Actually, I can't remember the number of the clas but it was a 300 level. Her tests are beyong easy, especially her final. She actually asks what did you learn from this class. You will get it right as long as you fill it out. And there are a lot of interesting topics covered.

She isn't too interesting. Her classes consist of just taking notes, which isn't hard. The tests are fairly easy at times. She gives study guides which help a lot. The artifacts are easy. Overall she is a decent teacher. Some of the stuff learned is interesting also which is weird.

she talks a lot, but there aren't too many notes. she gives you a lot of information. i didn't think these tests were super easy. i definitely had to study and sometimes i still did bad because she would include dumb information that wasnt covered. she does give a lot of extra credit though.

She seems like she talks down to students, like in a kindergarten class. Study guides are extremely helpful, but sometimes she puts little obscure facts on the tests.

Don't go to class, just do the study guide 2 nights before the test and you should get an A. Thats what i did, my roomate went to class twice not counting test days and got a B. Lets be honest, this class is a joke.

As a teacher, a little boring at times, but still a decent class. Just take notes, listen CAREFULLY to what she says. On the study guides she gives, fill in as much info as possible about each topic she gives (from book AND notes)--sometimes she will put the most random questions about the things we learn onto the tests. Overall decent class and decent teacher.

I think she's a marvelous teacher! She clearly explains the materials and uses examples that help you understand things better. The study guides ARE very helpful in studying for the test, thats the important stuff she wants you to know. I think she's great!

she teaches well, and is always offering to help out kids who are struggling. offers 40 extra credit points which can really be useful if you screw up on a test. class is very easy though so extra credit isnt really necessary

This class was super easy. If you fill out the study guide and study it you'll more than likely get an A. I got a C on the first test, then I got A's on all the rest and pulled off a high A in the class. I never read and I hardly ever went to class.

Lectures helped. Somewhat interesting. Following in the book was beneficial. She offers 40 hours of Extra Credit (8 points each, limit of 5 hours) I would recommend her.

The lectures are not mandatory, which means attendance was pretty dismal. If you want a class you won't be punished for missing, this is it. I think that Prof Campbell really does a good job of it, but that attendance policy made me kick myself in the head because I always went. The tests are easy, and this class will doubtlessly boost your grade.

She is a really good teacher. She has a lot of knowledge about this subject. The in class activities are fun. There is a lot of note-taking however and the test are a little abstract, but she gives a lot of opportunities for extra credit.

Wonderful teacher! The tests contain everything on the study guide, so use the study guide and you should be fine! You can get up to 40 points of EC, huge grade booster. I'd say this is an easy A. All you have to do is go to class and take notes. She explains everything in great detail and you can tell she cares about her students. TAKE HER!

Campbell-Raufer was a great teacher. Clear lectures, good slide shows. To do well, take good notes and study the study guide. She lists every topic on the guide. She also offers a lot of extra credit so take advantage of that!

This woman is brilliant. She is so smart and she knows her stuff. You WILL need to take advantage of the extra credit- it can improve your grade immensly! (She doesn't round up grades) Also, you dont need the book, her tests are all about notes. Her power points are great, so go to class and take notes.. Study for the tests and go to class!

I LOVE her. She is so nice. And she stays on topic! Oh my gawd, I can't tell you how refreshing it is to have a professor that doesn't go off on confusing tangents that have nothing to do with anything. She stays on task and she's very clear. I could have gotten a way beeter grade had I paid attention more. And I still got a B.

Take her. It's so easy. You don't have to read to book or even really go to class. It helps because her short answer questions have to do with things that are not in the book, but its not needed. Just do the study guides and you will do fine. No homework, no projects..easy peasy

I really like this teacher! All of my other friends took different professors for psych 110 and hated them, so she must definitely be the best one! Great teacher,highly recommended. If you read the book, you can skip lectures and still get at A. There are 5 exams, including the final. They are multiple choice and have 10 or so short-answer questions. The short-answer questions mostly come from lecture. Very interesting class.

Easily got a C without even going to class or studying to hard for the tests. When I was there she had a good understanding on the material and did explain it well. A lot of opportunity for extra credit that you should utilize.

Easily got a B without reading the book at all and attending the class at least 2 out of every 3 classes. The exams where multiple choice and some short answer. If you do the study guides she provides and read through it once you will do well on the exams and in the course.

She puts the lectures online in case you miss anything. I took psych in high school, so it was pretty much a repeat of that. Reading the book helps, but you can pretty much just figure it out.

Easy A. All you need to do is take notes in class because the notes are pretty much the test questions just rephrased a bit. The book is good but you don't need it if you go to class. Also you don't need to study for the class at all until the night before the test (total of 5). Do the study guide and know it inside and out and you will be fine.

Never skip class. She doesn't round grades, which is understandable, but I missed an A by .5% because I skipped one day and I missed those clicker points. Easiest class in the world. Just take notes on her powerpoints, study them, and you will get an A. Also sign up for the study extra credit in advance and get them over with. They are sooo easy and brought my 90% to a 94%! Don't be discouraged if you do bad on the first test, they get easier as the semester progresses.

Dr. Campbell-Raufer is a very sweet & knowledgable professor who does her best to make her class an easy gen ed. Although I took psychology in high school, I found her class to be a cake-walk. Doesn't take attendance, and if you miss class you'll be fine off using the book for notes. Easy tests, and she offers 40 points of extra cred.

Test is made up of 5 exams, and there is 40 max points of ExCr. She posts study guides for all the tests, and I would do them cause they are basically the test. I used the textbook sometimes, and I would recommend getting it. She knows her stuff and is a really nice person. If you put even a little effort into the class it isnt bad at all.

