It's a pretty easy math..even for people like me who despise math. Haley was hard and seemed a little moody, but I got a B so I'm happy. Expect to do homework every night and keep a book full of it to turn into her at the end of the sememster.

I loved Haley. Many say that she was hard but trust me she was not. Go to class do all of your work and did I say go to class and you will do good. She cares and wants you to make a grade that you are happy with.

She explains everything very well, all you have to do to get a good grade is your home work. She lets you use a formula sheet on your test, so you don't have to memorize anything other than how to use the formulas. She is a pretty easy "A" if you apply yourself

I LOVED HER!!!!!!!! She made class fun. She gives homework that you don't have to do, but if you are not a math student I would recommend doing it. She is very helpful and thorough.

Ms. Haley is AWESOME, her notes are very clear, she is very organized. Do all your homework and you will do very well. She is a very fair teacher when grading your tests!

Ms.Haley was exceptional! She taught you what you needed to know and was very detail oriented. She was willing to help and answered all questions asked. I dreaded taking statistics and never thought I would pass it - especially with an A! Having her as a prof. proved that I really had the knowledge base needed to get through the course.

Great teacher, she gives you a sheet to work from for homework, explains thoughly. I used to ask her for help after class or in the lab which was good, sometimes i found i was ahead.

Mrs. Haley is a GREAT TEACHER...she's very helpful. I had her for Beginning Algebra 0304.. I personally have a very hard time with ALGEBRA.. and she made the material very simple to understand. She make's sure that you know how to do a problem step by step...i would recommend this teacher to anyone who struggles with algebra.

My numeric grade was 100%. She is a very excellent professor. She definitley knows her stuff.

She is A GOOD teacher. She really knows her stuff and has an extremely effective way of teaching it.She never puts anything on the tests that you haven't done on the homework. She's a bit nit picky in her grading, but she gives a10point bonus if you do MyMathLab. I'd TOTALLY recommend her. Just listen to her instructions&DO YOUR HOMEWORK.LONG TESTS!

Ms. Haley is a great teacher! Her notes are clear and she has a great teaching style. Her tests are pretty much what you do for the homework. She does not make you turn in the homework and she lets you use a formula sheet on every test.

It is easy on assignments and and the tests have the same concept as the quizzes. She does give out extra credit.

Book not required! You get an electronic copy w/MyMathLab. Just buy the software via amazon or something and save $ on the book. Wish someone would've told me that before I enrolled. Otherwise, GREAT math teacher! She makes it so easy. FAILPROOF.

Gives a lot of homework on my math lab, but the homework is useful. It is possible to make an A in her class. She offers extra credit opportunity just for completing a percentage of your homework. Homework is on mymathlab. I used to hate mymathlab, but now I hope it is available for all my classes. I learned most of my work on mymathlab.

I took statistics during a summer semester which I was sure will not be easy. But Miss Haley did a wonderful job; she wants her students to know what they're supposed. I enjoyed her humor and liveliness. Highly recommend her!

Shes a fantastic professor. Shes clear and very useful when your in need for help. Her teaching technique is gracefully generous and I would not have achieved success if she wasnt so attentionful about her students needs...shes always addressing the students situation and helps in any way. She should be kept forever :)

Great professor! I would take her again in a heart beat! She was extremely helpful and if you needed help she would help you. Mymathlab homework isnt required but she'll usually give you extra points if you do it. Plus it isnt that difficult and it will help you learn the material! She is super nice too! Take her! You wont regret it!

Ms. Haley is a great teacher. Stats was by far NOT my favorite subject, but she explains in a way that makes it sort of easy if you practice. Attendence is necessary because you won't understand it if you're not there. Be sure to do MML homework before tests to get extra credit. Trust me it helps, and you'll be able to ask for help when you need it

Explains things so you can understand it. Writes tests & grades in a way that you can get plenty of points, drops low grades and builds in credit for MML homework as well as other bits and pieces that help your grade. You have to study and do the work, but she does plenty to help you understand and do well. Highly recommend.

I took this class for the May mester. It was a lot of work but she explains things well and puts the information in understandable terms. I would recommend her for any math class she teaches.

Mrs. Haley is one of the best professor I've ever had. She is very helpful but you have to be willing to put some work into the grade you want. By the end of the course, you will be happy you took her. :)

I doubled up on begenning & intermediate algebra, she gave plenty of options to make up for failed tests which was nice. She does favor students who go to class everyday & stay the entire class period. She is a nice lady & makes it easy to understand. But shes kind of rude a lot of the time.

Mrs. Haley is such an amazing teacher!! I don't take any math class unless I am able to get in her class. She teaches very clear and helps you out a lot. Pretty much 99% of the homework and quizzes are online and she has extra credit for every test.

She also reviews thoroughly before each test to make sure she answers any questions! I made an A with flying colors! I plan on taking her again soon; highly recommended!

Mrs. Haley is a good teacher. She went a little fast in class for me. Doing the homework on Mathlab really helps you understand and contributes a good portion of your grade. I struggled with the tests. I think that I only passed 2 out of 5, but with all contributing grades (homework, quizzes...etc) I still made a B, which totally shocked me!

