By taking this class, I feel that I have not only improved my grammar and punctuation skills, but also have gained greater knowledge for how to be successful in an online class.

Fast pace class which doesn't loose my interest. professional appearance, easy to approach, quick answers, interested in teaching and wants the student to learn. Recommended to friends using Outlook for refresher.

Fast-paced, but her speech appears "canned". Seems more interested in talking about her "high positions" on campus and how important she is.

I will take classes with her again.

This was my first attempt at an online class. I enjoyed the flexability but was a bit frustrated as far as not having the ability to network and share ideas with classmates. I would like to take another online class in the future.

Interesting Case Studies. Helpful textbook.

Good case studies, good information and a teacher that really cares about her students. Very helpful and even though this was an online class she was very clear in her instruction and responds fast to any e-mails sent to her. If you read the text and do the assigned work, it is a great class.

Carole was NOT strict about deadlines, which I loved. Her requirement was you had to have all your work in by a certain date. She gave a schedule & you SHOULD have your work done at a certain point, she didn't lower your grade if you didn't have it done. GREAT Online class teacher.

This online class on helpful Tips and Tricks for PDAs was very informative, well developed, interesting and challenging. I highly recommend this class and this instructor.

Everything was fine except for the lady in the corner who kept asking questions that were covered hours earlier.

A attractive, bright & helpful woman who, at times, came off as caustic when dettered from her teaching schedule. As long as questions weren't asked and people followed what she said, she was great, but she seemed to be irked by having to deter from her teaching plan by students needing help or who, to be fair, were asking a lot stupid questions.

Carole Bennett was fair, even generous in grading. She clarified items of confusion in 24-48 hours (it was an online class), and gave detailed feedback to everyone on assignments. I noticed some sensitivity to errors found in the class pages and in her writings; there were several, but we were specifically asked NOT to use them for our assignments.

I learned a lot from Carole. The class is very structured and laid out well. I had never taken an online class and was afraid I wouldn't have the discipline to get my work done. I've enjoyed the class very much and may even take more in the future.

I took Excel 2007 online with this instructor. I felt like the class page was organized well. I had no problem following the instructors assignments and intructions. She seemed to respond to the message list in a timely manner, and also graded work in a timely manner.

I put in a lot of time on one particular assignment, but it got botched on the upload. She didn't penalize me. She didn't have to do that. I was very impressed. Good class, good instructor.
