Professor Kellogg is one of the best teachers at PCC. Business law is a tough subject to understand but if you take her class, she makes it very easy to understand. majority of her exam questions are from her lectures, so always show up for class.

She is a very good instructor. She explains everything she lectures on. She doesn't just throw out points and expects you to look it up. Whenever she reviews for a test, and she says its going to be there, its going to be there. There aren't any surprises and her grading system is very fair. She makes the legal process an entertaining way to learn.

If you take business law with anyone else you'll be sorry especially if its with her father Kellogg, L E. She's not that hard of a grader quiz every class meeting but its not that hard. There's homework everyday but not too hard either. Very clear in her lectures, never understood more in any other class.

Not an easy A, you have to earn it, but she's definitely the easiest "Law" teacher in PCC. 3 easy exam and 1 even easier final, only thing is you just have to take good notes and study them. She even let you record her on the review day. A lot of cases to brief, but I didnt do any and still got a A. Do the extra credit, they help.

her tests are pretty straight forward...just read & understand all the cases...I like Business Law...may be it's one of the reasons that I got A in her class. I think that she is not that hard.

Anyway, just go to class and take good notes. DONT MISS THE REVIEW SESSION. She tells you what will be on the test. It can't get any easier than that.

I took her classes a few years back raning from Business Law to Torts .She is by far one of my favorites teachers. She is very helpful and loves her students. She speaks slow so it may be easy to follow. She is always there when you need her.

I learned so much in this class and she keeps you awake, take lots of notes and your sure to pass. Sometimes she gets tricky with the tests and will tell you there is more material than there actually is but shes not a difficult grader

Great professor! Attendance is a MUST in her class; a lot of notes to take. You don't have to read the book, but you will need it for case briefs and vocab. Not difficult to get an A in her class. (P.S.) Dont confuse her and her dad when registering.

Pretty easy I took her class durring winter, just take notes durring class and thats it. Your gonna need the book just for cases, so if you can go to the library, you dont have to buy the book. Test are easy just study, she tells you what's going to be on the test a day before so its easy.

what can i say. This professor was so helpful. Made a difficult subject understandable and interesting. i would so take her over again if i could. i took for summer 08 and still understood the material for such a fast pace. I love her so much. She is awesome in EVERY way. She rocked

Winter: Great Professor! Her lectures are easy to understand and tests come from reviews that she gives day before exam.

Took her for winter and it was so easy. She reviews before each test and tests are fairly easy. Only bad thing she gave a lot of hw:vocab, briefs but not hard at all. Very much recommend =]...&& she likes to tell stories and give long breaks.

If you are someone like me who picks class's based on the ratings, well one thing i can tell you is, Mrs. Kellogg is amazing, all you have to do is go to class, and take notes, EVERYTHING that she lectures about, is on the quiz's/tests! Took her summer of '09. Extremely easy teacher for a difficult subject. You would have to be a slacker to get anything lower than a B in her class. The HW is easy & she provides extra credit. The tests are based on her reviews. If you do the hw, take notes, attend class & the reviews... there is no way you can get a bad grade. ESL students got A's!

This class is RIDICULOUSLY easy! its honestly all vocab. u have to summarize cases every week and do vocab terms. the tests are based on the lecture and she literally tells u what will b on the exam prior to taking it. I dont get how people will fail this class but hey..it happens lol. Take her! So easy and nice!

Mrs. Kellogg is the easiest teacher I have ever had. She not only knows how to teach a subject that makes her students feel very interested, she also makes her tests ez for students to do. As long as u take notes and do what she tells u, u can't get anything below and A. She is one of the teachers who I will miss dearly bcuz of her enthusiasm.

Great teacher. Practicing attorney with real world experience that she weekly applies to student-prompted questions. Midterm and final are semi-difficult but if you've taken notes on the lecture, you're golden. Book is legal jargon but the lectures help a lot. 3 easy projects and the occassional pop quiz. Could have not had a better teacher for BUS 12A. It may be an extensive class BUT professor Kellogg explains everything thoroughly and makes it easy to comprehend. Her tests are easy, just make sure you take notes and study. One of my favorite classes!!You will not regret taking her class.

Professor Kellogg is hands down the best law professor on the face of this planet. Lectures are organized in a manner that actually make sense and click in the mind of the student. Homework is required for each chapter, but are not hard at all. Tests are basically the lectures in question format.

I can only remember a handful of professors that have left an impression on me. Among them is Prof Kellogg. She truly practices what she preaches. She is super nice and easy (if you put in the effort). I don't know how, but I got an A in a subject like Business Law. Never in my life would I have thought it possible. :)

She was the sweetest and nicest professor I've taken. Always had a smile on her face. There are 4 tests, some hw/assignments, and she gives out EC too, which helps a lot. To get an A, listen to the review and read ALL of your notes. It's basically all memorization. Very organized as well and cares for her students. Easy class.. totally recommend.

Dr. Kellogg is awesome. She is very clear in her lectures. her hypotheticals in her exams are brutal but she is very fair. I received a B in Business law and and A in Tort Law. She is so encouraging.

Nice, helpful, clear, not hard. Dr. kellogg is the most balanced teacher in the program. Some teachers are too easy and you don't learn much, others are too hard, and although you learn, you have to put a lot of effort. With Dr. Kellogg, you both learn and she doesn't make you sweat.

I took her class in the winter. Can I just say probably the best class I've taken at pcc. You take notes durning the class. She provides excellent examples for you to understand the material. i absolutely loved taking this class. Professor Kellogg is such a great professor. her class is designed for you to pass. so just show up and do the work and you'll get the A. She gives great lectures and real life example to help you learn. Take her, you won't regret it. she gives great study guides.

DO NOT SKIP CLASS. She does not provide the slides, but the tests are basically straight from the slides/lectures. I recommend taking a computer then copy down the slides then organize them later. She has review days the class before a test where she allows you to record and she basically tells you EXACTLY what's on the test. Don't miss those!

One of the best professors I've had. She is clear on what is on the exams. There are no curve balls, she truly wants students to succeed. There are no multiple choice questions, they are all write in (which can get tedious because there are usually over 50 questions on the exam). I would gladly take her class again!

She doesn't use canvas. You must attend class to get the notes and homework or have a friend to get them for you. Shes challenging but she makes sure you succeed.

Super sweet professor! She is so kind and caring, her course grade does depend on the test grades but if you use her test review you will pass. As a person who English is my third language, I had no problem to understand the way she speaks and explain by such an simple language and explanation. You will learn a lot from her.
