Ms. White was awesome. She ALWAYS was there to help you out with whatever you needed, and if you got a bad grade, it was all your fault, cause she would do everything possible to help you if you asked. I got a D, but that's cause I didn't always go.

Mrs. White is a very great teacher, she is one-on-one with her students and cares about every one of them. Her teaching skills are amazing. I had trouble the first time around in Algebra but after taking Mrs. White's class I have a better understanding of this subject.

Smokers cough?! SHut up freak! If you ever had trouble with math - clear your calender- This is the teacher for you! She'll put down that smoke & show you 5 different ways to get the right answer. She allows you to call her at home for help. She'll meet you at school to help you. She is awesome, just remember to turn off you cell phones for class:)

I love this woman....she was great! You should take her if you hate math or if you suck at it. She will help you so much and her cough isn't that bad...I never really noticed it. You get to have a note card on the test and she gives a review!! Take her!!!!

Mrs. White is AWESOME!!! This lady rocks with explaining algebra. I hated math before I took her class. She makes it fun, easy to understand. If I would have had in high school my life would have been much easier. The reason I was afraid of college was because of Algebra. If I had known that there were profs like her, I wouldn't have been.

Ms. White is awesome! If you hate math and feel like everyone else understands it but you, then Ms. White is for you. I made an "A" in her class. Do the homework, take home quizes and tests reviews and you'll do great. It's easy to make 100 on the quizes, she lets you take them home. Her tests are exactly like her review. Very understanding.

I had Mrs.White for College Algebra. She was so helpful and great at explaining things. She gives partial credit and excellent reviews for the test. She will also let you use a note card on the test. She's the best math teacher I've ever had. Take her if you can!

If you have trouble with algebra, take her she is a great teacher and really knows her stuff and can show you the easy way to do it rather than the hard way in the book...she also goes over every test before hand and if you get that then you will do well on the test because they are the same problems but with different numbers

I took her class this semester online. I was super nervous about taking a math class after being out of high school for 10+ years. She was so helpful and I learned a lot from her, even on line. I took her in the fall semester..I can truly say that she is the best math teacher I had ever taken..one of the reason why you should take her class is that she lets you use a NOTE CARD on the test (which is extremely helpful) She is easy but you also got to know what your doing..you get 4 take home quizzes(not hard) and easy homework!! take her!!!

Ms. White is a great teacher, probably the best in the department. She makes things very clear, gives homework and reviews (optional) that prepare you for the tests quite well. She's a wonderful and helpful teacher, and I simply cannot recommend her enough.

She's great, she explains things well. She helps you with anything, sometimes even on the test (lol!) she's pretty lenient on homework. Gives partial credit on tests, all around easy class. Only bad thing about PreCal class is that its a 4day a week class so it goes extremely fast, and if you slack off on a test or two it can hurt you in the end.

She teaches with the calculator and makes math very easy to understand. Her knowledge of the subject and her gift to teach it makes her a wonderful professor.

very clear with explanations and allows notecard on tests. im not good at math, mostly because i cant remember the steps. with the notecard, you can remind yourself of steps. attendence is highly recommended as she will thoroughly explain everything in class. book is not required if you take detailed notes. has take-home quizzes and drops 1 test

Took the class onlinefor summer session. Alot of work but its doable. All homework and quizzes are in My Math Lab. All Test are at the SE campus. Ms. White provides detailed notes and examples of all problems. She also provides a review for each exam which is very similiar to the actual test. I would take her class again!!

I would have never taken math over the summer, but wanted to take an intermediate/college algebra course in Fall 11. I rolled up my sleeves & w/dedication & discipline did it. Great Teacher!!!

Mrs. White's online summer 0304 is fast and furious, but she provides awesome, chapter notes & test reviews. Tests are taken at the SE campus, homework & quizzes are done through MyMathLab. A lot of work when do over the span of 6 weeks,but can be done.

Mrs. White is very organized, and not only does she know the material, she can actually teach the material. She wants to make sure you understand everything in her lectures so you can pass her exams. She is a little difficult, but in a good way. She is caring about her students and wants them to pass.

