The course is difficult but the material sticks longer. If you are up for a challenge, it is all worth it in the long run.

The material is very hard and very time consuming, but Dr. Scholtz is an amazing professor. Always goes out of her way to be available and very approachable. Be prepared to put your life on hold for the class.

Love HER!! She made AP FUN! 8am classes suck, but her enthu was better then a cuppa coffee. Work hard in her class and yes put your life on hold but its all WORTH IT, you come out knowing soooo much unlike other classes!

Excellent Teacher. Takes a personal interest in each student. Her classes demand a lot time but you learn so much and she keeps it fun and interesting. The only dwon side is that you will not have a life outside of this class for 10 weeks.

Get ready for some intense effort, but bring your sense of humor!! Dr. Scholz puts in just as much energy as her students, and her students excel when they get o their programs. Looking for an easy A? Look somewhere else. If you want a leg up and a clear understanding of the material, this is the one for you. Awesome instructor!!!

Dr Scholtz is one of the best teachers I've ever had. Is she easy? Is an American who learned to speak German as a second language, earned her MD and Phd in Germany, easy? Heck no. She is the most demanding teacher I've ever encountered. But, her tests are fair. Memorize her lecture and PP, you will receive a well earned A. She's dedicated.

She is BY FAR the best anatomy teacher EVER! She explains VERY well, its a hard class to begin with but if you go by your lecture notes and power point you'll be good. She was very difficult! We started with 60 in the class and ended the semester with about 20 as everyone else failed the class and left! We got NO chance to critique her at the end of the semester either!

The class was hard..The teacher alsolutely wonderful. I made an A, but i worked hard for it and i did everything she told the class to do...Anyone who is thinking about taking this class, should, but be prepared to study night and day.

She is very Passionate about her teaching which is good, however I think the materials were an overkill- class hw, lab hw, attendance, discussion boards, lecture notes, class notes, textbook,lab manual...just too much. My advice is just print her leture tutorials and use her lecture notes, also some test ques come out of the lab manual

She is an excellent instructor. She breaks the information down for those that are science challanged. I recommend anyone that attends Gwinnett Tech to take her class if they have to take Bio 193 and 194.

What am amazing teacher! When you make an A in this class, you know you have accomplished something. You will work like no other class, but you'll also learn more than any 3 classes combined. I had Dr. Scholz for BIO 193 and 194. She really cares about her students and wants them to do well. She is extremely passionate about biology and is able to explain it in way that is helpful and understanding. There is a lot of material in this course and it is extremely overwelming, but Dr. Scholz continued to encourage us throughout the quarter.

Hands down! She is the best teacher for A&P I & II in Gwinnett Tech. Yes, this class is challenging and U really need to put extra effort. She teaches it very well and her DVD lecture is a MUST BUY! Dr Scholz is the best teache in the whole of GTC. Instructors like her are hard to find. She made A&P 1&2 very intresting. She makes sure you understand the idea behind every topic not just passing the class but understanding every topic. I couldn't ask for a better teacher. I absolutely love Dr. Scholtz! Such a great teacher! She wants all of her students to do well and if you ask, she will help you understand. She grades really quickly. This is a very time consuming class. If you dont put in the study time you wont get the grade you want. They let you know exactly whats going to be on the tests!

Dr scholz is an Amazing instructor, she teaches with clarity and detail. However, you need to memorize a lot in this class. It's a really hard course so think twice before getting in to it because I promise you it's very hard! But if your sure you can do it take her class, she really is the absolute BEST teacher at GTC!!!

It's a necessarily tough course with a lot of self-study, but she is always willing to help in class, on the communications boards, via e-mail, or in a private meeting in her office. Dr. Scholz is the most passionate and enthusiastic professor I have ever met. I didn't do well in the beginning because I didn't do my part as a student. Once I started to put in the hours to study, my grades improved so it IS possible to get an A or a B if you do your part. This class is demanding and stressful but she is beyond wonderful.

The best teacher I have ever had. This is my first semester in here. I did very bad at the first test because I didn't familiar with her teaching style. After that, I focus more on the note book and her video. My grade improves more and more. I'm so glad that I take her class and gains ton of information for my future career. Highly recommend!!

Dr. Scholz is AMAZING! I am currently enrolled in her class and she is very detailed with her lectures and if you watch her videos, they clarify EVERYTHING. A&P is difficult, but as long as you show up to class, watch the videos and do your lecture notes and STUDY, you will do fine.

Ms. Scholz loves her job and when she's teaching you can see it. I had her at 7:20-10:20pm. I worked two jobs and I might have gone in tiered but as soon as she started teaching it would wake me up. This is not an easy class, You will have to work hard, study, and watch the videos, but you can do it. I loved her class it helped me in lab too.

She was the best teacher I have has in a while! If she is available I would strongly suggest you take her. The course is not easy but she is the best to take. She def makes sure you understand and brings lots of lab into the lecture. So you get both! I really wish she was teaching AP2. Just do ur part fill out lecture notes and keep up w schedule!

Two words The Best

She's a good teacher, shes the one in all the A&P lecture videos, shes a very hard grader though, she goes super fast in lecture and doesn' really answer questions during class. She does offer many times to meet with her though, idk maybe it was just a super hard class, but she didn't make it any easier in my opinion, shes a super tough grader too.

Dr. Scholz is so passionate about A&P. She often says that whatever you're working on is her favorite part. She loves what she does and it's very evident. Because of her passion, she wants to make sure everyone understands and sees how each piece of the puzzle is applicable to the medical field. She's an amazing professor and always available.

This isn't my first go around in school so I've had quite a few professors. Dr. Scholz is truly a jewel. She is extremely passionate about teaching, knows her stuff, and genuinely wants her students to succeed. A&P 2 is certainly not an easy course but she does everything humanly possible to help you succeed. I would take her again in a heartbeat.

I was hesitant to take Dr. Scholz since it would be a "double dose" of her between lecture and the videos, but I am so glad that I did! She cares about her students and wants us to succeed.
