible, and does not hesitate to walk you through a problem if you need it. I would recommend her entirely! She does take attendance because it is part of your grade.
The best Math teacher at bama. She is extremely nice and always willing to help. Math 121 was great with her.
Super nice, very helpful. She makes math seem easy and will do everything she can to help you pass. Don't buy the book though, just buy the online code.
Okay teacher, seems like she has to rush through though since MATH115 is a combination of 112 and 113... Very nice lady though
This is the nicest teacher ever! She will do everything she can to help you. She really wants everyone to have a good grade. I would definitely take her again
She is the nicest professor I've ever had at Bama. Attendance is mandatory!! Print off the notes from mymathlab before class to write on. It's so much easier. An online homework and a quiz are due by 8AM the morning before every class meeting. It's lots of work. Make sure to set aside time every week to work on it. She is helpful and very sweet! A+
Hands down one of the best math instructors at the university. I've had four different math courses and Dr. Steiner has been the best professor so far. If you have the choice of taking the course with her I absolutely recommend it.
TAKE HER! I took math 113 before with a different teacher who didn't even teach half of the section that were on the test. Mrs. Steiner gives you extremely detailed notes and explains things in a much easier way than I've ever seen before. I would take her 100 times if I could! She's extremely helpful!
One of the best math teachers I have ever had. She was always willing to help with whatever you needed. She also explained the material very well. Definitely would take this class.
Math at Alabama is tough and requires a lot of work so if you have to take this course, TAKE MS. STEINER! She is an amazing teacher and a very sweet lady. She explains the sections very clearly and is great at answering questions. Since there are so many quizzes and tests, it is important to get the best teacher possible to make your life easier.
She is very good at explaining the material and had a policy where she'd let you skip class with no penalty as long as you had completed the homework for the section she was covering that day. Whether you knew the material beforehand at all or not, you would after her class.
I hate math but Camille was very clear in her explanations of the material, even if we had to fly through sections in class. We only had class once a week, but you had to go to the math lab for 75 mins/week. My advice: DO YOUR STUDY PLAN EARLY ON. Don't wait til the last minute because it counts as a test grade and you can easily make a 100.
One of the sweetest professors on campus! I recommended her to all of my friends who have to take math 112. The ONLY thing is that she will get so excited about the math problems while taking notes that she will go really fast. She is fun and energetic. I had no problem passing her class!
TAKE HER! She is awesome. She genuinely wants her students to succeed and do well in her class. So sweet and always willing to help inside or outside of class. I plan on taking her again for 113.
Absolutely the best math teacher I have ever had!!! So easy and always willing to help!!!! Will go over anything until you understand!!! Awesome teacher!!
Literally the best math teacher on this campus. She may go fast at times, but she makes sure she has everyone caught up and is always willing to help. Very generous and makes math class so much more enjoyable than any other teacher I've had at the university. Take her!
This is the best math teacher you will find! She is so sweet and SO GOOD AT TEACHING. She only lectures on the material you need, which is nice. As long as you do the homework on time and do the practice reviews she gives you, you will ace this class. I made a 99 on my final, y'all, seriously. Take her class.
She was such a sweet lady, and she was helpful in making sure everyone understood the material. If she is teaching the math class you need, I strongly recommend moving your schedule around so you have her as your professor. Also, if you work ahead on assignments, she does not require you to come to class, which can be helpful during a busy week.
I would also tag "clear grading criteria" and "skip class? You won't pass." Showing up for your class/lab time is an essential, but she is very willing & thorough when you need help in class or even thru email! The course mainly was online & allowed me to move at my own pace which was great. Just buy the code for this class, I never used the book.
Absolutely amazing teacher! Explained everything very well and is super helpful if you ever need help. Tests are exactly like the homework and quizzes, and as long as you do the homework and show up to class you will do great. I would take her for every math if I could.
Love Ms. Steiner. Super super sweet. She actually cares if you understand the material. She goes out of her way to make sure students understand. Loved her and would recommend 110%
Ms. Steiner is amazing!! She explains everything so well and if you don't understand she takes time to do several example problems until you do. She is the sweetest professor you'll meet. The homework/quizzes/tests are all super easy as long as you go to class. The lectures go by extremely quickly. I would recommend to anyone taking this class!!!!
