I took this the Western religion class and enjoyed that class so much I decided to Eastern religions just for the "hell" of it. As long as you study from your crossword you should do fine on the test. Her tests are pretty easy anyways as long as you have been paying attetion to the lectures. She's a great teacher (and really fit)!

You use the book, but very little. Take good notes. Most everything is from lecture. The crosswords are very helpful. Show up to class. No homework except reading and one research paper. Start researching early. Final was really easy. All tests are multiple choice, true/false, one short answer, and maybe one matching. Final was all multiple choice.

Ms. McCandless is hella easy! There are no tests, just small, super easy quizzes. She's cool and straightforward. There's just one term paper (6 pages, which is CAKE), and a final. The class is interesting somtimes, hella boring other times. Just your basic class with lectures and notes, and occasionally a video. She's cool though. I recommend her.

McCandless is a good instructor. Her lectures are interesting and informative. She incorporates group work as a lesson tool. Dont worry, group work is not heavy part of your grade. Glad I took her class. Would recomend to others.

She is a very nice teacher, But does not provide all the information you need for this test nor is it in the textbooks. Almost every week i would have to email her to get the answer to a few problems. But once you get the information needed the class is very easy. You must study, but with about an hours worth you shuld be good to go for the test.

Mrs. McCandless is the best teacher here at Delta College. I took her class in Summer of this year and pass it with no problem. She is the greatest teacher. Just do what she ask you to do and you will do just fine. If I can do it everyone can. If I have to take this teacher once in a lifetime, I would do it for sure.

EASY!! You take notes everyday if you do not attend then you must use your book but if you do attend you never touch it. One term paper extremely easy topics on your choice. Good lectures. It was an interesting class. A pretty laid back paste on covering chapters. A quiz at the end of every chapter which is no sweat off your brows if you study and read the book. There is a study guide provided before every quiz. blah blah blah... 1 pain in the rear research paper but you have 3-4 months to do it! Wonderful class.

All points come from online quizzes and tests and a large research paper. She marks you wrong for misspelling on online quizzes which is rather annoying given some of the weird names and words that are used. Overall she loves teaching the class and attempts to keep students involved and interested. I'd advise not taking this class with in a 3 hour setting, grows old fast.

McCandless is an amazing teacher. She makes the different religions easy to relate to and she's entertaining. Be in class, and yes there's stuff online, but it's easy, do it and it will be great. One all one of the best teachers! Oh, and if you like to talk in calss... Don't.

She is a funny little thing. Overall easy enough to follow and get an A. Just make sure to pay attention and take notes. Be sure to make a friend in class so you have notes the days that are missed. She was pretty understanding of students who had to miss certain days of class, especially considering it was an excelled summer course.

Easy A, you just have to endure her long lectures. All answers to her etudes quizzes and final can be found on quiz let. But for the weekly essay question, you need to pay attention in class if she keeps repeating a certain topic that will be the essay question.

Professor McCandless can sometimes be strict and her notes are written all over the board ( a bit unorganized); however, she assigns no homework. Be sure to take notes and she will always have an essay question, reflection question, and a mini quiz online, once the religion was reviewed in class. Note: all quizzes and final have a time limit.

All her exams take place online, however, you have to go to class and write every single thing she WRITES and SAYS bcuz her notes aren't that good. Quizzes are a little difficult because everything on the board is not all that is on the test. Listen to her very closely. Essays in class aren't too difficult mostly the main concept of the religion. The group project is easy, just have to work with a few people and I suggest doing it first because you can get it out of the way. Extra credit too.

Mrs. McCandless was the first professor I had in my college career and I fell in love with the class and loved m the professor. She gives clear lectures and is very detailed orally. Be careful when you listen to her and listen carefully. If you participate in the discussions, you'll do fine. The reflections and quizzes are online. Great! Loved it!

Very simple class to pass. Small, inexpensive textbook. All you need is the book and you're required to reach one chapter every three weeks or so. Homework isnt crazy. I usually get distracted but the book isnt super boring. 10/10 recommend this class to everyone and anyone.

Most of the answers on study guides, assignments, quizzes, and the final exam can easily be found on google/Quizlet so you don't have to stress yourself out with this class. Honestly shes the best religion professor ever. A reflection, essay question , and quiz each two weeks. Answers can be found by study guide or skimming thru the important parts of each chapter. Your only graded on the important information. Study guides prepare you. Honestly almost every answer on the quiz and final exam can be found on quizlet.

This class was pretty easy. There weren't any essays but the weekly assignments usually have some writing to them. Usually just a paragraph on the modules. Pretty simple class, try not to miss any assignmsnts though because the total possible points is quite low compared to other classes. I passed with an A without buying the textbook.

Really easy class. She grades a bit hard on the essay questions, but the actual Multiple choice exams are VERY SIMILAR to the study guide. I got a 94% just by following the directions and study guide. This class never took longer than an hour a week. I recommend this for people who are busy! I did not even do the Extra credit b/c i was confident!

The class has very few assignments, some extra credit opportunities, and is overall easy. Assignments consist of discussion/response posts, reflections, prompts, and quizzes/exams.

Great professor! Does require textbook, I got mine on Amazon. Gives great, clear instructions. Class mainly focuses on your interpretation and topic of the week. Definitly would take Professor McCandless again.

The layout of the class was nice and easy. There was a lot of reading, but really you just got to do your work and you will do well.
