Great teacher, She truly enjoys what she is teaching! Gives reviews for midterm and final, makes the tests absurdly effortless! If you don't get an "A", its because you are lazy and you are the stereotypical community college student!

This was an online course and she was very responsive, and it was a very good experience.

I really enjoyed this class, much to my surprise. I am a numbers person, and had very little interest in business management, however I learned a lot and found an interest I was not aware of.

I think her style of teaching is great. I found her to be very helpful and understanding that we as students also have an outside life or family and sometimes that has to come before school unfortunately.

I would tease and call her tests "Scavenger Hunts". In all honesty, I didn't read anything on my own time from the text. I took the online course and all tests were open-book. Well, since there's SO much time allowed, I looked up every answer. No proctored exams, but you WILL actually learn even if you do what I did. Wonderful woman, easy class! :)

Excellent communicator, class topics, powerpoints and handouts always interesting and with real life scenarios. A lot of reports/ summary of cases to do using the BNA but when you leave the classroom you are powerful. Recommend taking any of her classes; unfortunately any other HRM classes are taught by the head of the Department A. Brubaker.

While I have been in the workforce for some time, I did learn a few new things from this class. However, if this class were not mandatory, chances are I would not have enrolled. The teacher was helpful and provided constructive feedback.

I would recommend Professor Fraley to any student. This is my second consecutive course with Professor Fraley- one taken in class, and one online. In both cases, I found her teaching style and assignments to be relevant to real world experiences, and on target with my expectations for the course.

Take her class! Online or in class, its easy and she is helpful. shes a very easy grader and the assignments may seem long but they don't take much time to complete at all. this is my second class with her and i couldn't have asked for a better teacher for these classes.

Great professor. I have had her twice. Both classes were online, and the presentations she uses are great. It is really easy to understand the subject material if you do a little work. Tests are not difficult, if you do the study guide. Projects are fun and worth while. Fairly easy grader if you show you understand the concepts.

Ms. Fraley is very clear on assignment instructions and lessons. She responds to questions promptly. I highly recommend her for this course.

This is a class that I actually really enjoyed, what we learned throughout the quarter is information we can use in the real world. When help was needed there was a quick response with direction. Would def. recommend!!

Charla was an extremely easy person to contact with questions. She gave you all your assignments up front giving you enough time to complete. Her PowerPoint presentations were clear and very useful when it came to taking the Quiz/Test in her ONLINE class.

The work to me was very hard. C.F. made it was to learn, understand and was not stand-offish at all. You had to do the work like any class, but was very helpful with everything! Highly recommend.

Professor Charla was great at communicating right away, it was a relief, she came to my rescue when once my exam stopped in the middle within minutes of my email to her. This was always the case if you email her she will respond within minutes. This made the online class a bliss.

doesn't make the class harder then it needs to be like some other professors, is understanding. I took this online was pretty easy only compliant is she grades very slow which drove me crazy other than that good teacher

I just took and finished her class online (HMR 1121) and to be honest, this class is REALLY easy. The hardest "homework" was the first essay. It was too much research and 3 pages essay. The first 4 chapters were interesting. The others 8 chapters were extremely boring, and not helpful. I did not study a lot and I am between 88-90% final grade.

The professor was wonderful. She does everything she can to help the students succeed if you fail this class it's because your lack of dedication. She put's a lot of time and care into her work and you can tell. I has a lot of things going on outside of school and she kept trying to keep my head in the game.

This professor was amazing.. I was in her online Business class and she was wonderful.. always willing to help, easy grader and for her online class I had everything was done at home, exams and all. Super nice and I highly recommend.

This is my second time with professor Charla. She is a good teacher but I did not like the MINI cases for BMGT 2299. They are easy but time-consuming. Your team runs a fake online company starting with 5 products and you are competing against other teams. Your team takes decisions on marketing, production, and R&D. Fun class. It was not that hard.

Charla is very approachable and treats her students with the utmost respect. She is most easily reached by email, which is responded to promptly,and she is definitely one of the best professors I've had.

Charla is a great Professor who was easy to work with & was fair. She provided a lot of very useful and relevant resources which were a huge help in understanding the material & passing the course. She knows the material very well & was great at keeping us on track. As the student, you have to do your part by being engaged and doing the work.

Overall a cool teacher! Cares about teaching and will go out of her way to help you. Class is easily manageable and interesting. Come to class, Listen, Do the assignments, and you're good to go. Tests are a tiny bit tricky but she gives you a GREAT review.

Charla was very quick to answer messages and was willing to spend additional time helping out students with questions. I would gladly take one of her classes again!

Charla was great for this class. However, I feel that group projects, especially in college, are outdated and kind of unnecessary. The project involved a simulation of running a multi-million dollar company selling sensors. The class and simulation were interesting. Charla was definitely a good instructor to have for this class.

Charla is a great professor to have. She responds to emails quickly and gives helpful feedback on assignments. There are 3 mini case assignments with one being a little more time consuming than the others. There is also a group project throughout the semester that you have webconferences for (if online) and have a final presentation over WebEx.

I liked my class with Charla. I highly recommend it.

The most friendly teacher in the Business Department. Her lectures are nice because she combines all 3 learning styles: visual, auditory, and hands on. She made a potentially boring class really interesting. I have a developmental disability that makes me cry easily. She took the time to speak to me privately and be extra caring and helpful. :)

For me, the topic/content was a little challenging; at times, it was a lot of information and you had to develop a decent understanding of what you were reading and diving into. But Professor Charla was always there when I needed her; she's very understanding and caring, and her leniency was so appreciated!

I took Charla's web class over the summer and loved it! Her video lectures were very informative and she set up multiple meetings to help students with homework. I also enjoyed her case analyses! Exams weren't too bad given you make use of the study guide. I'm really hoping to have her again in the future! :-)

Professor Farley was a great teacher and very caring. I had several health problems this semester and she was every engaging, I made sure I never missed a class because I loved the way she teached.

I would say she has been the best professor I have had during my college career. She cares about her students and wants you to learn but also succeed. I appreciated her for the quick response and the help she provides when you might be stuck on problems. Great Professor!

Charla was an amazing teacher, her lectures made the topics easy and understandable. I took her in-person class and enjoyed her presence, she's also a very lenient grader which is nice. All in all, I would take her class again!

One of the best prof's I have ever had! I had Prof Fraley for two classes and she is just so nice and caring! Easily reachable via email whenever needed. If I'm being honest, everyone should be scoring A's having Prof Fraley on their side for success. The college dropout rate would me much lower if there were more profs like Prof Fraley!
