You learn alot but there is alot of hw and she is very strick

Bendavid may come off as a strict lady, but she's nice when you get to know her. As long as you turn in your work completed and on time, you should be fine. The web page building is fun as well. Just stay on task! A USB stick may be helpful.

She's a good teacher, but her voice is so annoying. Sometimes she can be patronizing, too. My advice: If you don't mind annoying voices, and a lot of homework, then C. Bendavid is the teacher for you. Do the homework right, and you get the grade.

She gives a lot of homework but it is easy to follow, this class is more time consuming than it is hard. She does not give very good study guides either but just do the practice test online and you will do fine. Oh and don't fall behind on the homework.

This lady is a $%*&#@. The class is so incredibly boring. I could barely stay awake and for some reason, even though I had the highest grade in the class, she would watch me like a hawk and treats the class like a bunch of kids.

BORING damn if u know anything about computers, dont take this class, easy as hell though. If u dont know anything she'll be nice to you, but if u know more than her and prove her wrong, watch out. BIAATCH

Boring, boring, but not really her fault, the class is boring. She gives too much work compared to other comp100 classes, but if u do the work and follow directions, you'll get an A. Lots of extra credit opportunities.

I thought it was a good class yes boring if you know comp but helpful if you dont. Less work would have been better and the beginning was all thorough and towards the end she crammed everything.

taught for first time at CSUN. challenging as far as group project. Everything else (memos) easy. Stay focused. She's a bore at first. But if you challenge her, she knows her**** too. Good stories. I got a B.

Ms. Bendavid is an excellent teacher. She really tries to get you to understand computers. Even though the assignments are a bit long, they are very easy to do and she gives you more than enough time to turn them in. About a week I say. She only gave one group project the entire semester and she gives an enormous amount of extra credit points.

This was her first time teaching univ but she was OK. Had a useless final and a prsentation/research. Had lots of group works; she is clearly using a business method to teach. Had fieldtrips around campus which were good. Assigns a lot of busy work. Was unorganized but tells good stories. Loves golf. The class decides how the course will go.

Alot of homework assigned, but very hard not to get a c or better, in other words you'll get at least a c Doing nothing.

Very good proffessor I higly recommend her if you want to learn.

A little too strict in grading assignments....she makes bus com too big of a deal.literally like taking a english class and com class together......easy B..lots of wasted time to get the A but possible..personally I think she needs to chill out

very easy class she gives study guides for all the tests writing assignments are all done with a group and homework is just the questions at the end of the chapter and part of it you can copy the answers directly from the back of the book... i had the highest grade in this class and i consider myself a B student. I loved this class!

The teacher is very nit picking. She grades hard and is very unclear about her assignments and they she docks points off for people not understanding. She gives lot of extra credit but they're only towards homework and hw is only worth 5 percent so its not even worth doing the homework.

She is a hard greader, but if you try hard you can get an A. She is a nice lady and although she doesnt really explaines her what you need to do, she will always help you if you ask for help. If you a hard worker take her because you will learn a lot in her class.

Lots of team projects which help you prepare well for BUS 302 (Gateway). It does take a lot of efforts to get an A, but it's not hard to get a B, as long as you do all the hw and team projects. Two midterms worth a total of 15%. Final is worth 20% and cumulative.

Prof. Bendavid is very tough but FAIR. Don't take her class if you're lazy! A LOT of work. Homework and projects simultaneously. If you work your ASS off, you'll get an A. Nothing too hard, just busy work 24/7. Class is mandatory. Buy earplugs-she sounds like a screeching parrot.

Prof has the most annoying voice ever!! it's like nails scratching oon a chalk board. but very easy class. she's clear - two essays, lots of notes for field trips- hey easy points. Easy, easy, easy. Annoying at times but easy to get along with prof.

OKay so Univ. 100 is a pointless class to begin with, it's not her fault we're uninterested in it. She is a very nice lady even though no one liked the class. She was helpful and extended our deadlines. Lots of busy work but EASY. Easy class to pass, she gives lots of chances. 2 essays and most assignments were on Moodle. VERRRRY EASY!

Do all the work, overall a pretty easy A course. The practices help with the tests each week. In the event you miss a few assignments there will be extra credit available 2 times, which helps your grade a lot! The end of the semester project seems complex but she ended up giving everyone full credit for just turning it in

I took her honors class! Yes, she gives a lot of work! If you are lazy do not take her class. Its an easy A course if you do the work! Sure she may not be too personable, but she is very easy and does cares about her students. She sometimes does the homework step by step with the class. If you have a problem with that, then I advise you to get help

She's very easy going and helpful. Sometimes she even does the homework step by step. You can tell she cares about her students but beware, it is a lot of work so don't slack off. Easy A.

Take the class! A couple assignments every week and a opinionated discussion , with tons of extra credit at the end of the year! Easy A

Attendance is mandatory. Tests are done at home. Midterm and a final. Professor Bendavid gives a lot of work, but she is extremely helpful and it's nothing that you can't find in the books. Weekly discussions; powerpoint, timeline, and time management projects. An assignment with your partner who sits next to you. Easy A! Highly recommend!

Prof Bendavid gives a lot of assignments. If you are lazy, do NOT take it.. but if you attend class and do all the assigned work, you will get an A. Don't slack on anything. There is a ton of work on it. I hated this class, but you do learn a lot about Microsoft Work things.

Although Bendavid can give a lot of homework. She really give you plenty of opportunities to make up assignments and some she even works through them with the class. You can't be lazy for this class. Sometimes she can speak to students as if they are high school students but over all she is a decent teacher.

