Definitly a 5 for Helfullness, If you are stuck on your assignments and they can be hard she will help you after class just ask her. I got an A even if i handed in all my assignments late :)

Very very nice and helpful teacher. She helped me for hours just to fix a bug. And also excellent enthusiasm (never seen that from anyone else)! A must to take. Also lenient in marking and likes to give bonus mark!

Very good energetic teacher, who teaches very well. You wont fall asleep in her class because she's too busy bouncing off the walls

Cathy is an amazing prof! She is energetic and enthusiastic about the material she teaches. She always wants to help the students do a good job. She makes hard concepts seem so easy. It's too bad she only taught half of BTP200 and then Manzer had to take over the class, after that I didn't understand anything. Cathy is an excellent prof!

Currently have this prof for BTP100. Very good teacher, one of the best I've had at Seneca. She takes the time to make sure her students understand what they're being taught, and she doesn't move too fast to rush through the course. She has a very good teaching style too. +1 :)

Best teacher I've ever had. She is extremely intelligent, funny, and has a talent for explaining complex material in an easy-to-understand way. She's very energetic and friendly too! She's always willing to talk with students and spend as much time as necessary helping them outside of class. As a bonus, she's hot, and I had a bit of a crush on her.

She is a great teacher. She is an easy marker and the quizzes are easy and short.

Cathy is a really positive person and it is clear that she loves teaching her students. Her lectures can be pretty slow sometimes, and sometimes her expectations are unclear. She is however really helpful, and her tests and assignments are fair.

One of the best teachers of Seneca College. While its true that she is loud when she comes in the class, but that's only show how energetic she is not to mention that she is missing the height... :-) This course is the first level programming language for my program and she made a good job by giving many examples in class. Highly recommended.

Great teacher, will make take her time explaining complex materials to students. Her assignments aren't textbook assignments and will make you work for it. However she is readily available during office hours and typically responds the same day you reach out. Marking takes a while as she actually reviews all assignments submitted. Very fair marker.

Cathy really makes this difficult class look and feel so much easier. Takes her time explaining all the concepts and even uses time after class to answer any questions we may have. She's also easily approachable and genuinely wants to ensure you pass her class. A must have for this class. The only real problem was that she marks late. Amazing still

She is one of the best professors in Seneca Computer Programming stream. The best of the best. She explains very detailed. If you like Fardad, you would also enjoy Cathy's lectures. She is very responsive and ready to help students answer their concept questions for assignments. Very nice and kind, but would not let you slack at the same time.

Very passionate and overall a great teacher. My one complaint is that the course notes could be more robust or other textbooks could be referenced, it's very hard to find good resources online that reference the specific topics in the course, and many of the examples in the course notes have errors or are very limited.

I wish I had her for every single course. I wish I could go back in time and take her class again. Best prof I've ever had. Can't complain about anything. Don't hesitate to take her classes. Her teaching method is awesome and her personality is just lovely. Perfection.

She is such a passionate and inspiring professor. The content of the course is heavy and difficult but she always makes sure we understand the materials. I like the way she demonstrated the algorithms by drawings and encouraged us to use it for assignments. She's always available outside class to help students, days and nights, literally...

So energetic, passionate and charming! The lecture is super clear and NEVER dull. She is very professional and got a real understanding of what she is teaching, intelligent and caring teacher, trying her best to help students understand the content. Just take her and enjoy the course!

Best DSA prof at Seneca. Makes the hardest course, the easiest to study. Very interactive and knowledgeable. Knows exactly what she is doing. responds to emails. Makes lectures interesting with her humorous personality. Strictly follows her rubric while grading so as long as u follow that u r good else not. Her class is gold standard don't miss it.

Professor with great knowledge in Data structures and algorithms. Exams are very easy if we attend his lectures and have little amount of knowledge. Overall, great professor

If you don't want to work for the big tech companies or other good companies, don't choose her. Yes, she is tough like something, but think about your future interviewers from Amazon.I meant the whole course is around Leet Code easy to medium. If you can't handle this, might as well just give up and work for those 20 dollar per hour coding jobs.
