Very helpful and approachable. Lectures were interesting and clear. 3 tests, 1 paper, all very easy. She recommends reading the textbook, but I did not bother buying it. All the info you need is in her lectures so just show up and take good notes. I got an A.

she s a very kind teacher. talks a little fast but she is really sweet. overall grasp of the material is questionable but psych is an insanely complex and diverse area of study. she is young so she isn't hard to relate to and vice versa. i recommend her but tests are really hard!

I had her for research methods. it is an easy class, the tests are tough but if you read the book their easy. Her lectures are online. She has two cute kids, who she talks about sometimes. She is very energetic and does go kinda fast in class. But explains things very well, and helps you with your research project,which is mandatory I recommend her

She was my first teacher I had going in to Saddleback. She is a really good transition teacher from high school to college. Her lectures are clear, though she does sometimes talk fast, but if you listen it's easy. You print out the lecture notes before class and follow along while adding your own notes. She is ALWAYS willing to answer questions.

SHE IS SUPER AWESOME!! I LOVE CAROLINE! She speaks super fast and clear which is easier for you to stay focused rather than the monotone slow professor. She is really funny too. She has a personality rather than just one of the boring old professors with no personality at all.

I took her for Psych 2, she is really good in the way that this class would be really boring and could be a lot worse but she makes it more interesting and fun. You do have to study for tests but she very fair! Very bubbly personality which is refreshing.

I loved PSYCH 3 and I loved Prof. Gee. She is upbeat, nice and teaches very well. She'll even meet with you outside of class if you need help with the class or advice. I would definitely recommend her to anyone signing up for a psych class.

This is a dry subject, but Prof. Gee does her best to make the subject matter interesting. She's bubbly and likes when you laugh at her jokes. She talks fast, but all lectures are online. 3 difficult, non-cumulative exams. 2 research papers (one of which is based on an experiment you conduct). I learned a lot from Prof. Gee;she's a great professor!

Her timed online exams are easy to pass but they are based on a lot of videos watched in class. She's funny and passionate about psychology. Take good notes and read the book.

I took the online class. The due dates and work load were all reasonable. The tests and quizzes are hard but from the book. Do the work and read the text and you will be able to pass the class. There is no cumulative exam so each test is only on what you're reading at the time. I would take her again.

she's awake, loud, gives good examples, talks really fast..teaches well. class was really hard for me, but i somehow got a B, i was suprised. doesn't take attendance but i'd recommend on not missing class. alot of exam questions are from book & not covered in class. no cumulative exam, just midterms.

Caroline is such a great teacher, I took the hybrid class and learned so much. She really cares about her students and wants you to pass her class. I wish I had enough time to take more of her classes.

Biological psychology isn't an easy class, but if you take good notes, actually read the textbook, and attend class it is possible to get a decent grade. Professor Gee is really helpful and helps make the subject easier to understand and a lot less boring. I actually found the class interesting. If you take this class, take it with Professor Gee.

Biopsych is difficult subject material, however, Prof Gee is very nice & eager to help her students. 3 exams, 8 online quizzes that come from the text (she drops lowest score), & extra credit opportunities. Posts notes online but attendance is still necessary to elaborate on her notes for a good grade.

Professor Gee was a great teacher. I took her online, and there was quite a bit of work: discussions &quizzes every week, 4 tests, &1 project that took me a full day of working on. But she is fun, nice, and the class is interesting and not hard to get a good grade in as long as you do all the work.

I got an A in this class! Not sure now, since when I did my own calculations, it came out to an 88%, but I'm happy about the A. Prof. Gee is an amazing professor, and the discussion board topics are interesting to research and talk about. The quizzes and exams were challenging, but manageable if you did the reading and watched the videos.

I was iffy on taking professor Gee's class because I wasn't too sure on the reviews. But I love professor Gee! Her lectures are not boring at all even though it was a half lecture/hybrid class! She tries to come up with unique examples to all of the pyschology topics so you can remember the topics and do well on the exam.

Mrs. Gee was a very nice teacher and was helpful! Her class was interesting but pretty hard. I took the accelerated class online tho, and that could have been why. The tests are hard and you must study everything. But it was a good learning experience and she was very clear on directions.

I worked my butt off over her online summer class, I gave up my life to get an A, but no luck. The questions on the exames are so ridiculous, some answers are not on the book or the videos, you just have to know what she is thinking I guess. Be ready to study HARD and don't expect an A.

I took teh online summer couse. Prof Gee was very nice and always responded to emails. If you read the book and watch all of the videos you should get an easy C in the class. If you put in effort, you can easily get a higher grade. Make sure you turn in all of your work. She gives very little extra credit.

