Awesome professor. He goes out of his way to make sure students understand all the material and answers EVERY question. His lecture powerpoints are the best; thorough, precise, and caters to memorization. i never used the textbook. PRINT all his lecture powerpoints in COLOR (exam material). You will enjoy his class, he makes it enjoyable.

Prof. Caswell is one of the best teachers I've ever had. He really cares that his students learn class material and answers every single question in a way that is easy to understand. My only complaint is that his lectures can be slightly boring but most of the time he does a good job of making it more enjoyable. 10/10 recommend.

I am so thankful that I chose this proff. Hands down the best part about this class was that the tests were based on the lectures and not a TB. It helps students like myself who are visual learners, and I really appreciated the feedback and constant help that he offered. He'll answer an e-mail late at night and is always willing to help.

One of the best teachers I've had! A&p is a hard subject in general, but he makes it very simple and easy. Tests are very straightforward and his powerpoints are formatted almost like the tests. He emphasizes the parts where we need to focus and goes out of his way to help students. He even takes pictures of lab models and puts in powerpoints!

He's goofy and keep the class entertained and not miserable during the long lectures. Make sure to read all of his lecture slides and you will pass this class with an A. The details he gives you are so clear that it makes total sense. I would also make acronyms and it helped a lot on the exams. If you don't attend class, you'll miss out on extra credit and his "tricks" to remember a lot of the harder material.

I took A and P online and it helped alot that Professor Caswell provided videos and activities. Lots to study but he made a calendar and he sends weekly updates announcements to keep you on track. If you take him online, he does check the Honorlock videos so follow the rules. Also if online, studying some everyday helped my grade.

It required a lot of study time but watching the videos and then using the practice activities to test myself made it fun because I kept trying to beat my high score on practice activities and exams.

He was AMAZING. He cared about all of us succeeding. This is homework heavy and he assigns badges which is extra credit homework. You NEED to do the badges (they arent mandatory) but the difference on those who do them on tests and not is HUGE. 5 exams, 2 lab exams, 1 final. Usually two quizzes a week, two tries on them. Badges are unlimited tries.

The BEST professor I've had by far. He explains material in a relatable way for students + provides 'badges' (extra credit quizzes) that go over all exam material. If you complete them, you're pretty much guaranteed A's on exams! We never did work in lab that was graded, instead he spent the time giving us mnemonics to remember pictures easiest :)

This class is easy if you pay attention. Most of your grade is weighed on proctored tests, which are easy if you take your time to study. If you dont study, you won't pass. The teacher is super understanding and cares about your grade.

But he provides us with so many resources to guarantee a passing grade. If anything, with all that is provided, you should finish with a minimum of a B.
