I loved this class and I am not a math person. She was so accessible everyday! She explained problems so well and if you still don't understand she will keep helping you until you do. She made math enjoyable and not so much of a headache. She made the world of difference for me in my college experience.

Professor Baldwin is very accessible throughout the whole semester and is very helpful when it comes to deadlines and course material. If you are taking math she is a great choice for a professor.

This class was completely on line but the professor was readily available for help & questions. Fast at responding & CARED about her students. She wants to know if your struggling so she can help. HW every week with a discussion but spaced out evenly enough so it wasn't alot at once. HIGHLY recommend this professor. She makes math understandable!!

I was skeptical about taking a math class online, especially since it's been 20+ years since I last took a math class, but Carrie made the course easy to follow and understand. Prof Baldwin is great at communication and making sure you have the proper help you need provided to you. There's a lot of extra credit opportunities which I appreciated as a lot of my past professors have not offered extra credit. Biggest tip is truly making sure you are on top of getting homework done and practices done.

I was worried about taking an online course for math since I usually need a lot more help, but she breaks everything down in a way that even I could understand. Professor Baldwin perfectly portrays what she needs to get across for the curriculum. Although this is an online course, she is the best math teacher I have ever had. She has guided notes and 10-15 minutes videos correlating to those notes and it helped me understand the material all the more.

She goes by ALEKS and though I scored fairly low on my exams, the "Showing the work" part of it really helped out because she would give credit if I had accidentally used a negative instead of a positive for a number. Small stuff like that. 60% exam scores turned into 80% scores

My professor's abilities to teaching will be lots of notes taking. We will go over each topic of the assignment together as a class, then she will hand out a worksheet to work on our own for about 15-20 minutes. This is to make we are understanding the material and asking questions we get stuck on something or confused on something.

College Algebra is not the easiest, but she made it so simple! She is caring about every student and makes sure we understand what we are doing. Every class is so fun and she goes over everything needed for homework/exams. A lot of extra credit available! She also tries to make exams calming giving out candies and squishy brains as anti-stress.

Professor Baldwin's lectures are engaging and all online resources are well-organized and easy to use. She is easy to contact when you need help, always down to earth, caring, consistent, and very helpful. I highly recommend taking algebra with her if you have struggled a lot in the past.

Overall a good professor. I took her online course I found a tad difficult I think that is just due to it being online though. The professor does offer multiple extra credit opportunities and they are relatively simple. The professor is available for questions just be careful with the formatting you submit assignments as that could be a problem.