I took the online class over the summer, biggest mistake ever. I have never had a B in my life, I am a straight A student and I am very disappointed, because there is not way of getting an A in this class. I watched and read everything, made notes and studied. If you need to keep your GPA up take someone else. :(

I took her online Child Development course over the summer and while it wasn't an easy A, it's VERY doable. I read the first few reviews before mine and would say to not let those reviews deter you from taking the class. Exams are NOT impossible. Achieving an A is as simple as taking the time to do your work and put in effort.

This was my first online course, taken over the summer in conjunction with Psych. 1 - Tough course, for an A. The book is used 100% of the time. Performance is based on reading of the text - know the fine points. Professor Gee is a great professor, empathetic, patient, and responsive. The best psych teacher I have encountered at Saddleback.

Very clear on what she expects from you. The tests are very hard. You HAVE to read before you take the tests because the questions are tricky. Class is doable but it does take commitment.

I enjoyed her lessons, she was generally an interesting and fun teacher. But I despised the quizzes, they were exceptionally difficult and the answers weren't easily available online. Firefox was mandatory for the quizzes which is bad if you hate Firefox. Also way too much biology used, e.g. the brain,nerves etc but overall got teacher.

Really good teacher she is clear on what she wants but it is A LOT of work. You have to study a ton for the tests because pretty sure it was the hardest tests ive ever taken. She is very helpful and willing to do anything to help you get your grade up which is nice.

Weekly quizzes, a test every two weeks, and a project. Quizzes are very easy. Test are somewhat hard but not too bad. There really isn't too much work. Mrs. Gee is a great online teacher. You should take her class.

I really enjoyed Professor Gee's class. I took this class online. She was very helpful and answered emails very quickly. She gave very clear instructions for every assignment and was always available to give guidance and answer questions throughout the entire course.

She is a wonderful professor. The way she runs her online class is amazing. She answers emails really quick and makes you feel that you are part of a classroom. Make no mistake though, this class requires a lot of work. At least 12 hours a week to receive an A, but she makes it so motivating that it is very attainable if you put the time into it.

Professor Caroline Gee is very knowledgeable and her teaching skills are excellent. She keeps a tight reign on the class, which I appreciated and uses humor and wit to keep in light and rolling along. Interesting lectures with lots of graphics and PowerPoint slides. Most organized online class I've ever taken. Reading the book is a must. Weekly discussion board assignments & quizzes. Exams are every 4 chapters-no final. Participation is based on replies to discussion board-minimum of 3 posts. 1 written assignment summarizing 3 articles based on class topics. Do the extra credit assignment!

I really loved Professor Gee! Probably my favorite psych teacher I had at Saddleback! She is DEFINITELY not an easy A, but if you work hard then its possible. Worst class ever. Don't see how people are rating her high. She has no lectures. You are literally expected to read the book and take the exams. I took notes and read the book, every chapter that we'd be tested on. I haven't done that in years. I could not get higher than a C on the exams even after doing that. This class is near impossible.

Gee's class isn't an easy A, you have to work for it; however, she is amazing! Lots of office hours to offer when students need help, responds to every single email, will help after class, keeps blackboard up to date, offers extra credit AND quizzes are open note online. Don't take this class if you don't like Psychology. This is a hybrid course.

There is a lot to do for this class. A discussion board a week with 3 replies, a test every two weeks, a quiz a week, roughly 70 pages of book reading a week, a long powerpoint a week, plus videos. YOU NEED THE BOOK. The tests are long and very hard. But she gives good feedback and is very organized.

I went into this class as a business major not wanting to take another science class. Professor Gee structures the class so that you don't need to pass every test to pass the class. Homework and the poster project make up a strong portion of the grade. She is also very caring, and understanding. She is willing to work with students through anything

It was very helpful for more specific info, most questions from the quizzes online come from the book. For the tests know the in-class slides well and she also gives a study guide.

I was told by others to take professor Gee for biopsych and I'm so glad I did. This is a hard class but it is super interesting and Carolin is the sweetest person ever and is the best person for this class. She offers opportunities for extra credit and drops your two lowest ONLINE assignments (this class has an online portion but it wasnt too bad)

Very helpful. Active learning activities once or twice every two weeks, exams are easy if you study the lecture notes that you take in class. One big written assignment that you can send to her beforehand and receive feedback on what you need to change to get an A. I fixed mine and was able to get a 100% on it. Super sweet and easy to learn from.

This was my second time taking one of Professor Gee's classes, and I loved it! She is very sweet and does a lot to help you get good grades on each assignment. Online lectures can be tedious, but hers are not too heavy. Definitely take her!

This class is a lot of work for a Psych I class, but Professor Gee is extremely accessible and kind. I found her tests particularly tough with wording, and they are 68 questions with a ninety minute time limit. Her homework is completely doable, and there is one paper that is easy to do, yet time consuming.

