Overall, the class was more than manageable. The most difficult part was navigating the format since Google Classroom is extremely used. The first 2 weeks of the semester are even dedicated to course navigation. The professor has good availability and is more than welcome to help you.

I definitely would take this class again. The assignments are not a huge part of your grade and mainly the midterm and final carry the most weight so be ready for those. Besides that, this class is pretty easy and is not overwhelming in the work load.

I would highly recommend Prof. Wengelnik. She is very amazing, she gives great feedback. The assignments are not bad at all, as long as you remember to do them, you'll be completely fine in this class. I did take async, so in person may be a little different, but either way I highly recommend.

Professor Wengelnik, was a great teacher and introduced the course in a easy way to follow and to understand. The assignments are fair and easy to understand, they give you two attempts to complete them. The course material is easy to access and to complete, make sure to participate and be active in the weekly activities as they help your grade.

I was a little confused on how the class worked at first. This class was the first one that I took that was "learner centered" so there weren't many assignments to track my progress, instead I had to remember to study and actually learn on my own with the help of the lecture video.

She is a great professor, really cares about how her students are doing and doesn't make the class overwhelming at all. The few assignments she has use real world situations that actually give good experience and practice on how to be a leader in the workplace.

This class was very different from what I expected, but I found myself enjoying it. As long as you participate on all of the modules and videos, you'll do great! Professor Wengelnik really cares about her students.

Would 10 out of 10 recommend this professor, she only had two tests and I got everything I needed from her lectures and book. Very few assignments, but they were not difficult. If you have a heavy schedule I would take this course because it does not require a lot of time.

Professor Wengelnik is wonderful! She wants all of her students to succeed and is available for questions or concerns when needed.

Be prepared to have fantastic time in this course. The professor is very relaxed which will give you plenty of time to actually learn at your own pace for once.

What an amazing Teacher! The course was a self paced all virtual but very easy to talk to outside of the classroom. Was extremely helpful and she really wanted us to check in with her if we were ever having difficulty within the course. Weekly check ups and would also post new opportunities to further our learning, as well as new job postings.

Accommodating Professor

This professor made everything very clear and was very transparent. Would recommend for a very lowkey class.

Professor Wengelnik is super organized and explains things clearly. They make tough topics easier to understand and always take time to answer questions. Class is straightforward, and they really want students to do well.

This class was self paced and functional for students who have a lot of things going on. You could pick which responses for the week intrigued you the most to reply to and assignments were hands on and very easy to learn from. She is also super sweet and charismatic, gives extra credit opportunity and the course useful to apply to the real world.

I took her management class 3 week course and I can say that this is the only 3 week course that I actually enjoyed taking. If you need to take this course take it with her!! Only some assignments and two tests. (midterm and final)

The only downside to this class is that the McGraw-Hill textbook is not free and costs either $150 or $200, every other textbook I have needed has been included in my tuition. Other than that very easy class as I'm taking it over the summer, check Canvas and stay up to date and you'll be golden.

This class honestly helps prepare you for the real world and test your critical thinking skills. The professor is very caring and is passionate about what she does and wants to help you succeed. The only think is you have to pay for your textbook in Mcgraw hill, but other than that just make sure you stay on top of your work and you should be fine.

I recently finished a three-week management course. She covered a lot of important management subjects in a short amount of time, such as strategic planning, team dynamics, leadership styles, and conflict resolution. Everyone was engaged which promoted critical thinking through group discussions, and practical exercises. I recommend this class.

Proffesor Wengelnik is a great instructor who cares about her students deeply as she is understanding that this class is not the only priority they are going through. Her class was well constructed by using the "milestone method" which made it clear what students had to complete for the week.

As long as you stay attentive, do things before the deadline, and stay on top of your work, you will succeed in this class. She also responds to emails outside of class as well in a timely manner. She was really wonderful.

Easiest class I've ever taken!!!! The whole class is discussion boards about how you're feeling and occasionally about readings. Take Cate, she's the best.