Professor Haley is a great instructor she's very helpful and wants the students to succeed in her class... You must put in the work in order to get the grade you want she made class fun and she's beautiful :-) I would recommend taking her class if you want to learn math...

Highly recommend this teacher. She uses different ways to earn points and pass the class. Not everything is dependent on test scores, the end result is you actually learn the same or more. It's a different approach to grading and refreshing, I learned a lot.

Great teacher. Took for Calc 1. Gave extra credit on tests, and tests were just like homework. Quiz avg replaced a test grade. Very good at explanations in lecture. The final was similar to past tests, and was a very fair test. She can be a tough grader . Gives a take home test. I barley passed two out of five tests and still passed the class.

Mrs. Haley is the best math professor I have had at TCC. The homework is through the textbook which is optional to do, a lot of the quizes in cal 1 were take home, and the test are very similar to the homework and reviews. She is more than willing to help if you visit during her office hours. She's great!

Professor Haley was a wonderful teacher. Her lectures made the homework super easy and all of her tests were just like the homework. She drops your lowest test grade and 3 lowest homework assignments as long as you attempt them. I took her in the summer and it was an easy A. I learned a lot in her class.

Mrs. Haley is a great teacher. She is very clear on what she looks for on her tests. Just show your work on tests and you will get pts even if you get the answer wrong. HW is through mystatlab. Tests are very straightforward. She goes over what's on the test the day before so there's no way you won't be prepared. Ended the class with a 100.

I took Ms. Haley for statistics and it was such a good decision. She is incredibly nice, eager to help, gives out bonus points like they're going out of style, and is an extremely fair grader. She also lets you type up all of your formulas to use on all of the tests, including the final! Don't buy the book, but you will need MyMathLab for HW.

Ms. Haley is a great teacher that really tries her best to make sure you pass and understand all of your work. However, if you're looking for an easy A then she is not for you. Just work hard, stay diligent and it will all work out in her class.

Professor Haley is one of the better instructors I've encountered. Was in her Pre-Calculus class for Fall 2015. There was much homework but it all helped me to make an A in her class. There were no surprises on the tests. Took a different instructor this semester for Calculus, wound up dropping. If opportunity presents, I will take her again.

Amazing teacher! Take good notes during lecture. Questions worked out in class are usually on the quizzes She will inform the class when a quiz will be and what material will be on there. There is a lot of homework in my math lab but it is very helpful. Do the reviews they are just like the test. Take her and you will learn a lot!

Professor Haley wants her students to succeed. Her assignments and quizzes are designed to help you learn. I would not hesitate to take her again.

MyMathLab access code required but homework is 4-25 questions so its very easy to handle. Will go over HW questions in class. Tests are like quizzes, quizzes are like reviews. Posts reviews and answers to reviews online. EC opportunities. if someone is lost will explain in a different way. I LOVE this teacher!!! Gives lots of feedback.

Sweet Professor! She made the class manageable. The quizzes and tests were straight forward and she basically tells you whats on them. HW/DOP is manageable. But, that doesn't mean you can skip class. You still have to work for your grade and a lot of times she was confusing, skipping steps on problems, etc. But, I would take her again in heartbeat!

Best professor to take for Calc 1, Stats, and Pre-Calc at TCC South! She cares for students and wants them to succeed, understands the struggles that students face. Gives extra credit, easy tests, HW, Quizzes. Wish I could've taken her for Calc 1 and 2, would've gotten an A. :( You'll make an A or B+ as long as you study.

phenomenal professor. ive always had a disdain for anything math related but haley genuinely cares that you strive in her class, understand the material, and will reach out if you arent with extra credit. its essentially a fail-proof course.

I took Ms. Haley for pre-cal during the summer. She assigns a lot of home work and the homework is often harder than the test. Lots of extra credit, and test reviews that are very similar to the test. I particularly like the opportunity to do group work for extra credit. I would definitely recommend her as a teacher.

Prof. Haley may be tough when it comes to tests and on being specific when showing work on the questions found in them. Regardless, she is a great professor, although it took some effort for me to pass her class. Attending SI/tutoring sessions definitely came in handy. She is willing to help if you find yourself struggling.

Great teacher! A lot of my professors seemed to have had a hard time teaching online due to COVID but Ms. Haley has been consistent, easy to understand, and very charitable when it comes to tests and extra credit. 10/10 would recommend to anyone eager to learn calculus.

If you have the chance to take her course I would highly recommend it. She's very responsive to students and goes out of her way to help everyone understand the topic. She drops the lowest test and some homework assignments. She really made pre calc an enjoyable experience, not only is she an expert in her field but she also knows how to teach it!

She will also go over the Algebra part &makes sure you understand. She listens to her student's suggestions and work problems out. Very approachable.

Professor Haley is amazing. I am an older, returning student and she really helped break down Business Cal so that I could understand it. Attend class, do the weekly homework and study the reviews. She goes over homework questions that anyone has trouble with every week that are similar to exams.
