Easy and pointless class. She is nice and helpfun but the class is useless. You have two tests online (the first and last) and one in class test (which is killer) and then one paper. I got an A- and I was taking a ton of classes, so good grades are achieveable. Much better than the other teachers for this class!

Carrie Sanchez is cool, and her class is not hard at all. She gives 2 quizzes, 2 online and 1 in class. You also have to write a 3 page paper and give a mini presentation. I recommend her.

The class is easy, all you have to do is read and show up to her lectures. The quizes are easy for the most part, but you need to make sure you know the material but she tells you what you need to know before the quiz.The class consist of 3 quizes and 1 paper doesnt get easier.

Easy course, but look out for the first quiz it is a killer.The second and third quiz were fair.There is also a paper and a presentation.

She is hot!!!! A little, actually she is very talkative. Everything some how relates to her and her family. Funny stories though and she keeps everyone's attention.

3 quizzes and an article critique. The class is easy. Attendance is mandatory because it is tabulated in you grade. Quiz one is super hard so study as much for the first one. Quiz 2 is easy and quiz 3 is the easiest one of them all. Study for all of her exams even if you don't feel you don't have to. She is very talkative and gets distracted easy.

You have to go to class. She reviews for quizzes and exams. She's fair. Review her presentations. I got an A-. She concentrates on concepts. She's goes over the formulas. If you pay attention and go to class you will do fine. She's professional and arrives on time for class. She's picky on deadlines .

as long as you do not miss a single class, you will be fine. she will specifically tell you what to focus on for quizzes and tests and make it much easier to study as long as you go to her lectures. she focuses more on teaching theory, more than just the math aspect of QMB.

Good professor, come to class and she will hint what will be on quizzes, midterm, and final. Several discussions questions and homework assignments but not difficult, just get them done. Her Power Points are awesome!

I was nervous going into this course because I am not the best when it comes to math and excel but Carrie Sanchez is an amazing professor! Her lectures are informative and she a very dry sense of humor which I found to be hilarious! All the assignments are done online and are graded quickly! I recommend taking this course with her! Funny professor who's a straight shooter as to what she expects. Class consists of 3 quizzes, midterm, final, 6 discussion questions, easy hw and a 3 pg paper. If you're lazy this class isn't for you, simply put in the work and pass with an A. Oh yea, she's also really hot.

She's a great online professor. Clear grading criteria. If you turn all homework on time as well as quizzes and tests, there should be no reason why a student should fail her class. I passed with a B+. My dumb self should've aced the class because I had a zero in one of the homework assignments. She replies very quickly!

If you meet the deadlines this class is a breeze. She give 6 discussion posts, 3 page paper, if you meet the criteria for them shes gives you 100%. 3 large HW assignments that she gives you 100% on if you spend a adequate amount of time on them. 3 quizzes which are easy. Easy A if organized, she does NOT let you do make ups MUST meet deadlines.

6 Discussions, HW for 12 chapters (100% if completed), 3 quizzes, midterm/final (all online) & 3 page paper. Seems like a lot but all answers are online. Easy. Hybrid course, met 6 times the whole semester. Dont expect to learn too much from her as she speed reads through chapters. Shes a bit sassy which can be funny/annoying. Overall very easy A

The class is simple. Assignments are open for weeks but make sure you do them before the deadline -- she is adamant about no make-ups. She's a very charismatic lecturer & always ties whatever abstract topic we're discussing to its practicality in the business world. Take her class or suffer! One of the best professors I've taken. Homework, exams, discussion posts, are all open for several weeks at a time so there is no excuse to not turning the work in on time. If she teaches any other classes in Business, I will be taking it with her.

She was my best professor this semester. Attendance isn't required, but she does give the answers to the weekly homework and quizzes during class. Read the weekly material because if you don't participate in class she won't give you the answers. Three main assignments: resume, attend a city meeting, and letter to a legislator. 100% would take again

This professor is AMAZING. She is very clear with grading. She brings real life experiences into her lectures. Took her during Summer A. Best choice, its a lot of work but doable. I got a B+ for missing two discussions. I have to say she is one of the very few professors that truly represents her profession. Shes been in the business.

