GREAT PROFESSOR! doesnt use a textbook, interesting lectures, tests are practically right out of the notes, cancels class all the time, easy to talk to.. one of the best professors ive had!

Great Professor- No book, a page or two of notes a class and great discussion. He is very clear and concise. Tests include answering 5 out of 8 questions w/c are straight from notes. Very witty, and very helpful! Take him

His class isnt as easy as everyone makes it sound. He is a good professor and i would take him again but his tests are bogus at times with the questions because some things we never covered.

Very easy and nice teacher! :) Lets us out early...and as long as you participate in the like..4 classes we actually have (for the 1 credit course) youre good! Oh and why does he have a hotness factor? I wouldnt say he's hot at all..just your average 45-50 yr old guy?

Great teacher, really knows what hes talking about. Theres no textbook which is good and bad. He gives A LOT of notes and the tests are only from your notes. 3 tests including the final but its cumulative, so be prepared to memorize pages and pages of notes by the end of the semester.

This is one of the easiest classes you can take. His lectures are well organized and his test are fair and easy. lateness is not a problem. he gets to the point and makes the class simple and easy. this class is an easy A.

oh my god he's the hottest short man i've ever seen...there's just something about him and he's so smart...definitely take him...doesnt use a book just tells u exactly what to write in the notes...tests are specifically based on the notes he has already dictated...he always says hello and seems like he really cares about his students...love him!!!!

Interesting class & great professor..There's no textbook, he just dictates notes and the tests basically ARE the notes..He gave a non-cumulative short answer midterm & final plus one 7-8 page research paper that he helps u with.. Just make sure you study the notes cuz basically he will ask you 2 explain a topic from the notes..He is extremely nice.

He looks like Tommy Chong and Robbin Williams combined,not hot...He's great to talk to outside of class, and in class he's very specific on test needs. No text, heavy notes but clear notes. He likes to add/exchange/replace/interchange (just like this)words with other words.

THis professor is the man, Essay A , its hard not to pass. He is very informed and seems to be experanced. There is no book and his test are from his very well detailed notes. I highly recommend this professor! +++++++

Great professor. No textbook needed, just attend class and make sure you take down everything he says. Tests are exactly from the notes. Only flaw is that each test is worth 25% of your grade and the final is worth 50%. I got a B+

Very easy class. Just a one credit class,but no tests or quizes. Did not really finish the entire text book but still I learned a lot.

Gibaldi's the man. No textbook required, just pay attention to what he says in class. He also dictates notes; you can't go wrong with them! Exams are directly from the notes. I got a B+ because I messed up my first exam pretty badly. You can't slack off in this class. But at the same time, no HW or reports. Just attend --class and take notes.

He really knows what he's talking about...I didn't think I'd be interested in management class at first, but the material applies to life outside the classroom as well. I definitely recommend taking him. He's funny and not too bad to look at either! hahah

Gibaldi's a really really friendly guy. There's no textbook required for class--just take notes on what he's talking about during classtime. Because of this, attendance really is sort of mandatory unless you know someone else to get the notes off of. Crystal clear presentations! No homeworks--just tests.

excellent professor. really knows what he is talking about and makes it really interesting for the class. you have to go to class & take notes to do well on the exams. but no homework,papers,or textbook. great professor! loved him & would definitely take him again!

Very easy, laid-back class. For one credit, you spend about 30 minutes each week going over the 1-2 pages of homework he gives. And the final is to bring in your resume. It's his outside knowledge of the working world that makes this class worth going to. Take Gibaldi!

This guy hardly shows up to class, and when he does classes are really short most max out at around 30 min. No Text book which saves you 60 bucks, You cant miss class because you miss out on all the notes :)

not bad i guess. his exams are straight from the notes, so you MUST study from the notes he gives and attend class. a total of 3 exams, no papers or homework. He ends class 10 mins early, and doesn't use the board much, dictates most of the time.

Prof is very helpful and more then fair. His class is great and I learned a great deal. He is able to take difficult concepts and make them very understandable. He is a must take as many times as you can. He will always meet with you and work with you.

One of the nicest guys i've ever met, let alone professors. If you don't understand something, he'll go over it until you do. There's no textbook, so that saves you some money. He also has the loudest, most booming voice, you will never fall asleep in class. Only thing is that his tests can be a little confusing. Study the notes well.

this guys is awesome.Had him last semester and decide to take him again. His test or self explanatory a little difficult at times but you should never fail any of them.

