Where do I begin, she is wonderful. She is by far my favorite professor. She gives students a syllabus in the beginning of the semester and follows the format. She is also very clear when she introduces a topic,and what she wants the students to accomplish. Professor Miller is passionate and knowledgeable about the subject. She makes the class fun.

Professor Miller is by far the best English teacher I have ever had. She is very helpful and has a good attitude towards the class. Lectures are not boring. Take her class you will not regret it!

Professor Miller is the best. She is clear in her assignments and is always willing to help. She is open to any questions and does not make you feel dumb. Prof Miller is awesome! Her assignments are very straightforward and she doesn't give excessive reading or work. Only 3 or 4 big essays the entire semester. The discussions we have in her class are fun. She encourages participation. As long as you read what she assigned, you will pass. No textbook for this class, we only had to buy 3 cheap novels.

Professor Miller is hands down, the best instructor I've ever had. I never thought I could enjoy reading, writing about, and analyzing literature, but her approach makes the process fun. (We read Fight Club!!!) I feel well rounded, informed, and excited to read more of her suggested readings. I can't wait to take her 302 class next semester!

She is an amazing professor. She takes the time to help you whenever you need and does not have any change in her attitude unless you disrespect her which there is no reason to! I would take multiple times if i could.

Such a lovely professor! She's incredibly reasonable, interesting course material, manageable workload, clear grading criteria, and writing prompts that allow for some creativity and personalization. More importantly, her handwriting is AMAZING (you'll actually be able to read the notes she leaves on your papers, it's fantastic).

She is extremely nice and helpful and energetic. She is one of my more favorite professors and I would definitely recommend her! I have her as a summer teacher so we have an essay roughly once a week but our longest one was only 4 pages.

I've never been one to look forward to an English class, until this semester. Professor Miller is the type of teacher that could make anything interesting. She is also incredibly approachable and wicked intelligent. She will make you laugh and she'll make you really think about things like censorship, conspiracy theories, and genetic manipulation.

I'm so sad that this class is ending tomorrow. Six weeks went too fast, but I'm so excited to take Professor Miller for another class next semester. If you get the chance to take this class, do it! The Fight Club unit alone will rock your world!

Ms. Miller is amazing. I took her over the summer and she made you want to show up for a English class at 8 in the morning. The essays she assigns are manageable to write and gives you feedback how to improve and allows one essay revision. There's no reason why you can't earn an A! Show up w a positive attitude & work hard every day!

I took Professor Miller last semester (Spring '15). Tomorrow I will start 302 with her! I actually plan on becoming a double major because of the joy she has brought to the subject of English. I never thought I'd be an English major, but I'm excited. If you get the chance, take as many classes as you can with Professor Miller.

Two more weeks left in this class, and I'm sad! I have never enjoyed an English class as much as this one. The topics included censorship/media manipulation, conspiracy theories, designer babies/genetic manipulation. Professor Miller knows her stuff. She celebrates the strengths of our writing and helps us with our weaknesses. Take her class!

I am grateful for the time I had in this class. Every now and then, a professor comes along and you feel inspired. That is what happened with Professor Miller. 302was awesome. She's recommended great books to read, and now that finals are over, I can't wait to read them.

Professor Miller is one of the best professor's I have had during my college career. I wish there were more like her. She gave clear instructions and was always available to help or answer questions. The workload is easy and the Essay's are challenging but not overwhelming. Her class was an asset in my long term education plan and career path!

First time back in school after many years so was nervous. She made my experience less frightening. AWESOME and CARING professor. Lectures are fun and engaging. Professor Miller is unlike any instructor I've ever had. She is excited about what she is teaching whether it's formatting or argumentative writing. I'm genuinely sad that this summer class is over, but I look forward to taking another class with her in the Spring. If you are looking to laugh, learn, and think, Prof. Miller is your best choice.

Professor Miller is a caring instructor and wants to see everyone do well. I took her last summer and it was a very interesting class because the topics we talked about were cool. Exams are mostly in class essays that are not difficult at all and we had about 3 or 4 papers outside of class. Take her! You'll look forward to coming to class.

Professor Miller is one of the better professors that I had. She does actually care for the student and she kept her classes concise without the use of busy work. Try to get her class because she does help your writing. Don't be late and participation are key.

Prof. Miller was an amazing professor. For this being an english writing course, the work load did not seem that heavy. You read 2-3 books and write 5-6 papers. The longet one being a research paper. She gives very clear directions and feedback. She is always availble to help, and doesn't overload you with work. Would def take her again!

I took this Honors course over the summer and I am not kidding when I say this was the easiest class I have taken since middle school. Professor Miller is incredibly helpful and I scored high A's on every paper. Lots of very easy extra credit opportunity. Only thing I would have wanted is more feedback on my graded papers.

I have never had a professor who cared so much about my success. I was worried going into an honors class. Prof. Miller keeps at a rigorous pace, but it is not overwhelming or confusing at any point. I've never been one to read for pleasure, but her recommendations are now all in my bookshelves waiting to be read. Take every class you can with her.

