I took Race and Ethnic Relations with her and I was a little disappointed. I expected much more from the class, more discussions... we practically taught the class with presentations and small projects. Hated it that, she was there just to watch us... Very easy A!

She is a great teacher! Very fun, full of enery, and caring. She likes group work (which I don't), but it was ok. She is easy to talk to and if you have a problem she is more than willing to help. Participate (a little) and you'll get an A. I laughed a lot in this class!

Her class is not a joke. As long as you are learning the material, she thinks you deserve to pass. What is wrong with that? So what if she doesn't make you stress out trying to get an A. There is a lot of group work, so if you are shy it will be difficult, but she is a great teacher and I am glad I got a chance to meet her.

I loved the class. I think she was inspiring and wanted her students to learn. She is one of the best teacher i have ever had, I would recoend her to everyone.

This is not a hard course but do yourself and the teaching profession a favor and show up and learn something. I enjoyed the class and liked her as an instructor,I only wish she wouldn't just read from her slides.

I took her for human sexuality and she was amazing! I thought I knew about sexuality before this class but she really opens your mind. It's great because you don't have to buy the text book. She is really funny and always completely honest. Take as many of her classes as possible you will enjoy every minute of it! Class was very informative! <3

She is super easy! I got so much extra credit in that class. She is a very fun teacher and makes you want to learn. However, I do not like the way she dresses, it is very immodest, and unprofessional...very distracting.

Very Good teacher. I took her online PSY220 and it was the best choice. There was a good workload but not to much to bear. She gave her final early which is always a great. I wish I had taken her for all my psy classes

I took this class online and her lectures were interesting and easy to understand, the homework was suppperr easy. all she wants you to do is try. she responded to emails and questions like lightning and did all she could to make sure i understood everything. she made me wish i was actually taking her class on campus instead of online!

work load was totally fair, it was a perfect online course. you only had one assignment a week, and it took less than and hour to do.

If you have a question, she will find the most perfect way for you to understand. She teaches not only the material, but she shows you that understanding the lecture is easy when you have fun. I have taken four of her classes on campus, and she is an amazing woman. You will walk away a better person, and happy from her class.

Yes, her class was easy. BUT that is not something look for in a "good" teacher. What I found wonderful about her was the interest and spark she creates within her students. Not only are her lectures fun but they make you think in a whole new way. Highly recommmended, Online or in the classroom.

There's nothing I can add to all the other love being rained down on Cassandra on this site. She's simply the best. There is no textbook, everything comes from notes, lectures, powerpoints and class discussions. Do NOT miss her test review days. You will learn so much in this class and have a great time while doing so.

She is without a doubt one of the nicest teachers out there. Her classes are mostly discussion lead. There are no tests, no quizzes, and no homework - just 2 art projects you do as a class, and two group presentations. She's a very easy grader, and as long as you show up to each class and participate, you will have to try to fail. Easy and Fun A.

Easy teacher you will get taught the fundamental concepts of the subject being taught. Not very challenging however does stimulate curiosity. Not bad

This class is very easy, as long as you participate; you have to actively try to fail. She gives max credit, and usually more than that, if you do the assignment, and put thought into it. Cassandra is very communicative with her students, and clearly has a passion for her work and her students. Don't buy the book, she has a .PDF available.

If you're looking for a serious teacher, do not take this class, The long lectures are broken up by jokes and laughter (she has a hilarious laugh). We learned a lot, and this class was a breath of fresh air because there were hardly any responsibilities to go with it. 2 tests, 3 group projects. I have worked my schedule around her for more than one class. Best PSY teacher I've had. She makes learning the material fun and easy. Lectres, though some might be long, are interesting and she asks for our opinion on what we are learning. She makes you laugh just by her laugh. The lectures are followed by fun group work.

Very interesting material. If you get the work done by the deadline you have nothing to worry about. Took it online and it was pretty easy. A lot of projects like power points mainly but a nice and interesting class

AMAZING professor. Extremely smart and down to earth. Teaches with common sense and treats you like an adult. Loved her class and learned a lot. I wish all instructors would teach the way she does. She wants you to learn something, not just worry about your grade. Highly recommend!

Cassandra is a great teacher. I've taken two of her PSY courses and would highly recommend her. She's fun and laid back, but is highly educated in psychology. Tests are all essay based but she goes through a test review the day before an exam. Cassandra makes class very enjoyable.

Lectures are great, short and full of interesting information. She has a great sense of humor! She opens all the material from day one so you work at you own pace as long as each assignment is done on time or before. It's second week of the semester and I have already finished half of the assignments. Gives LOTS of bonus points. Easy A!

Cassandra! One of my new favorites here at WCC! She is so passionate about the subject and she is hilarious! Such an easy class, all you have to do is care a little bit about education, and the tests are a breeze. She wants the overall messages of the class to stick with you, and she is just too great! In my 3 years of attending WCC, she has got to be the best professor Ive ever had! I highly recommend if you can take her, you wouldnt regret it!

She uses lecture videos for her courses and those really help, because you can watch them over as many times as needed and she actually makes them understandable. I learned a lot from them. She also gives a ton of extra credit, just do your work and you'll pass and leave with a lot more knowledge on specific topics.

Cassandra is super caring! She accepts all late work for full credit and gives extra credit on every single assignment you submit. In her online courses, everything is accessible and you can work at your own pace! Wonderful and inspiring professor. It's impossible not to pass as long as you turn in your assignments! My 2nd time in her class!

Cassandra was an amazing and hilarious teacher. Her class was never dull, I was always interested in what she was teaching. I learned a lot. We only had 2 exams and a couple of other assignments. Show up and you will be good. Cassandra is both a touching and inspirational teacher, she will make sure you pass.

I took her on an online class but I felt like I was in class because her videos were so awesome and easy to follow! If I had questions, I would email her and get a response in the first 24hrs. She used comparisons and metaphors to help her students understand and was super clear on whys he may have graded you a certain way and you could redo work.

Wonderful professor. Cares about the students and replies fast to questions via email.

If you are debating taking a course with this Cassandra.... DO IT! She grades bases her grading on thoughts instead of correctness. There is a short assignment a week. No late penalties. Definitely an easy A. Very informative and you will become cultured!

She was a great professor. I was nervous to take this class but once I started completing the assignments and exams, it wasn't so bad. Time management is key.. class is time consuming. You can turn in late assignments/exams and still receive full credit and extra credit. All exams are written. Do watch the lectures, there very helpful.

I took this class online, I was first very worried because I'm not very good with online courses, however it was so interesting!! Definitely take soc 205 with this teacher!! If you read and watch all the material and stay up to date with projects and discussion boards, you will do great! She just wants you to be engaged with the material.