LOVEDD her class she knew what she was teaching and enjoyed doing it. She helped u when u needed it and understood we have other important things going on in our lives besides class so if u missed she'd help u catch up. wonderful teach!!

Mrs. White is an awesome teacher. I'm a straight A student but math always gives me problems (hence why I'm taking remedial math courses). Mrs. White knows how to teach the material and she will help you until you get it. If I can I will take Mrs. White for the rest of my math classes.

I am horrible at math. I mean HORRIBLE! I had to take intermediate algebra twice before I barely passed. I went into this class with low expectations but Ms. White explained everything so well that I made an A! Because of her, everything finally just clicked! I am so thankful that I had her as my teacher and I highly recommend her for math!

Very nice and helpful. I'm currently taking an emporium class for her, which means I don't need her help all the time but when I do she's great. She'll let you leave early (10-15 mins)due to my class being only on the computer. I wouldn't do it everytime just once in a while. Work on your math inside and outside the class room you'll pass.

As an English major who has no interest or strength in math whatsoever, I aced her class because she is extraordinarily clear and helpful. She allows a notecard for the tests, which are made by her, not the department or district. She reviews a class beforehand, drops lowest test grades, and makes an A very attainable. TAKE HER!

The best, if you want to learn take her class, if you don't get an A it's because you didn't apply yourself. She goes above and beyond to help you and make sure you understand.

This is the best teacher EVER!!! She drops the lowest grade, and allows a note card. The final is not mandatory. She goes above ad beyond to help you. She even has graphing calculators in class so you don't need to buy one. Easy A. If you don't get an A you just didn't try at all.

She's very fair and very approachable. Her class is passable. It's true she does allow note cards on tests (one side only, though). Half of her tests consisted of answering questions on MyMathLab, but she returned credit for certain answers MML counted wrong since it's so picky. You should definitely take her if math is not your strong suit.

I am horrible in math put it that way. She is quick to respond to emails and to help you. She helps you if you need it and is so quick to help also her assistants as well. You cant move onto the next test until you passes the first one so on and so forth. So there is no way you can fail! only way you can fail is if you dont try!Great Teacher!

I’ve never been that good at math. Professor White is unlike any other math Instructor I’ve ever had. Her style of teaching has a way of making Algebra understandable. I highly recommend her, if you attend class, ask questions and do the assigned homework you will pass. She does conduct a detailed review before each exam.

Struggle with math? This is the professor for you! She is so nice and helpful + never seems inpatient when you aren't understanding. I can't believe I passed a math class the first time. She is truly wonderful.

CLASS IS SO EASY! The notes in class are exactly as the homework very easy, explains everything well. Very helpful gives you about 10 minutes in class to do your homework and walks around to help out. Test are very easy if you study the review. So caring and helpful. I wish she can teach all my math classes.

Professor White is one of the best teachers you could get! She breaks it down so you understand. Used My Math lab in class on computer. Quizzes you can take until you make 100%, same with homework, 5 tests one dropped and the final CAN be dropped and not even taken if you like your first 4 tests! TAKE HER you will not regret it!!!! EASY A!!!

Math isn't my strong suit never has been but Mrs. White was always very clear in explanation and expectations. She'd do practice homework with you in class and then you'd work on it there and at home. Reviewed for all tests and what you review is what is on the test no curve balls like some teachers.

I loved her class, i took her because I dropped my first college algebra class. I'm so glad i had a chance to take her class, she is clear when explaining material and will help if you ask. homework is done in class incase you do not understand or need help. She also does a lot of examples in class there is no way you will not learn.

Love professor White. Pre calculus was difficult, but she made it so much easier with the way she teaches. She uses mymathlab which is horrible, but she made sure it only consisted of material needs for the class. I would strongly recommend taking her for any math class. I wish she taught calculus.

This teacher is amazing! She will make things easy as long as you try. There are 4 tests, the first one can be hard if you haven't taken math in a while. Once you get the hang of it, it gets so easy! Last 2 tests are easy A's if you have your calculator! The final is optional, only 25 questions, and can replace your lowest test grade.

She is a great teacher, very clear and i would really recommend taking her.