The class consists of 6 discussions, 3 bulks of HW, 3 quizzes, 1 midterm, 1 final and one assignment called stats in media. The class is very doable and the professor is not harsh when it comes to grading. She is, however, strict on do dates, but she does coordinate each assignment with sufficient time to complete. I took her for SUMMER C. TAKE HER

Took this professor for summer C online, Gave a syllabus and went by it the whole semester. Had a discussion post and a quiz every week, sometimes 2 due to the short semester. Had 3 big assignments which were very easy. Always replies to her emails, quick grader, and if you do the assignments her way you'll pass with an A.

She's great. Take her online if you could. She has homework, you only need the access code, don't waste money on the book just study the powerpoint for the corresponding HW assignment. 3 Quizes, 1 Midterm, 1 final. If you've been having difficulty passing QMB3200 like I had been, she's who you're going to pass the class with. TAKE HER.

Carrie is a wonderful business professor because she relates her lectures to real-life scenarios and experiences she had. She dresses and acts like a powerful businesswoman which was extremely motivational and respect her teaching style. I plan on taking business stats with her if I can in the future!

Very detailed, organized and responds quickly to students. Her powerpoints are great! She does have a STRICT no make up policy but gives alot of time for assignments to be done. Sudents who complain or dont like her are probably the ones who missed the work and she didnt let them make it up. She is very fair and a fast grader. Sheis not arrogant

Take her. You will pass the class. Online class consisted of discussions, papers, exams, and a simple group project. All of which she grades leniently. In other words, you have to not do the work to fail the class. She's also very caring and constantly communicates with the class. In my opinion, truly a gem of a professor.

Great professor! Just do everything on time. Her exams are similar to quizzes. She gives clear instructions at the beginning of the semester and in her syllabus. Even if she changes HW to 100% later, I'd suggest to do it all and study from it because it will help you in the quizzes and the tests.

Her lectures are interesting and she makes class fun. She curves every hw grade to a 100 and gives detailed powerpoints that include everything you need to know. The exams and quizzes are not proctored and can be taken from home on your own computer. Very very easy class. Only bad thing is you have to pay for the $100 access code for Pearson

Prof. Sanchez is VERY STRICT with the due dates. The class is a bit challenging nonetheless it is doable. The class is composed of 6 discussions, homework, quizzes and 2 exams (unprotected). Professor Sanchez's class was very easy! She had hw's and quizzes. 6 discussion posts and exams. As long as you do all the work you'll pass. This class was a no brainer. Try not to miss any assignments. I was so close to an A but I had miss a discussion post and ended off with an 89.32

Favorite professor of the semester (out of 5 classes). She is an amazing person, really cares for her students to learn and pass. She gives you all the tools necessary to pass, including very detailed power points, if you don't use them it's on you. Theres really no reason to not pass her class, she's great.

Carrie was by far the BEST professor I have ever had. Every week you are assigned 1-2 learnsmarts on connect which are easy (practice quizzes and powerpoints are provided per chapter), an irat (individual quiz), & trat (team quiz). There are 4 exams that are NOT weighted heavy at all and 3 excel case studies (that end up being extra credit).

Prof Sanchez strictly follows syllabus: 9 HW, 3 Quizzes, 4 Exams (last 2 on ProctorU). All work in done on Pearson, allows you use notes/formulas on tests. No make-ups! You can get a good grade if you work for it. She doesn't come off as friendly but gave extra credit opportunity for up to 3 points added to final grade.

Professor Sanchez is Good. This class is very passable, and very useful in business. Probably the most useful class I have taken. Beware, a lot of HW and time consuming. However, if you do the HW and know it well enough, you will for sure pass the exam. She is very approachable and answered emails within minutes. Very Good Professor.

Took for Summer B . She is not SO bad but would get aggravated when students ask questions. Not sure if it was because we are in a remote situation but overall a good prof. The class itself is not so hard, just know how to use Excel because we use It ALOT and would save you SOO much time. About 8 HWs, 3 quizes, 4 exams! All thru pearson!