Mrs. Steiner is so sweet. Most of the material for this class you will already know but she teachers you how to explain it to a child/future student. I have learned a lot in her class and have really enjoyed it!! I would recommend this class to any elementary education major.
Mrs. Steiner is the perfect math teacher for Elementary Education students! She teaches the information in a way that is easy to understand and eventually teach to other students. She wants you to succeed, and she does a lot of reviews so use them! Her reviews online are very helpful and similar to the exam! Would definitely love to have her again!
Calc is a hard class, no doubt. Mrs. Steiner is awesome though. She really gives you a chance to succeed. There is a lot of work, but she's always available to help. A lot of dropped grades to help your average at the end. Very understanding. Awesome teacher, maybe one of the best. And I HATED this subject; it was very difficulty for me.
Mrs. Steiner was a great teacher who is always willing to work with you. She even builds in time in class to ask questions about the homework. There's no need for a textbook, but you have to buy an access code. She is a little quirky, but you will learn exactly what you need to complete the (easy, fast) online homework and quizzes.
Mrs. Steiner has been an awesome teacher this semester. She really cares about her students and is an ideal example for aspiring elementary educators.
Highly recommend! She is very willing to help you understand stuff. She is easy to learn from. Attendance is taken, and she will always catch you if you sign in for someone or have someone sign in for you. Don't expect to do well on the tests if you don't come to class.
One of the nicest professors I've had here. The content is really easy if you pay attention in class, and the homework and quizzes use the same questions as the test. Easy A if you listen and do assignments.
The sweetest professor I've had at Alabama. She has made math so enjoyable and I'm so inspired to teach in a way that she does. She will do anything to help you, and she even comes an hour early to test days so that she can help you before. The kindest woman who really just makes going to class an enjoyable time.
What a sweet lady!! I looked forward to going to class. She explained everything in great detail. A lot of online assignments, the software was super easy to use. No lab requirements which was nice! I would recommend her to anyway.
AMAZING! I LOVED HER! This class is basically self taught (it's super easy though), tutors walk around the class to help you if needed. There is a ton of extra credit options including 10 extra credit points if you take your tests early. Easy A! Highly recommended.. definitely a GPA booster!
She Is one of the sweetest professors you can have at UA. Her class is relatively simple, and the online homework/quizzes/tests are easy. Even so, she throws out many ideas about how you could teach these concepts that help you understand the in-and-outs of these math concepts. She would do anything for her students, and it spills into lecture.
Great teacher! Attend the lectures because she does take attendance everyday, and the they make the class so easy. Homework and quizzes after every class due with plenty of time to do and always pretty simple. Four tests and an exam, but if you attend all the classes with few absences you get to drop the exam or one of the tests.
Easy class if you take the time to study and complete homework and quiz assignments. Very detailed notes, and very sweet teacher. Recommend!
THE SWEETEST, take her if you get the chance!!!!
The NICEST and BEST math teacher. This class is easy and you get one drop test. You have to go to class but she drops 3 absences at the end. Study and know the test reviews and youll do great. The study guide is identical to the test
LOVED HER!!! She is amazing and cares so much for her students. Her lecture style is amazing and easy to follow because you follow the same handout that she teaches with.
TAKE HER!!!! She was the sweetest lady ever and she really cares about her students. She was very clear about the grading requirements and if you miss some homework you can still get some partial credit. This class was very easy if you had some pre-cal in high school. She gives some extra credit for each homework if you complete it before the date.
Easily one of the best professors I've taken at UA! She is super sweet and genuinely cares about her students. Posts detailed lectures that are easy to follow and make learning the content no problem. Plenty of opportunities for bonus points and partial credit for any late assignment you turn in. Overall great professor that I hope to take again!
You would think with these reviews that one will pass even if you aren't good at math but that is not the case. She ZOOMS through the lessons and tells you to go to tutoring even if you email her for help. However, I am not good at math so I will not blame her fully yet she doesn't care. The test is 14 questions and you cant retake them if missing.