Really laid back and strangely attractive in an cool sort of way. Used the book once, but I would just borrow it from a friend in another class rather than buy it. Never uses powerpoints or the board, just speaks in a loud voice. Shows up late and generally leaves late but going to class is worth it.

he's really cool and chill, got to class because he doesn't use the book, so you honestly don't need to buy it for MKT 1001. He talks really loud and you just write what he says, he talks at a good pace, if you don't show up make sure you have a friend who will give you notes because you are tested from the notes

You don't need the textbook, just take the notes he gives in a loud and clear voice. The two tests and final make up the grade. Make sure you're there because there are no make ups, it makes the tests or final worth more. My final was worth 75% of the grade.

One of my favorite professors at St. John's.

He is beyond easy. This class is most needed when you're either a freshman or sophomore but just participate in the daily discussion and he's happy. Usually lets us out early and the final is a cover letter & your resume.

His class is straight forward. No surprises. Two exams and the final. He takes attendance and its important to go because exams come straight from the notes. His notes are clear and easy to understand. He's a great professor, easy going, knows his stuff and helps any way he can. I would take his course again in a heartbeat.

Took his class at Harvard. He is very easy-going and seemingly cool but after getting As on all assignments you end up with an A- with no explanation. No constructive feedback given. Classes are a bit boring, case analyses take time but I'm not sure if he reads them at all. Easy.

Makes everything clear from the get-go. You have 3 tests, all counting the same amount. Only downside was he always lectured and it was very boring. Received a worse grade due to tuning out on my laptop. His talking combined with the pointless ideas of this simple class can put you to sleep.

I took his organizational behavior course at HES. It was an extremely useful course and I learned a ton of useful information. Dr. G is funny, outgoing, approachable and very knowledgeable. I wish he taught more classes at Harvard. If you're thinking about taking his class, stop thinking and register!

He helps the students, he is well organized and tells us everything ahead of time, given us enough time to prepare. Professor gives us one midterm and a final , one theoretical paper min 8 pgs. tells us the first day of class and gives you about 3 months before due date. No text book, just lectures, recommend attendance to have all notes

Attendance is not mandatory but tests are all based off notes form his class. He gives out two tests 25% each and one final that's 50%. The notes aren't much. He talks slowly, clearly, and loudly. Only had about two-three pages of notes per class which isn't a lot. Textbook is also not needed. Just wish I had been graded on more than the tests.

I really loved this class. The material is very straightforward, and his delivery is clear. Take good notes, study them and you're good to go! Also, Dr. Gibaldi is a very nice, approachable person.

Very little instruction or teaching from lecturer in the course. Class largely revolves around student discussions and input. The rest of the time is spent by the professor cracking jokes. Course's absence of canvas website made it difficult to submit assignments. Would not recommend. Unexpected low-quality from a HES course.

I love this man. One of my favorite professors EVER. Highly recommended, he's a great person to learn from. He only keeps us there until he is done with the material so he doesn't waste time. AMAZING resume; if his class is open TAKE HIM.

Only took attendance for first few classes. Afterwards, you're free. Really approachable and funny. He's loud so you can't fall asleep in class. Everything comes from his lectures. Only 2 tests, midterm and final. He goes over all the notes before each test. Tests are mainly T/F. Tests can be a bit tricky but study & you'll pass.

Really nice guy, knows his stuff but his grading system is awful. Only 3 tests and nothing else. He grades you strictly on the tests so if you do bad on the first two, then you have to make sure you ace the final. His tests can be confusing and are mostly true/false.

I love this man a whole lot, lectures are designed to give you all the information you could need, I swear he doesn't even use notes to teach it, he can stand up there and knows what he's talking about! Study what he tells you and you're fine, and if you're ever having any kind of trouble, personal or not, he's here to help. Absolutely take him!

He is such a sweet man! He genuinely cares about us, and wants us to do well in his class. He actually told us that he wants all of us to get A's, and that he is there if we need him. For our grade, there is a midterm, a term paper, and a final. The tests exactly on what the notes are on, and he is willing to help you with the term paper.

Professor Gibaldi was the best professor I have EVER had at Saint John's University. He is the sweetest man ever. So caring and understanding. He was passionate about what he taught and always held your attention. Always made it a point to make the course-work into a debate/discussion rather than continuously lecturing. Take him!!! BEST professor.