I forgot to submit back in spring before COVID, Professor Sanchez teaches based on material but adds in her own business experience. You have individual quizzes and group quizzes, don't depend on group quizzes to save your butt. You need to pay attention to what she says, she lets you use formulas for the test/quiz, make sure you know to use them

Mrs. Sanchez is very straightforward with her grading. 9 homeworks - (about 20 questions per homework) - 3 quizzes - 4 exams. Everything is done through Pearson and if you do the show example to learn how to do the problems in the questions you will be fine. Do the practice homeworks (ungraded) as most questions in the exam come from there.

Prof. Sanchez is a no nonsense professor that is professional and organized. She embodies structure and is very compassionate. From Day 1 you know what is due, the due dates, grading scales and she makes it very accessible. The syllabus is your guide for EVERYTHING. Do practice assignments and dont wait! Practice practice practice. Its math!

I took this course Spring semester while taking two other classes and I was able to get a B+. If you are good at handling a lot of work while taking other classes then do it, if not take the course alone. There are HWs, 3 Quizzes, 4 exams. Professor Sanchez has a great teaching style, funny, and will give you the tools you need to pass. Take her!

I just finished her 6 week summer A. I don't understand what the bad reviews are for! She is organized and lays everything that is expected and needs to be done from day 1. She is encouraging even through an online course. The homework is time consuming sometimes but, you need practice to learn stats! Her tests are not grade heavy which was great.

Take her for this course if you can! Workload is straight-forward and the professor is really helpful. The class consists of homeworks on MyLab, 3 Quizzes, and 4 Exams (2/4 Proctored). She's constantly reaching out for reminders on what's due, and has made this class simple and easy to understand.

Prof Sanchez is amazing. The subject is not easy, and she does a great job explaining everything in her recorded lectures and PowerPoints. I actually learned how to do stats on excel from this class. she does not give problems to do by hand - she teaches the easiest way to do it using excel. there are 4 exams, 8 homeworks, and 3 quizzes. take her.

The course work for this class was very difficult but this professor gives you like 3 weeks to do assignments at a time so that you can work on it when you have time. exams 1 and 4 are not proctored, 2 and 3 are proctored. Th exams are the hardest part for sure. She is a very nice professor though!

Class was easy as long as you do the work. There are 4 exams 2/4 which are on Honorlock. Homework and quizzes are done on Connect and multiple discussion topics corresponding to what you learned from each chapter. She confused our class several times w/ announcements when the mistake was on her end and was rude when we would ask her questions.

Great professor! Come to class, take notes of whatever she says is important, and you will be fine. 4 exams, the last 2 through honorlock. The first 2 are not proctored. She gives you everything you need to succeed. Just don't leave everything for the last minute. Exams are similar to hws.

If you know how to do the HW and Extra practice you will pass no doubt (no surprises!); Do them Multiple times to understand it and if you are lost she has step-by-step videos. For an online math class this professor was one of the best that I've had. She explains the material so well and lets you know what you actually have to do to pass this course. The course is definitely time consuming but if you pay attention to her emails, take her advice, and put in the work you can pass. You actually learn instead of memorizing

Professor Sanchez is a gem to this university. Seriously, what an amazing and caring professor. Her class is hard, as this is tough material - but study! You will do well. She gives a fair amount of time to digest material and prepare for exams. Students adore her for a reason. She provides extra practice assignments as well which are amazing. ILY

This is a scary class but Sanchez is who you want. Make sure to keep your homework Excel files and use as reference for your exams. The class is easily passable but you have to work on it a little bit every day. Professor gave plenty of opportunities so take advantage!

Loved having her as my professor! Statistics is not easy, however, if you utilize all of the resources provided by her you will be just fine. You definitely have to put in work (practice!!) to pass, but it is 100% feasible. I also really appreciated how communicative she was. Really wish she taught QMB4680 as well. Take her if you can!

This class is pretty difficult but professor Sanchez is the person you want to take for it. She states her expectations pretty early on in and order to do well in the class it is imperative you do the online Pearson homework she assigns. Additionally, her lectures and the examples she uses are pretty entertaining despite this subject being a bore.

If you have the chance to take this prof DO IT. The class and material can be a little scary at first but the way that Professor Sanchez breaks up the materials makes the class so much easier. Expect a weekly discussion, hw, and quiz and a total of 3 or 4 exams. Overall, she made the class go so much easier. She also answers emails pretty fast.