She is very knowledgeable about the subjects she teaches and that is obvious in her lectures. She explains topics as if everyone in the class has never heard of them before. There are about two homeworks due every week. There are four tests and a final. I would take her for every math class if I could.
She is my favorite professor so far. She is hands down the best math teacher here because she actually cares and goes into detail to make sure her students understand lessons. There is one test drop (not including final) and she gives extra credit on early-turned-in homework. Class is just like algebra 2 from high school. TAKE HER she is so sweet!!
She is super nice, her assistants that walked around though they were either rude or also did not know what to do. Also attendance is much needed so do not take her as an 8am!!!
Im sure you could get by without going to class, but Mrs. Steiner does a great job of explaining the material if you need to understand it better. the tests are easy as long as you do the review and study a few days before, dont cram, also dont forget your calculator or you will be screwed, gives extra credit on all homework.
Class was really easy. Automatic extra credit if you do the homework a day early. Class was totally online including tests which were on Lockdown. She would upload lectures but you didn't need to watch them unless you were confused about a topic. Multiple tries on homework and practice tests were exactly like the tests.
She is a great professor. She posts online videos for the homework to help each chapter. She is very accessible outside of class and answers emails the same day. Always willing to help with any concept you don't understand. You don't have to go to class but it does help with all of the information being taught at a fast pace.
She is the most wonderful math teacher! She really cares about her students. Def take her if you can !!!!
I have always struggled in math and made an A this semester in Steiner's class. She's very kind and understanding, always available outside of class and gives a ton of opportunity for extra practice. I learned more in her class than I ever have in math before. I can't recommend her enough.
Professor Steiner is one of the kindest professors I've ever had. She answers any questions you have and will give you extra credit for doing the homework early. She also records all of her lectures and posts them to blackboard. Definitely take her if you can!
She is a really sweet professor and was easily accessible outside of class. She's always willing to help you if you ask. She posts all of her lectures online and does online tutoring. If you do your homework early you can get lots of extra credit. She also posts reviews for tests. They were really helpful to make sure you're prepared for the tests.
I would not take this professor if you struggle with math. She does have help videos posted on blackboard, but she goes quickly in class. I think most are better off taking math at a community college. At the end, I felt burnt out because of the effort I put into the class and still ended up not passing. The bonus she offers doesn't do much.
Professor Steiner is great!! She is so sweet and very personable, and is always available for extra help if you need it. She really cares about her students and there success in her class, I definitely recommend taking her if you can!
Professor Steiner was a great teacher. She was very helpful when learning the new math concepts. As long as you attend class and ask for clarification as well as doing the homework you will be perfectly fine! Best math professor so far.
Professor Steiner goes way too fast. She won't get a sub to teach for her. She gives minimal examples. You think you're ready for an exam because you attended class, but you go to do the review and realize she never went over these types of problems. She also teaches things "her way" so if u look up help online you have no idea what is happening.
Good Teacher
Professor Steiner is so sweet and definitely cares about her students. I dont really struggle with math so he class was a breeze. There was hw every week (webassign) and 4 tests plus a final exam (optional). I would def take her class again!
A great professor for a very tough class. 5 test with 1 dropped of those 5. 2 homework assignments weekly. Tests can be submitted twice. Overall, a great professor that made the material as easy as it could be. Would take again 100 times.
I have always struggled with math until I had Professor Steiner this semester. She is awesome and cares so much about her students. I would definitely take this class again if I had the opportunity to. Would recommend her to anybody, she is amazing!!
Professor Steiner truly cares about her students success. She wants everyone to pass her class so she is super accessible outside of class. I struggled in this class because I have never been good at math but she really helped me get through it
Professor Steiner is a fantastic person and professor. She does go fast in class, but she is so helpful outside of class if you're struggling. Get into a habit of going to the lab after EVERY class so you understand all the material. If you put in the effort to do well, you will do fine, even if you are not good at math. Recorded lectures too!
Easily the best math teacher I have ever had.I was super upset when i did not have her for Calc 1. She would always help me if i had a question and was super easy going. She made something as complex as trig seem like simple arithmetic from grade school. Would love to have her for every math class I have to take.
Hands down best math professor on campus.
