You have to come to class and do the homework promblems inorder to do well in this class.

She goes out of her way to help her students have a clear understanding of the material.

The class is extremely structured and you have to turn in homework every day, but she gives you practice tests to study for the exams for. She also gives detailed notes that explain the material. Go to class and do the homework and you should be fine.

She is very good at explaining the material. She put me to sleep almost every day... but on the days I was awake I totally understood what she was talking about. on top of that she gives EXCELLENT test preps. example problems ETC...

Hard class, but she gives you practice tests from the past semester. Study the lecture slides very carefully because there are questions on the test that come from a sentence or two on the slides. Go to class b/c there's homework everyday.

great professor! the book is used for HW only. don't try to skip class and follow the book. there are many different grades in the class so if you mess up you can still recover before the semester is over. the final can replace a test grade!

This class was one of the better math classes I've had at Auburn. I recommend her, just do all your homework and get a good group for the group project and you will come out of the class fine.

She is a great teacher, she will do anything to help you. Even though the homework seems like it's just busy work it will help you out tons. For the test just study the practice exams and homework. She is one of few teachers that is not out to get you.

Very great person. I had to make up my final exam and it was 2 months after the original test date. She asked me if I was really ready for it and tutored me for a few hours and let me take it the following weekend. I wish I had done that during the semester. She really knows her stuff and is so willing to help out anyone who asks.

The worst part about this class is the homework. She will give you homework every day that will be taken up at the beginning of the class for a grade each day. If you don't do the homework and you dont go to class, you are screwed. But, if you do, and you put effort into it...you will be fine. She is willing to help you if you have questions.

She does great teaching the material and is very helpful when you need it. I would highly recommend taking her.

Nice. Do the homework, practice test, and test reviews and you will do great. Go to class everyyyday. The final can take the place of your lowest test grade.

mixed feelings about her. very nice, but gives homework EVERY night. she takes it up randomly, so you will spend 2 hours on homework and then she won't even take it up, so it gets discouraging. tests are not hard though, and she has lots of good review material on her website. i didn't do the homework and still made a B. not bad.

This class is extremely boring and you have a hard time paying attention. She assigns a lot of homework, but if you attempt it you will get full credit. Her tests are just like the practice problems and the practice tests that she assigns. The final is a little more tricky. Easy to get an A or B, but you have to do a lot of bull to get it.

The exams are pretty easy if you go to class, pay attention to the lecture, and do the homework. She says the homework is taken up randomly, but she only DIDNT take it up like twice! The class is very boring!

Her tests arent too bad in Management, but you do have to go to class or atleast buy the UNiversity Notes. She is a good lecturer and public speaker, but the class itself is pretty boring. The class consists mostly of the tests (90% of total grade) and a few in and out of class assignments.

Very boring. i went to class everday and cranked out a C. She makes the tests very tricky. I read the book took notes and would still make c's on her tests. I lost hope in getting an A. The material is boring, she tries to make it fun, but there's a big generation gap. Never lets you out of class early!

Probably the easiest STATS teacher at Auburn. If you study the slides, go to class, turn in Homework, and actually study like a college student then you can easily achieve a B. Nice lady and she makes the material as interesting as it possibly can be. IF you pay attention you just might actually learn that stats is very helpful in the real world.

Do your homework. Yes, there's homework. I felt like it was high school again. I had real trouble on her tests but the two projects were easy. I could have done the whole thing myself.

Get Champion. She's very nice and explains the material well. If you go to class and attempt the homework you'll do well in the class.

I took this class fall 06 and i thought it was very easy. if you attend class and pay any attention, you'll do fine. make sure you do your homework because it helps a letter grade. she explains very well (sometimes too well) she gives many practice problems & old exam before the test so that you further understand what she expects and formula sheet

If you attend class, relatively easy class. She's a good teacher, but always has laughing fits which are hilarious but you lose your train of thought!!Do the homework, doesn't have to be correct so turn something in at least! Gives good slides but the examples are useless if you don't go to class. Would recommend

I hate stats, but she was pretty good. Class is so BORING. Take good notes and DO YOUR HW, and its an easy A.

