Worst Prof in the entire world (including grade schools, devry and 3rd world countries). If you absolutely can't change into another class then don't go to her class because you feel like killing yourself after each one and going hurts you for the exam.

Hard to follow and boring lectures, since she makes up every word as she teaches lectures. She is extremely weak as a professor as she has 95% of all her students preparing appeals this semester due to her false preparation for final exams. Drop clas ASAP

By far one of my worst experiences at Rye. Drop the class asap! She is horrible and has tunnel vision. It's her way or no way. Brutal teacher omg i cannot stress enough what a horrible person she is.

DO NOT take this course with her. She'll put you to sleep during her lectures - it's something about the way she talks, monotone? I dunno.... but to top it off she's a hard marker when it comes to the assignment. Good luck if you get her!

some people just don't have the teaching ability in them... and she definitely does not. all she does is read slides and searches them for answers when she can't answer your question. you're better off reading the textbook by yourself. it's clearer and less irritating.

worst prof i have ever had at ryerson, and ive had my share of bad profs. her material and how she presents it is dryer than the arabian desserts. dont know what the board was thinking when she bacame part of the faculty. has a tendency to over emphasize some words, i dont konw y? final thought, switch ur prof, if you dont then i warned you.

she is highly educated. BUT that has nothing to do with how she teaches, which is by far the worst ever. Boring classes, her exams are fair, although this years final was really difficult, only because she added a finance question in, and most of the material she did not teach. dont take it w/her.

Don't know where to begin she does not reply to emails, her lectures are more boring then anything that I can imagine to date. Be prepared to be in vegetated state when in her lectures. Tests are fair, and inclass assigments are alright BUT BEWARE she is a GPA killer for people who don't participate which is what ur gonna do in a dull class likethi

Bring a pillow to her class. I'm falling asleep right now. Even an XL caffeinated drink will not put off the inevitable, you will be comatose by the end of lecture.

"Any questions, any comments" Thats all I learned from this 410 course she is teaching. Also, She doesn't answer your question clearly and she doesn't follow the book. Morever, She doesn't give out instruction clearly as well, even with the use of BB. Hence...do not choose the course she teaches...you will learn nothing from it.

Never had a teacher like her before in the history of my life... she is as useful as the as a penny in your pocket which can get u nothing... No need to ever come to class as she only says 4 words " Any questions, Any Comments !! ".. She doesn't follow the course outline and lags behind too much ... overall she is the most useless prof.

Do yourself a favour, DO NOT take any of her classes, as you will not learn anything useful. She's very unclear about her instructions for assignments (i.e. you have to "guess" what she wants because she doesn't tell you) and she does not answer questions properly --if at all. She's also very rude, and unapproachable.

Someone PLEASE push this woman in front of a train, bus, or any other large moving object. Don't even bother going to lecture, you'll probably end up dumber than if you just read the material yourself. Nothing actually covered in class is on the exam anyways. How can this woman still have a job?

Worst Midterm Ever. Worst Prof Ever. Didnt have to be as hard as it was, wow. Studying for this midterm will barely help at all. The info you think will be on there will have little to no emphasis(ie. SCM). She clearly says certain things won't be on there but they magically appear. All she says in her lectures, "Any questions, any comments."

The only reason she gets 1 for anything in my ratings is because it won't let me give a 0. Terrible. Unorganized. Told us what we needed and didn't need to know for the midterm, but I guess she lied. Not only has this prof stressed me, but also wasted my time and money. If I need to take this course next year, that's a year of life and money gone.

Carol would probably be better off teaching a PLM 100 after those exquisite plumbing stories in class. She really got a round of applause when she unplugged that toilet on one of her vacations. Too bad all she gets in ITM410 is students standing up in the middle of class yelling at her and telling her she can't teach, and boy are they right.

She is the worst teacher ever. This is the second class I have had with her. Most of her classes are offered at night through the CE... do it if you want a good grade. The only point of going to this class was seeing Marco blow up at her the other week :D

Decided to drop the class, despite getting a reasonably good mark on the mid-term. The class was creating too much unnecesarry stress and I felt I was not learning what I needed to. I was also sick of tolerating a teaching style that involved constant disorganization, rudeness and chaos. What a waste of time, money and mental energy.

HORRIBLE Professor. She does not know the course material, her lectures are loosely based on the course text and outline, and she is extremely disorganized. Avoid this professor at all costs, switch you major or school if necessary.

She is the worst teacher.Very disorganized & rude & ignorant towards students. Seems as if she doesn't know the material herself. Theres been a few times where shes been stumped by students and couldn't answer simple questions. Does not seem like she likes to help. Her favourite saying is "ITS NOT MY JOB TO.." & "U've got some catching up to do."

Even after hearing all the bad things about her and after all the bad things i've read about her on this site, I tried to enter this class with an open mind. It was all downhill from there. She is unable to provide any insight, pop quizzes cover material not yet covered, and she does not explain what is necessary to complete any assignments. Waste.

Worst prof ever, think she would have learned her listen after getting in trouble with the director. THINK AGAIN. She STILL cannot teach, she doesn't read your emails, I got DENIED to see her in hours. She teaches you irrelevant stuff, you're only going to get screwed later in other courses that requires BPR.

