I took her course as a mini session, 3 weeks. The scope of topics would have been easier to digest and reflect on how to implement during a regular semester class.

I took this as an online class during Fall 2025. It was pretty straightforward: four quizzes, one midterm, one final exam, two essays, three application activities, and one final project. All of these were fairly easy to complete, and the professor is a good grader, and a great instructor overall. Just do the work and you will get an accessible A.

Professor Cate is very understanding of students and would have mental breaks check ups which I appreciate. The course work is light, but you have to be on top of writing discussions, quiz, essays, stimulations as there are no make up days and deadlines are set. Exam is online. Inspirational readings about business and to become a strong leader.

Amazing professor as far as her care for students, the course, and her personal work through HRD. Grading is automatic for most assignments, however there are no make-ups or late assignments accepted, so make sure you turn everything on time! There is extra credit at the end of the semester, but she's going to make you work for it.

Dr. Wengelnik has lots of experience in the world of business and is eager to instill some of what she has learned in her students. The class is very well organized and easy to follow. Nothing is particularly difficult so long as you follow along with the lessons. No late work is accepted, but she offers plenty of support to ensure it is in on time

The course layout is very easy to understand. Class work is provided in a predictable weekly basis. A good class that won't take too much off your time if you are taking other courses.

The articles and TedTalk videos she provided were very educational as it led to me connecting the content to practical situations in my everyday and professional life.

She is a very good professor. I took her online for a fall 2025 class and it was such a nice class. I will say we have very few assignments of those being a midterm, a final, 4 quizzes, 2 online simulations, and a solo final project. These assignments were paced out very well across the semester. Would take again for any class I can.

Very easy class. 2 main exams and some assignments, and quizzes to do. No attendance required, but yes, 1 discussion a week. No lockdown browser. And overall very good class provided by the teacher.

I really enjoyed this class! I was excited to see that this class was required for my pathway since management and team building concepts interest me and I can implement them into project management. The professor is very nice and "chill". You have absolutely nothing to worry about if you do the bare minimum.

Easy non-stressful class.

The syllabus is clear, and the course was straight to the point. Read the book, do the assignments and you should receive a good grade.

Easy class, expectations set out clearly at the beginning of the semester, and weekly updates to keep you on track. There's some quick discussion post/replies due every week, a couple of shorter papers throughout the semester, and some quizzes that make up your grade. Stay on top of your stuff, and it will be an easy A.

Easy going course shouldn't be stressful at all.

The course was not difficult but does require a time and the lectures require you to pay attention since we also have to interact with it. Workload was not intense, and the structure of the course was very organized and easy to follow. Professor is very kind and compassionate towards us. As long as you complete the assignments credit is earned.

VERY GOOD PROFESSOR AND EASY TO LEARN WITH

Great professor. Had few simulations that are easy, 4 quizzes, 2 analysis papers very straightforward, a midterm, a final project (a written reflection, super easy), and final exam. All the quizzes and exams were online no lockdown. Also had weekly discussions boards that count towards participation, they were very engaging and not time consuming.

Take Professor Wengelniks class!!! She is one of the most helpful and caring Professors out there! I was able to learn a lot from others experiences and gain valuable skills in leadership, communication, and networking!

I highly recommend Professor Wengelnik's INTB 3355 class. It was a genuinely great course that didn't take too much time but still taught me meaningful lessons I can use beyond school. The only challenge I ran into was that the syllabus could be a bit confusing at times, but overall the class was absolutely worth it.

One of the best professors in Bauer! If you need an advanced elective, please take this class. I am taking her again for a winter mini-session and she is one of the most leanient professors I've ever had. As long as you do the discussions and turn in your work on time, you will make an A.