She's nice. Weekly discussions on moodle, on-time quizzes at the beginning of every class (she takes attendance),a skill-based exam or two every week (really easy), an open book quiz every Friday (also really easy), and a couple of group projects. Super easy A as long as you finish your assignments which don't take too long. I recommend this class!

It's a routine of busy work! She's helpful but you have to keep up with the workload, you cannot be lazy, and forgetful in order to pass this class. Little things can drop your grade tremendously.

Professor Bendavid is very sweet and kind so I don't understand why her ratings are low. It is a routine of busy work but they are very easy assignments. You have to be extremely lazy to fail this class.

Backwards class in a way. We did the homework in class and the practice at home. Guaranteed 100% on the homework did in class because everything was demonstrated in front of you. Very easy to learn Word, Excel, PwrPt, and Access. Took away a lot of knowledge. Bendavid knows what she's doing.

Fun class

This class was super easy. She went through the hardest assignments with you and the practice at home follows the textbook. She also knows her way around computers, especially since she explained to us in the beginning how she started her own computer business. Great class, I would definitely recommend her as your professor :)

This is sort of an online class you take at a lab. Overall great proffessor, just stay on task!

Her class is overall very easy. She gives a lot of work but it's easy and it's the same thing week after week. If you pay attention in class and do all the simulations it will be very easy.

Has a lot of assignments but they are pretty easy. Midterm and find are difficult but you will get an A if you do well on the other assignments. Teacher isn't really helpful so you will need to rely on classmates for feedback

SP15(MW12:15-1:45) Assignments are clear. Every week has about the same rhythm: In-class quiz, moodle response, take home quiz, simulation training, & Microsoft Office assignment. Special assignments throughout semester. Anything not finished in class is HW. Weekly assignments are due the last day you meet by midnight. For an A, make the effort

She's really nice and actually cares about her work. If you follow her schedule and get ahead it's easy to complete all of the online work. The class is mainly just you working alone, super easy and relaxed. I only got a B because of the final, make sure to learn the information from the concepts book.

Professor Bendavid barely teaches the concepts, but that is because it is explained in the textbooks. So, make sure you read and follow the directions. It is straight to the point and easy to pass! Just make sure you keep on track with your work and understand what you read.

Professor Bendavid is passionate in her field. She doesn't teach much since everything is explained through the programs. She makes students feel free to ask her questions, she'll happily answer. This class isn't hard, you really have to work for your grade by doing the assignments. There are many assignments, but things learned are very beneficial

Easy class to be honest everything you learn is online. There is a lot of work but it's easy just make time for it. Two group projects that are easy just follow her guide.

Professor Bendavid Comp 100 class is a very easy A. There are lots of online homework assignments, but as long as you do all of them, you will pass. The midterm and final had 2 parts and the part that you needed the book for was open book. 2 projects that are very easy as long as you follow her instructions EXACTLY. Do the work and you'll pass

It's a very boring but easy A class. You will have to put in a lot of boring hours doing homework but it's not difficult. Open book quiz every class for attendance. A lot of group projects & she picks the groups. Overall, it was like any other mandatory pre req. class: show up, do the work, do extra credit, get an A.

Professor Bendavid is a great professor and person, but despite this she does give a lot of homework and it gets very overwhelming. For myself I had an A almost the whole semester, but the work starting getting overwhelming maybe because I was taking 16 units. She is a solid choice I did learn a lot about the programs in this class.

I strongly agree that she assigns a bunch of things throughout the week but most tasks take about 30 minutes to finish. She gives you a 200 word discussion every Wednesday that she doesn't even read (easy A) and the homework assignments are just following the instructions with multiple attempts to get an A. A LOT of extra credit too. Pretty easy A.

Prof B. is good, and quite attentive about assignments. Although everything for this class is done in online labs, there is a lot of stuff to do outside of class on a weekly basis (like reading, discussions, and group projects). Despite the workload, I did feel like I learned more about computers and how to use Microsoft Office.

She is overall a really nice lady. It's really nice to have conversations with her. That being said though do not take this class lightly. You will have to work to get an A in this class. The material isn't too hard, but there are a lot of assignments to do and it gets overwhelming . Take this class if you need to but don't be think it'll be easy.

She's a very good human being a very good professor. This class is an easy A but it requires work. The work isn't hard but it's quite a good amount of work. I mean it when I say it. The work for this class should done at the beginning of the week. If you leave it to the last second you will feel a bit overloaded and pressured, IT TAKES TIME.

Very easy A. There is a a quiz at the beginning of each class, but all the answers are on quizlet. She gives you about 2 extra credits each week because she really wants you to pass. The workload is a lot, but most of the assignments are on YouTube so you can follow the steps and get an easy A. She really cares for her students. Allows late work.

I loved this professor. She gave out short quizes based off the book, but looked up the answers on Quizlet. 2 Big group projects. There is a lot of Homework she gives but if you space them out super simple. She also has Open-Book test for all the tests. This class is such an easy A and I would definetly reccomend taking this class with her.

This class has a heavy workload, but the professor is helpful. The quizzes are easy with Quizlet, and the projects can be managed with unstuck AI. An easy A if you stay on top of it.

Honestly, this professor isn't that bad. I mean, sure, she assigns a lot of homework and projects, but they really aren't hard. The quizzes in every class were easy and take home. It sucks the textbook is expensive, but hey, it's college what did you expect. Excel and Access are tough, but that's on Microsoft, not her.