Professor Gee truly knows what she's talking about. You have to stay on top of your work and make sure she sees you improving/trying and you will stay on her good side. Classes are set up so that they are very interactive so there are participation points in the class. Overall great person and a great teacher! You can tell she truly loves teaching

Professor Gee is an amazing professor who is very intelligent, caring, and funny. The class is composed of 12 Online Assignments (2 dropped), 1 poster assignment, and 3 very difficult exams. In order to get an A in the class you have to study like everyday because the exams make you think hard. It's a very difficult class, but you will learn a lot.

While biological psychology is a complex course, Prof. Gee explains each concept in a way that makes it easier to understand by offering analogies and examples. Her lectures consist of important info for exams as well as interesting images and videos. Grade consists of online assignments (2 lowest dropped), 3 in-class exams, and a poster project.

Mrs. Gee is very organized & gives great feedback. She sets everything up step by step so its almost impossible to fail. Her tests do get tricky, a majority of questions being scenarios but as long as you study and know how to apply terms you'll do fine. There's one written paper but she will even read the rough draft and correct it before its due.

5/5 because of how good of a person she is. She was so amazing, caring and sweet. That being said, this was the hardest class I ever took at saddleback and I had to drop. If your a student who is used to taking short cuts in class or looking up the answers, this class is not for you. You really really have to attend class and pay attention

I took Professor Gee's Psyc 3 class online. I was very nervous to take this class, because I knew it would be difficult. I expressed my concerns to her, and she assured me that I would be able to be successful. Throughout the semester, she was receptive, caring, and understanding. The class was challenging, but with hard work, an A is achievable!

Took this class just for fun, and it was a lot more work than I expected. Professor Gee is very nice and helpful if you reach out, which was an upside. Downside is that the tests are hard! She gives out study guides, which I filled out, but they were completely different than the actual exam and didn't help me. She does provide extra credit.

I LOVED Professor Gee! So incredibly clear when it comes to grading and doesn't assign much. I didn't really do well on her tests (I got high 70s on them), but I still managed to get an A in the class. The test aren't hard, I definitely could've studied more to get a better grade. Professor Gee is very understanding and easy to reach. There are 8 discussions, 8 quizzes, and 4 exams. The discussions are easy and straightforward. With the quizzes, you have four attempts on each one and the highest grade is kept. The exams are very difficult, be prepared to read a lot. She does provide extra credit which is a lifesaver!

You have to read the textbook carefully and really understand the material because the tests are quite difficult and you have to be able to quickly answer the questions. If you are looking for an easy A, then do not take this class. I personally really liked this class and loved Professor Gee.

Prof Gee. has engaging lectures, she has you interact with classmates, so it never gets boring and you can make sure your on the same page as others. The course is lecture heavy and has a lot of complex material, but if you put in the work the class is fairly easy. Great prof! Class was very easy if you're just taking for credit, assignments are mostly just online textbook quizzes that are pretty easy to get right with minimal studying. However, there is a BIG final paper, so if you take this class, keep that in mind. Otherwise, great professor who was very respondent!

Professor Gee is nothing but amazing, I had taken her class for credit towards a Psyc. of Arts for transfer. I did a hybrid 40% in-class, and 60% online course and it was amazing. She is very understanding and determined for her students to learn. As long as you pay attention, properly receive information, and care you're going to pass this class.

This class was reading heavy, just do not fall behind on the reading and you'll be fine. Professor Gee is one of the sweetest psych professors I have had. She is caring and is quick to reply to emails for any help. You can tell she is passionate about teaching bio psych. I would 100% take her class again.

There are easy/helpful homework assignments, timed tests with multiple choice and written section, a paper, and EC. Easier if you study book A LOT and take notes on EVERYTHING to find during tests. I recommend!

Professor Gee's class is challenging but manageable with dedication. The tests require thorough understanding of the textbook, and the final paper is substantial. Unstuck study was a game-changer for my study prep - highly recommend!

Take this class as an asynchronous course!! She is incredibly caring, and inspirational. Homework and exams are fairly easy to pass. There is one writing assignment, but she gives you a LOT of time to get started on it. Was never stressed for this class.

Take Professor Gee! She is super sweet and caring! She offers multiple assignments for extra credit and all her discussion boards are tied into real life situation. If you do the homework, discussion boards extra credit the test will be easy. It really easy to get a good grade in this class. Only one large writing paper at the end of the semester.

Professor Gee is kind and accessible. The class has A LOT of reading, but if you keep up with assignments and watch all the videos, you'll do well. Exams are open book but timed, and there are many extra credit opportunities. Do the homework and readings, and you'll pass.

She's amazing and gives good feedback! I took her online class (asynchronous) and it was great! She is very organized and offers a lot of options for you to learn from, her videos lectures, text lectures, and a textbook. All the tests and quizzes are open book. She also accepts late work. This is one of the classes that is very easy to pass for me!

Great professor! The class is a reasonable difficulty and a good introduction to the topic. Prof. Gee is available by email and provides clear responces to questions. Extra credit and dropped homework and discussion scores makes it a forgiving class, but make sure to lock in on exams because they are the most important.
