I really like Dr. Odewumi, regardless of what anybody else says. If you come to class and do what you need to do and if you have the ability to act as a mature college student, you should have no problem in her class, or getting along with her. She's really funny too!

Dr. Odewumi is the best Science professor I have ever had-that includes highschool.She is funny, extremely helpful,and extremely clear( if you can understand her accent). She brings biology 'down to earth', in other words, she makes it very easy to understand.Quizzes are EXTRA CREDIT( there are at least 5) and she'll pass you if you get to know her

People who complain about her are usually the ones who never study, or come to class. Had her for BSC 1010L and she was awesome. Helps you when you need it. She has a heavy African accent, but you get used to it. Read and take notes on the lab for the day, she may give extra credit for it, and it really helps at the end of the year to boost your grade. Make sure you know the lab procedures BEFORE class. Great teacher.

Im not gonna lie her class had me stressing the whole semester and lectures and reading dont really help with exams she the worst avoid her at all cost

Caroline Odewumi is a character!!! Honestly, they gone tell you not to take her, but she not that bad tbh. Now, I will say she's VERY unorganized; especially at the end of the semester. When she yells, " WRITE THIS QUESTION DOWN", and says a statement... WRITE IT DOWN!! As long as you go to class and take notes, you'll do fine. Also, she gives E.C.

I love her, I literally took this class so I could have her again, to be she's such a caring teacher and really wants her students to learn. Don't get me wrong, she's hard as hell and really expects you to learn and know the material before class, if you answer her questions in class you get extra credit points towards the tests. I enjoy her

I love odewumi, this is my third time taking her, she is hard and expects you to learn the material but she also gives out pop quizzes throughout the semester that will be used as extra credit at the end. sometimes she also gives out extra credit during the lecture to see who has read, don't take this class if you aren't prepared to study.

Dr. Odewumi can come off as very strict & uptight, but I honestly think it's just a cultural thing. I didn't like her at first, the lectures were hard to keep up with, but as soon as I started attending her office hours and actually STUDYing after class it got better. The more effort she sees you putting in the more she'll be willing to help you.

Professor Dr. Odewumi is great. She may come off as strict, but you can tell she wants the best for her students. Make sure to complete extra. credit assignments, be familiar with lecture material before class, and go to her office hours when you need extra help. Definitely develop strong study habits before taking this course.

I enjoyed her class! Her accent is clear, and she repeats herself if needed. Attending is key—she gives test answers in lectures. Her Canvas videos are long but helpful. She drops the lowest test grade, reopens missed homework, and offers extra credit. She's strict on instructions but fair.

Honestly, in the beginning of the semester I thought her class was going to be hard. However I learned that if I just pay attention and take notes I would pass. She's really nice but can be snappy at times. If you study, take notes, ask for help you'll be fine.