She even drops a ton of things and looks at your work and gives points for getting a certain amount of work done. So you'll never lose in this class. Best professor ever ! Take her she gives great lectures. If you have questions she will explain to you. She gives reviews before every test , there is no way you can fail this class. The only thing is that she uses MyMathLab and gives like 12 problems per test so be sure to get all of them right. Also drops one test and one quiz so if you want to skip your final test you're good.

She very approachable and she breaks things down so you can understand. Open to answer questions when you don't understand something. Would take her again in a heart beat.

Uses My Math Lab, 6 tests including midterm and final. 25 questions on each test. Instead of using the book, I looked up example problems on YouTube and understood how to do the problems. Do not buy the book, an online version is available through MML.

I am terrible at algebra, so of course I was terrified of college algebra! Professor White provides all of the information you need to do well in this class. I made a B, but considering how hard algebra is for me, I think that's pretty good.

Seriously good professors are a blessing to have these days and she is one of the BEST professors you'll ever have so do not miss your opportunity to choose her as your professor. I didn't even have to take the final because one test grade was dropped.

I was having a hard semester than anticipated so I didn't get the grade I aimed for, but I talked to her, and she listened and helped. I really think that she is an amazing professor for math. She's funny, and enjoys what she does! Would take again!

Excellent professor. Took the half online, half lecture version. Met each Monday, the rest was typical Mymathlab homework and quizzes. She gave 5 exams, but dropped one, so if you're satisfied with your grade you don't have to take the final. She provides calculators in class/for exams and allows you to bring a notecard with notes for each exam.

She gives out a review a week before the tests and are almost identical to the actual test! She does not give EC but if you do what you're supposed to do you will make an A! I ended the semester with a 99, because she is just that good!

Very nice woman. Makes the material easy to understand and explains further if you're still confused. She gives homework due on test days and gives 4 tests, allowing you to drop one, including the final. Would definitely take again.

Understandable, willing to help if you let her know what your struggling with. Straight to the point. Doesn't waste time. Online quizzes with multiple chances to take them. Has in class tests.

Mrs. White is an amazing professor. She is passionate about teaching and stops to answer questions whenever you have them. You do not have to take the final exam if you like your grade and she allows you to use a 4x6 notecard on every test with whatever information you want to write on it. Tests are online, overall easy course.

Mrs. White has a way of explaining things that are easy to understand, she cares and makes it easy to do well. She is always available to help if you don't understand. Uses MML and there is homework after every class, a quiz every week and 4 exams and a final. She drops the LOWEST test and quiz grade! Show up, pay attention and you will get an A.

Works problems with you in class and offers to help after class. Grades consists of 3 written homework, MML homework, 3 quizzes, 4 scantron quizzes, 4 exams, and a comprehensions final. She offers makeup for homework/written quizzes, drops a scantron, and lets your final replace lowest exam grade. Makes sure you really understand the concepts.

Took Mrs. White after i failed PreCal with a different professor, and I am so glad that I did! Mrs. White's explanation of topics and lesson are clear and easy. She is very sweet and funny, willing to help you if you put in the effort. You will have homework online but it is very easy plus she goes over them in class. Test are just like the reviews

Prof. White is awesome. She really cares & wants you to learn. works with you, you just need to communicate with her. 3 exam & final. Reviews mirror the exams, 1-pg sheet notes for final. Professor White is funny, smart, and lets you use a notecard for tests and exams. How awesome is that! There was a lot of hw, a couple of tests, four exams, and a optional final. Just make sure not to miss her class because it will show in your grade, and you'll be completely lost. I enjoyed taking her class, especially since math is not my friend.

She teaches by mainly going over the homework which at first worried me bc i didnt know i would actually learn but it worked, i ended up learning the material. she lets us take in notecards on out exams so not everything is completely memorized, shes also a very nice teacher, i so recommend her for precal

One of the most underrated math professors at TCC. She actually cares about students and will go out her way to help you pass. I might add she is very funny, and her puns were great. Homework's were very simple (she goes over some of the problems in class before she even assigns them), there's an occasional pop quiz before class. Take Her!