This is by far my favorite professor I've had on campus. She explains problems clearly, asks if students have questions, and is very available for extra help and review before exams. She is always prepared and explains answers thoroughly if you are not understanding. I would 100% recommend her to anyone and retake her if I had the chance.
Professor Steiner is easily the best math professor ive had, she care about her students and is always asking during the lectures if anyone has questions. Sometimes she goes fast in lectures but she is super willing to help you understand more if you see her in the math lab. I would recommend her to everyone that has to take a math course
Prof Steiner is the best math teacher hands down. Take her if you have the chance.
Dr. Steiner has been one of my favorite professors! She is very nice and organized, and she's always assessable to meet outside of class. She gives extra credit for each tests, and you get to drop one of the 5 tests, which includes the final.
One of my favorite professors I've ever had! Steiner is very understanding and is willing to help outside of class. 2 hw assignments each week, 5 tests in total. You get 1 test drop and 3 hw drops. As long as you do hw and the reviews, you can easily pass this class.
Professor Steiner was the best math teacher I have ever had. She made a topic as complicated as calculus seem so easy. She really cares about her students and wants them to do the best they can. Attendance is not required, but highly encouraged. Tests are manageable and final can be dropped if happy with first four test grades. Take her if you can!
she is awesome best math teacher you can ever have at ua very helpful as well!
Makes it super easy to understand and genuinely, made a section a sub we had made seem super difficult super simple, highly recommend
She went way too fast in her lectures, I had a hard time keeping up. Math is definitely not my thing so this class was already hard but her fast pace made it so much harder. me and my friend had to basically teach ourselves through this entire course. she wasn't horrible but not great.
Math is definitely not my strong suit but I loved this class. For once, math felt easy to me. Professor Steiner is the nicest woman who genuinely cares about her students and wants everyone to succeed. Her lectures are extremely helpful as are her review days. She offers office hours and extra, out of class test reviews. Very helpful with questions
Professor Steiner is definitely the best math professor I have ever had. Her lessons are so easy to follow even if you've never seen the material before. I cannot praise her enough and she deserves every bit of it. She is so nice and so good at what she does.
This class was a breeze. She was an amazing professor. You have quizzes that are 3 attempts, homework unlimited attempts. The class includes 4 tests and a final, although only 4 tests are counted. If you have a grade that you are happy with, you don't have to take the final exam. OR drop the lowest test and replace with final exam. NO CALCULATOR.
Concise, organized, and extremely caring for students. The test drop for the final exam is so nice and as long as you pay attention in class, do homework early for extra credit, and study slightly, you can easily get a 105%. I never needed the homework or test help, but friends say that she is very helpful in all of those sessions.
I can't say enough about Camille Steiner. She is great at explaining the lessons, and she was always available to help questions we had. If you go to class and do the homework, you can easily make A+ in the class. She is so caring and genuinely an amazing person who cares about her student's success. She has been my favorite teachers ever.
Professor Steiner is a true gem. My first math instructor to not only actually teach math, but do it in a way that is organized, clear-cut, and easy to digest for students who may not even be mathematically-inclined (like myself!). Always showed up prepared and with a smile. Easily accessible in and out of class. 10/10, would recommend to everyone!
Best math professor I've had - definitely take her class if you can. Her reviews have problems exactly like what will be on the test. You get extra credit on homework if you complete it a day early.
I took calculus in high school so class was easy for me, but great professor. Print out all notes for class and attend every lecture. Very nice/caring professor and explains concepts very well too! Extra credit for doing homework a day before its due online.
Easiest math teacher I've had in my life. Gives a lot of bonus points and offers a drop test (includes the final!). I didn't interact with her because her class was so easy, but she also seems very nice.
Camille is the literal best! Easiest math class I've ever taken, very clear criteria. You will not leave the class confused, period. No calculator allowed, so be aware. Lots of hw and quizzes, but all easy. Go to her office hours! She will try to help as best she can, she really cares about her students! 5 tests, 1 drop and 3 quizzes/hw dropped.