TAKE HER! This course wasn't easy but Professor Sanchez is THE ONE to take this class with. Her power points are very detailed, her lectures are fun and engaging, and she helps you truly understand the material. 4 proctored exams, 1 project, 12 hws, smartbooks and quizzes. If you go over the book and do the smartbook before the hw, you'll be fine. If you do the extra practice before the quizzes, you'll be fine. If practice the hw and exercises in the book, you'll do fine on the exam. This class is easier than finance or accounting if you put some effort.

Prof Sanchez is definitely one of the best professors I have ever taken. She teaches her lectures amazingly and gives real life examples that make it much easier to understand her class. She provides a lot of extra credit and it is super hard to fail. There are a lot of assignments but they are open from the first day of class. HIGHLY RECCOMMEND!!

This professor was wonderful! This can be a scary class, but Professor Sanchez facilitated all the topics wonderfully. Every two weeks, you have a couple assignments and quizzes due. I recommend studying for the tests by practicing the homework's. The more you practice, the better you will do. Take this class, you won't regret it.

Loved her and the class, I would have gotten an A- had I done the project LOL, probs an A+ with more effort. Other than that, the professor was amazing, with lots of Excel learning. She works with her students. The course has SB, HW, and Quiz for every chapter. Quizzes are based on the HW. Exams are proctored. Unlimited tries on the HW. Take her!!

Took her for a second time for a reason. This class was the least of my worries throughout the semester because everything I did like the hw and smartbooks helped prepare me for the exams. Really enjoyed the course and having her as a professor. Kind of sad she doesn't teach QMB 4680.

I never do any reviews for Professors but Professor Carrie it's an exception. I took her class last semester and it was amazing. They always tell you QMB it's hard you will get a C or things like that but with Carrie it's different. Take the class with her you won't regret it.

This professor is HILARIOUS. Her lectures are well prepared, PowerPoint and examples help u a lot for the exams. The HW makes 32% of the grade. 4 exams, 9% each, and quizzes. If you make the HW, you will succeed in the exams and pass the class. Super well a knowledgeable professor who makes the class fun, even for an excel-stat class.

Honestly up there with one of the best professors I've had. Her 7:50 pm may seem super late for class but its honestly amazing, There's no traffic,lots of parking,and a great class vibe. Her lectures are fun and will definitely keep you paying attention, and attendance is strongly recommended, she goes through everything you need to know for hw etc

Professor Sanchez is the BEST! I took her in-person, classes are schedule in the evenings and still was 101% attentive with how she made every lectures fun and engaging. I took her in summer and there is a lot of things due each week. However, with how Professor planned out the topics/work due, it became a lot manageable. Just take her!

I took her 7:50pm class last spring, amazing professor and the best one to take for QMB imo. 7:50 seems late especially since it runs till 10pm or so but parking is readily availble, no one is on campus, and her lectures are fun and engaging. Attendance isn't mandatory but still highly recomend you show up

She is so amazing, funny, and genuine. I am not only saying this because I know she is reading this she is super cool, if you are looking to learn something, this is the class. Her tests can be heavy so you do have to study and know the work. It is a lot of Excel work, but you can make it workkkkkk.

This is the one of the best professors out there, setting you up for success from the jump. If you don't take her you are losing out on the best class. Makes her classes engaging and gives the best notes and advice. Lectures don't feel so long and taking a night class with her feels easy. Lots of help, if you do the work you will pass.

By far the best stats professor I have ever had. She makes it very easy to understand the material and teaches it using excel, which is beneficial because you also learn how to use excel too. The tests are just like class and the homeworks. You can use the excels from class for the tests. If you come to class and pay attention you will pass.

Great professor honestly. Lectures are not mandatory but are very useful to be able to understand how to do the homework. There is quite a bit of homework but you are given a lot of time to be able to complete it and you are able to work ahead if you want. Exams are not too bad either.

Most caring professor I've ever had. She puts a lot of effort into making her students feel comfortable with the course. All exams are proctored, but open book/notes, and they are heavily based on the homeworks. No strict due dates, you get to mostly work at your own pace. Highly recommend this professor. Makes the class feel very easy.