Typical class = 1/3 repetitive presentations, 1/3 powerpoint slide reading with little elaboration 1/3 lab work where she is of little to no help. Tests barely reflect lecture and are clearly pulled from textbook database. Better learning can be achieved from simply reading the textbook. She is useless.

This lady should be stripped off her teaching license. Keep on reading the slides during lecture and make 75% of the class fall asleep. If you are unlucky enough to have her, treat her nicely and pretend to respect her (admittedly low) intelligence. And make sure you answer her dead-easy questions too. If so, you will get an A without much trouble.

This is practically the first time I have been penalized (both academically and mentally) for trying to think constructively in a course. Her course materials are pretty much low quality recycled material from other courses, doesn't understand what she teaches, and worst of all rude/degrading at a personal level. Try really hard to avoid her.

2 classes w/ her this year. She's not a bad person, but she's is a pretty bad teacher. Her linguistic skills leave something to be desired, her courses are poorly planned, she is a slow marker, and gives unreasonable deadlines. You can get an A if you're willing to put in a lot of work and effort.

Worst professor ever encountered. Vague instructions that she will NOT clarify. Course material is irrelevant to the textbook. Parts of the test are from the text, which she does not teach at all. When asked for verify instructions, she will not answer and respond in a condescending manner. I have never disliked a prof until her.

No one would take her class if she wasn't the only prof that taught it. She is very unclear about her expectations, and you have to ask her the same thing several time if you want a semi-clear answer. The only good side to this course is that you don't need the textbook and there is no final exam, but the business case is long and kinda tough.

She is the worst professor I have ever had. I have had her twice. The first time was for a really important course. Now I am screwed for the course that relied on her course to teach me something. "If you can't do something, teach it" holds true to her. Well by that logic she should be teaching people how to teach.

Now that I'm in ITM 800, the stuffs that she supposed to teach but didn't really come back and bite you in the a**. She is ridiculously easy if you make friend with her. Stay after class, put a good show for her. She likes it.

Course outline doesnt contain phone#, email, prof name, # of assignments is inaccurate(said 4,but 10). 45 hours spent on weekly assignments, 20 hours on a report paper, exam was a week early covering less chapters; no notice through email or course outline of change... teaches nothing in class ; 66% of class does nothing(stdnt prsnttions+lab) bware

Terrible prof, doesn't know how to teach. You're best off buying the textbook and studying from that to pass the midterms but you still gotta show up for a full 3 hour class to do a presentation and lab which is complete bull and a waste of time since she doesn't teach you anything. Do not take this.

The worst. Pulls notes out of nowhere and is the most unorganized professor ever. Doesn't even know how to use Word let alone teach anything about ERP. Holds extreme grudges and loses your lab marks. Avoid at all costs.

The absolute worst profs I've seen/heard of in TRSM were all teaching 410, John Peco being the only exception. This prof is an ITM legend: Doesn't use blackboard, written instructions for assignments are incomplete, overall instructions are deceptive as hell. Passing will feel like a fluke. This lady and Helen Cheng should not be teaching at all.

WORST PROF EVER!!! Seriously, she struggles to read off the lecture slides. If you want to get good grade in her class, write more quantity over quality. BS your way around. Ask her simplest of questions which she knows how to answer, and you probably already know the answer to. She will feel smart answering it.

Horrible prof, if you have a question and ask she will reply back with, "Well, what do you think?" OR "Use google, that's what it's there for." Was the prof that was on youtube where student stood up to her for teaching badly & James Norrie had to come in and quiet everyone. Norrie made all students sign contract for 5% bonus marks to midterm.

Worst professor I have ever had. She can't answer questions, her lectures have nothing to do with the book, and she is completely incoherent.

No matter how smart you are (3.5gpa) she does not know how to mark. People that gave the wrong answers get perfect while the right answers are found to be incorrect. Please stay away from this prof..she really is ignorant and lives up to everything you heard about her

She only taught 10 pages of the book for half the semester. She made a girl cry on the final project and though i pity her sick mother don't EMO on me in the class.

You will believe it when you see it! She cannot answer any question, because she does not understand or know anything! Have no idea how can she teach ITM courses if she has PHD in library science and bachelor in Biology... Only Ryerson University can hire a prof like her. Worst "professor" I'v ever had! She makes 125 000 a year (see sunshine list)!

She has no knowledge on the subject, no clarity, lectures are useless, marking is awful (NO FEEDBACK), we dont know what we did wrong! Guidelines for final project very vague, since she doesnt give feedback we dont know how to fix our problems!

I'd have to say that the quizzes and assignments were pretty fair BUT she is very unclear and she doesn't know her stuff. Her lectures are boring and waking up at 8am wasn't worth it. You don't even need to show up unless there's a pop quiz. Just a heads up, your textbook will be your go-to throughout the semester..

One of the dullest teachers I've ever had. The first lecture has a packed class then they disappear the next lecture. Just show up for quizzes and leave. A pretty nice lady who has good intentions. You'd think though that an ITM professor would know how to work a computer.

I had her class 20 years ago.. I did ok, but it had little to do with this professor. She did not stay focused on her subject matter during lectures, leaving us confused as to what to expect on the tests. Passing the midterm depended on who you knew taking the same class taught by the other professors. No Change in 20 years? Disappointing.