Professor Miller is one hilarious and she is so good at what she does! Took her for 8 weeks during Fall 2016 and there was no final, 3 essays, a midterm, and research paper. If you do your work you will pass! She gives reading quizzes but it is easy if you read (do not read sparknotes, she reads them before she creates the quizzes).

Miller was a great teacher and really cared about her students. She is a little younger than other professors but she is not to be messed around with. Most of the grade comes from essays you write off of the books we read. She keeps the class very engaged and she honestly loves to read all the work students turn in. Highly recommend her.

The best professor I have ever had. Truly makes it a joy to be in her class, interesting topics, makes you think without all the busy work. She has single handedly revitalized my love of English. Just finished taking her for summer school. She is awesome. overall, class was not hard read two books. Quizzes on each chapter assigned for homework. There is a lot of reading and about 4 essays but then again it's summer so it's in a faster pace. She's deffinately a great teacher and i can imagine how better she is during the fall/spring.

I can't quite describe it, but , somehow, her being your teacher makes you want to do the best work you can. Otherwise, you'd be disappointed in yourself for not. She isn't inspiration, she isn't hilarious, she isn't heavy on the workload, and she isn't a tough grader. She's just there for you, by your side, guiding you as you hone your skills.

You have to take Professor Miller! I absolutely loved her class. She is the kind of teacher that truly wants to help each and every one of her students. She's intelligent, passionate, and observably respected. 10/10!

Most English classes are open minded about ideas so go at it and give it your best shot. What makes or breaks an English class grade is how well a person reads and how well they explain their ideas. Casey will force you to read, write, and speak better. Take her.

Miller is absolutely fantastic! I feel I'm already a strong writer but she improved that drastically. She's a fair grader rather than a hard grader. If your class is in the afternoon time, she'll probably like your class the best but only if you are engaged. Take her!

Took her for fall 2017 and she is honestly the best professor at crc. Don't need to buy a textbook, just two novels which she bases the midterm and 2 out of 4 essays on. Miller is very kind and does her best to make sure you understand the material while still keeping the class fun. Overall 4 essays, midterm, and a final presentation for a easy A.

Professor Miller, is the best professor I've ever had in my life in CRC. She is a very nice and intelligent person, and she cares a lot about her students. There is quizzes from the two novels that you are going to read, and a total of four essays and you get a ridiculous amount of time to do it. Take this class, trust me you will never regret!!!

Such a sweet professor, truly cares about her students. Wacky essay topics, but fun if you can find something that interests you. Introduces new structures for writing essays, which is really refreshing. Explains instructions well, and open to student questions and feedback.

She's an awesome English professor who helps students succeed. She loves conspiracy theories especially alien conspiracies. I would totally take her class again. The essays are mostly argumentative essays.

She is amazing, I took her for ENGWR 300 I got a B+ in the class but if I worked a little harder it could have been an easy A. I think we only had about 4 papers the whole semester she is very chill and sweet, even brought treats for the class a few time. 10/10 recommend take her if you get the chance!!!!

Love Professor Miller, she is super nice and the class was easy, just do the assigned readings and you'll pass the quizzes. 4 total essays in the class including the final. Would take her again but last I heard she got married and changed her last name and I forgot what it was.

You read 2 books throughout the semester and take chapter quizzes on them. At the end of each book, you write an essay about it (she gives multiple prompts you can choose from). 4 essays in total throughout the semester. Prof. Miller gives you plenty of time to complete her assignments! She actually gives good personal feedback on essays too!

I took Professor Miller's online class, and she is truly amazing. Work load compared to other professors is a bit heavy. Read 2 books(papers on books and quizzes) then a research paper at the end of the semester. She keeps me updated on important announcements and is very organized. I really recommend that you take her!

I was nervous to take an online course, especially an advanced writing class. Professor Miller really took the time to help with every assignment. Her instructions were clear, her essay assignments were interesting (Alternative medicine and conspiracy theories? Yes please!), and her feedback was so useful. She has a true heart for students.

I LOVE HER! Everytime I do an assignment, she always gives me loving feedback that makes me feel good about myself. She is super fun and lively. Her announcements are so full of joy. There is a lot of reading on 2 books (which are quite simple) and there is some quizzes and essays but overall a wonderful and lovable teacher! I would take her again!

I loved Professor Miller, and honestly wish I could of had her in person. We read two books during the semester, and had a final research paper on any topic we wanted. She gave amazing feedback on papers, and gave you opportunities to revise them. You can tell she cares about her students, and if I could take her again I 100% would.

Great teacher. Chooses great topics for essays. Wants you to succeed. Teaches you different ways to writing an essay but doesn't force you to do it the new way.

Professor Miller is so kind and lovely! The course required reading from a couple of novels but was nonetheless interesting. Instructions for assignments were clear and relatively simple, it was really just about time management as you must complete a few essays one after the other, half of which were about those novels, so reading is mandatory.

Honestly one of the best teachers I have ever had. I wish I could be besties with her because she helped me so much with my work and took the time to proofread my essay's before I turned them in.

I've taken creative writing and honors comp with Professor Miller, and I just signed up for my third class with her. I've loved every class. Professor Miller is so kind. She knows so much about English, and she knows how to share that information with her students. Can she be my math teacher, too? And biology? And economics? :)