She was a very good professor and gives lectures that genuinely help you to understand. Grades only come from attendance, quizzes, hw, and tests. ALL activities are on Pearson MyLab. Your lowest test grade gets dropped. She will answer any questions you have and is very good at explaining. Take this class if you plan on teaching. No Calculator
Best math teacher I've ever had! If you pay attention in the lectures you will understand. Has lots of opportunities for extra credit, I got over a 100% on every test. If you do the homework and reviews you will do well. Very helpful and available if you need it. Choose her for your math class.
Camille Steiner is an amazing math teacher. I took her for Math 121 and she teaches just like a hs teacher, which I loved. She provided notes for us to print out bf each lesson and works through them in class. She moves at a fast pace but is very clear. She records lessons & puts it on blackboard to rewatch. She loves to help & is very accessible.
Prof. Steiner was the best math professor I've ever had. She gives out handouts and does the problems with the class during the lecture. She gives a 10% bonus to the homework if you finish it before it's due, and offers bonus questions on tests. She was always happy to answer any questions people had. If you want a kind, easy instructor, take her!
Best math teacher at this school.
What a wonderful professor. Steiner's lectures are so easy to follow, and she explains the material so that anyone can understand it. Plenty of free tutoring is available if needed. She is so easy to work with and will not hesitate to work with you until you understand it. Take her classes if you can!
Steiner was great! Her class is easy as long as you show up, pay attention, and do the homework. Take advantage of the extra credit, I finished with a 102, and I did not even have to take my final. She is an amazing teacher and she is good about making sure you understand the material.
Class itself was boring but she was a very caring professor who knows her stuff and wants to see you succeed, overall I think she's the best math teacher I've had here on campus.
Most overrated professor on this site. Writes too quickly during notes and barely enough time to comprehend info. Material on test is rarely gone ove during class and test reviews are pointless. She's nice but that's it
One of the best professors I have had. I am not a strong math student, but she made this course so easy with her great lectures. Plus, if you miss one, they are all recorded and posted on the course page
SO GOOD! If you understand the test reviews, you will do great on the tests. Lectures are recorded if you miss class, and notes are very straightforward. 10 extra points on hw if you do it 24 hours in advance, and tests always have a bonus question. There is a drop test (you can drop the final). Ended with a 105 (TAKE HER!!)
LISTEN TO ME!!! DO THE HOMEWORK IT BRINGS UR GRADE UP SM (and the hw questions are on the tests) Unfortunately when I took her class I was out sick most of the semester so I didn't do too hot but if you do the homework and understand it you'll get A's.
MTH 121 ONLINE: drops three homework grades and lowest test grade. Each test counts for 20% of your grade. All homework combined counts for 20% of your grade. Do homework early and its automatic 10% added to each assignment. Online proctoring does cost $14/hr and is not included in tuition, so beware of that, as this is out of pocket.
She was great at explaining how to do the work. She will go back and review things people don't understand. She uses handouts to keep you engaged and help you understand.
Camille is so so sweet. She really does care about her students and their success. There is an attendance question every class, so make sure you show up. The course is very notes heavy, but if you have a good enough grade by the end of the semester, you can skip the final!
Tests were just homework questions with different numbers. Slow teacher but will go back because she explains to the kids that don't understand. If you took calc in high school you don't need to go to class. You get two tries on tests, and there's an easy bonus problem
She is probably the best teacher I have ever had. She made calculus easy. I think she should write a book, she's explains everything in such an easy way. She is an incredible math teacher.
I absolutely love this woman, I think she is a very reasonable professor and super hehelpful and understanding. I rarely attended because I had an 8am, but I watched and paid attention to all of the lecture videos and ended with a 102 in the class. I would reccomend her to anyone!
I found the tests to be much easier than the reviews, and she was more than happy to help me outside of class. I had her 8am class, I never showed up I just watched the lecture vids lol. But as long as you go to class and/or watch the videos and REALLY pay attention to the reviews you should be all good. Very nice lady would absolutley take again
Never went to class once, just watch the lecture videos in the comfort of your own room and take notes. Take an addy day before the test and test day and know how to do every question on the practice test backward and forwards and you will pass with an A+
Camille is an excellent math professor who makes the material very accessible. Doing the homework is key, and using resources like Unstuck study can really help with study prep. Attend class and you'll do great.