WORD OF ADVICE: DO THE EXTRA CREDIT & STUDY GUIDES. I cannot stress it enough. The study guide questions are literally the same on the test just worded differently. If you fill out the study guide and put that on quizlet or something and quiz yourself you will do well on the exams. I wish I would've done that for all the exams. Great Professor!

This class was pretty easy for me, although it was test based. She lets you know upfront what you'll be graded on & she gives a good amount of extra credit. I missed the class a decent amount of times & I still ended up getting a B+. She's a really kind lady, and her lectures are pretty boring but as long as you study, you'll do fine in the class.

Hands down the best teacher you can have. She makes the lectures interesting and does a thorough job of explaining the material. Cathleen's class was probably the easiest I took this semester. As long as you go to class, pay attention, take good notes and answer the clicker questions (and add them to your notes), you'll do fine. No homework, no quizzes, just 5 tests- may seem hard, but she also offers a total of 40 points of extra credit which will really boost your grade.

Dr. Raufer is a solid stereotypical professor. She offers a fair amount of extra credit not too much or too little and hands out study guides. In addition her ga helped out a lot by offering review sessions and practice tests. I really have nothing negative to say about this professor whatsoever. As long as you attend the majority of lectures and take notes you should be fine. The tests aren't extremely difficult, and she gives a study guide for each exam. She also offers lots of extra credit opportunities, which can seriously improve your grade if you're struggling.

Professor Campbell made me fall in love with psych again. I had to retake PSY 110 and ended up in her class. She gives up to 40 points of extra credit, which helped my grade so much. This was my second time taking psych110. The first time I took it, it was with Nauda, and she doesn't compare to Campbell-Raufer. It's a lot of lecture, but it's easy! The textbook is an easy read and it makes sense, I took notes on both and I got high Bs on the exams! Also, clickers are needed but they're free points!

Her lectures were pretty good. She really wants her students to do well and is accessible outside of class. She gives study guides before each test that are really helpful.

This class has a textbook but you can still succeed if you don't read it. If you don't use the textbook make sure you go to every class because her lectures are the same information from the book. Perfect professor for this class, you don't have to get the textbook, but if you do there are extra credit quizzes that come with it. She won't round your grade up, but she gives so many opportunities for extra credit that you should be able to get the grade that you want. You don't have to go, but I recommend it. This was a super easy class. Her tests (4 and a final) are all weighted the same. Very firm about not rounding up in grades but you can easily get up to 40 points extra credit. Work directly off study guides and you'll be fine. DO THE EXTRA CREDIT, you won't regret it. If you attend lecture, there's no need to purchase the book either.

This Prof. was amazing. I truly enjoyed going to the lectures and found myself actually engaged in her lecture. The extra credit is either writing papers about psychology articles OR participating in psychology research here at ISU. The research is very simple -- usually online surveys or in-person memory tests. Overall, very easy class.

This entire class is based on tests and extra credit. Do the SONA studies, they're super easy and count for 40 extra credit points. I just never vibed with Dr. Campbell-Raufer's teaching style, I struggle in large lecture halls, but it is a Gen Ed so I had to take it. She is a great person, I just didn't vibe with her as a teacher. But easier class

I really enjoyed this class. She makes everything super interesting and the study guides are SO helpful. stay for the review periods because she gives relevant info for the tests. Do the readings and quizzes because the E.C racks up.

Offers up to 40 points of extra credit (textbook quizzes, clicker questions, participation in research studies, papers).

Professor Cathleen Campbell-Raufer was a great! She has a really sweet personality and you can tell she has a passion for what she does. Only graded by 5 exams and very little clicker points, but TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE EXTRA CREDIT! Study the material before exams & you'll be fine. Highly recommend her :)

4 exams and one final. Each exam is based on a few chapters that she posts lecture videos on and you can read from ebook. The ebook has module quizzes that will only help your grade as each correct answer is extra credit. 40 points of extra credit through psych studies and extra credit for research papers. Only buy book if you want extra credit.

I took the asynchronous option and I honestly never had to communicate with her lol. As long as you do the homework and study guides, you will pass the exams. It was super simple and she gives plenty of opportunity for extra credit. This class is a great option if you are looking for a do it at your own pace class.

Doesn't actually teach or post lectures or anything.. Her name is in the class just to remind you to take the tests. Overall easy as hell (use Quizlet to study). If you are looking to actually learn, consider teaching yourself. You also have to pay to do extra credit soo if you want to buy your grade you do you.

The entire class was basically extra credit. You could get up to 40 points of extra credit and the only other things that was graded was the exams. If you watched the lectures and took okay notes you could pass easily.

The only thing graded is 4 exams + the final. Everything else is extra credit. Tests, quizzes, homework, and papers are all EC. You can also do psychology surveys and studies online that dont take long for EC. Exams are pretty easy and there were review sessions. Lectures were posted online so you dont have to go to class. Exams also online.

She is a good professor and her class was simple and easy to get an A in. The only points in the class are 5 exams and extra credit, there is no homework. Just do the study guides and you will do good on the tests. You can also get up to 40 points of EC by doing simple SONA studies and small quizzes. She really does want everyone to succeed.

This professor was absolutely amazing! I would recommend doing the readings, as it is very interesting, but honestly, you could by without reading. There are 4 tests and one final (all online), which are very easy if you study and go to class. She also gives out up to 40 points of EC you can get through a few different ways. 10/10

She is a fine lecturer and good at answering questions. The tests are easy if you study the slides and book. She provides an excellent study guide for all tests. The extra credit comes from ISU studies which can be done easily online, or she accepts papers. I thought the content was inappropriate at times which tainted my opinion of the class.