Not that bad of a teacher. Gives ALOT of homework that you have to do. Try to take a 50min class and it won't seem so long and boring. She's eager to make sure everyone understands. Tests can be a little difficult. Ask tons of questions, do the homework, and study and you'll be fine!

Highly recommended. She wants to see students succeed and actually takes an interest, which is uncommon. Class is pretty easy and she explains things well. Tests are all 25-30 MC questions, pretty easy.

Dr. Champion is a great teacher. She gives homeworks at least once a week but they are not bad. She grades them based on effort. Her test is very straight-forward. She's a nice person and care about her students.

She is a very soft spoken teacher! Her class isn't all too interesting and attendance isn't mandatory, although sometimes she gives extra credit on days after tests. I suggest doing all your homework. When it comes to tests use the slides, and as you go through the slides go through the book to get a better understanding of the concepts.

She teaches and conveys information to students as if they were in kindergarten. Super easy.

This class was hard to me to others maybe not. Dr. Champion tries to help as much as possible which is great!Gives out tons of hw she takes your top 10 scores and adds it into your final grade. The class wasn't hard. I only studied a couple hours the night before the tests and got Bs on them. A little more effort and an A is definitely possible.

Dr. Champion is a great teacher and really knows the material. My only issue was that the test are a little harder than the lectures make them out to be. Studying the night before each test, I got Bs. If I had put in a little more effort I would have easily gotten an A.

Dr. Champion's ratemy does not give her enough credit and other people say that too. She loves teaching and gives examples to make lectures more interesting. A lot of the examples will show up on the tests. Gives attendance extra credit (2 pts to average) . Book is not necessary but just reading the "remember this" helps a lot for the tests

She is one of the sweetest professors I have had, I enjoy going to her class because she is so kind and helpful. She will give random extra credit for attendance so go to class. There are a few easy homeworks and other than that follow the study guide she gives for her tests and you'll be good to go!

Attendance for this class isn't mandatory but I highly recommend it. I never went to class and had a 79 in her class so if I would have gone it would have been an easy A. She makes lectures interesting (participate/discuss in lectures with her and she'll love u) but she doesn't take bs so don't go to her with excuses unless it's university approved

I have had Dr. Champion for two different classes now. Her courses are very lecture heavy but doable. Attendance is not mandatory but suggested as a lot of in class topics are covered on the test. Lectures can get a little boring but she makes them interesting by really encouraging class participation.

Dr. Champion is a gem. Her lectures are great and she uses current videos to engage students with the material. Class is not mandatory, but she does take random attendance for extra credit. Do her study guides for each exam and you will do really well! 1000/10 recommend.

Oh, Cecilia. I love this woman. She is so quirky and has great lectures. She gives a lot of extra credit for showing up to class. Mainly just tests and some assignments here and there.

This is an easy class even if you don't pay attention. Just read the powerpoints a few times before the test and you should be good. There were 4 or 5 assignments outside of class but besides that it's all tests. She gives extra credit randomly for either attendance or participation in class. Her lectures are pretty boring but she can be funny.

Professor Champion is so sweet. The material is pretty basic and easy to understand (at least in my opinion). Attendance is not mandatory at all, I only went to her class a handful of times and I still made B's on all of the exams. Definitely take her if you can!

This class was pretty easy and even though attendance isn't mandatory I always went because she gave examples of things you'd see on the tests and random extra credit that could be up to 2% added to your final grade. the material is pretty obvious but she found a way to make it interesting. dont expect a reply from her if you email her though

This is a fine class, it basically is lectures and tests and a four tests. She is a sweet lady who really tries to connect with her students.

Sweetest lady. Takes attendance at random and then give a little bonus. So basically attending is bonus points. Didnt really use the text book but it is beneficial to read when preparing for the tests.

Dr. Champion is an excellent professor for management. You won't have any problem remaining engaged and going to class. Although attendance isn't mandatory you definitely need to go to class because the lectures are interesting and she doesn't record them. Outside of class, she is easily accessible and is genuinely helpful.

Attendance is for extra credit A wonderful lady who is passionate about her subject. Lectures are well designed and try to engage students. Lots of videos, cool examples, and stories. Do the study guide and listen to the lectures and you will do well Most of the material is just putting a name to a concept that you would naturally understand.
