Great guy to discuss about the countries problems, talks a lot, easy class if you read the book and review the terminology. Mr. Beem also seems a little depressed during class, participating in discussions seems to help him at least a little.

Best Economics professor at Bucks; knows more about the subject than any bureaucrat in D.C., and loves to discuss this country's issues with the class. I'm taking his Microeconomics class over the summer because he is the best. His only weakness is rambling on too much about issues outside the text.

The good: There is no need to read the book, Professor Beem will say "Write this down" and what follows are essentially the test questions -- an easy A with minimal effort. The Bad: Beem tends to ramble in class, and he's under the impression that his liberal opinions are actually facts, which upset some of the more conservative students in class.

Intro 2 Business - Mr Beem is soo cute....the class can get kind of boring, but is very easy. He gives chapter summaries and if you study them for the test you are sure to have an A

"Write this down..." just take notes on stuff when he begins a sentence like this. I wish they were all this easy. :)

Prof. Beem is an awesome prof. if you ever get the chance to tak one of his classes, take advantage of that chance. he is so helpful and understanding. As long as you take notes, you will get A's. Test come right off of the notes. He made me enjoy coming to my 7am class.

Prof. Beem is just a mild mannered guy who likes economics and business. The only problem is that your whole grade rests on like 3 or 4 things... not much room for error, Fortunately it's pretty easy. Some people on here mentioned his dislike of conservative thought. All I have to say is get over it.

Wonderful Professor. Must attend every class to get notes. He lectures and tells you to ?write this down? that is the exam! NO homework. I never used the book. So do not buy the book. We had 3 tests on the notes. Tests are word for word of the notes. Had to write one short 2 page paper. Your grade is those 4 grades.

Professor Beem is very nice. The textbook is not used at all. Thought I was going to have trouble with it since I took it online, but NO all quizzes are open notes, and there is 1 paper that is 2 pages in length due. Highly recommend!

I took him for Principles of Marketing. I did the online class. EASIEST A ever. The class consisted of three quizes one and one paper. Each quiz was only ten multiple choice questions straight from the book! They took about ten minutes each. The paper was pretty straightforward also. I highly reccomend you take him!

My favourite teacher ever! He makes class enjoyable and will help you with whatever you need. You put the time and effort in this class there is no reason why you wouldnt do well. 3 tests, no exam, written project. Always reviews for tests. Only thing is test are 6-7 chapters at a time. If you fail this class it's beacause 5 graders smarter than you. Beem is a excellent professor. He tells you exactly what is on his tests. There was no final, a few papers to write, and some group work. He definitely cares what you think and wants you to succeed.

Come to class copy down about 12-15 bullet points from each chapter as he teaches & tells funny stories. Day before test he narrows down each chapters bullets to about 8 things, x 6 chapters = 48 questions. Those 48 questions are same as on test! Helps you learn the material because you know what will be on test! Dont buy book, not used!

Best Professor ever! I wish I could have him for everyone of my business classes! I missed a test and told him how busy I was he made sure I still passed the class. I still recieved an A! All you need is to follow the textbook online or in class!I had him for MGMT 230 and MKTG 100

i have taken Beem for about 4 different courses now, and absolutely love him! I took one class face to face, the other three online. Super helpful, and if you do face to face he gives a detailed study guide for each test. he makes you actually want to listen, and is an easy grader. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND HIM!!

Took online and was so easy. Literally did all of the work for the whole course in 5 hours on the first day. The whole online course is quizzes (3 multiple choice questions each) and tests (10 qs each) and they all came straight from book. Only one paper with easy topic due early on in course. Good self-paced course. Would definitely take again!

Easy A as long as you participate in the discussions and do the weekly assignments. Easy to follow and he answers your questons quickly.

Virtually all of the questions the test he lets you know about through the study guide so make sure you know the study guide and you're guaranteed an A.

His format &guideline are so simple! you only have to do weekly discussion posts& take a mini ch quiz which only consist of 3 questions which are straight from the book or his PowerPoint. There are 3 main quizzes which consists of 10 questions.

I took MGMT 100 my first semester of college, and Professor Beam has been great so far! Great guy, doesn't give too much work, and does a great job explaining each lesson.

Professor Beem is amazing ! He's very understanding. In his mgmt 100 class, there is no midterm or final. You are graded based on attendance & participation , 3 tests, and 2 short essays. There is little to no homework. I would defiantly take him again.

Best class to take during winter session! Wish all profs were like him. Class consists of discussion posts, mini quizzes( only 3 ques per quiz)(multiple choice), chapter tests(only 10 ques per test)(multiple choice) and 1 paper that is only 2 pages. His powerpoints are helpful and so is google.

I took his macroeconomics class in the winter session. I truly enjoyed his class even it was an online course. Online Introduction to business was very easy. Each chapter has a three question quiz directly from key terms in the book. Three, 10 question tests for 5 chapters at a time which are not cumulative. One written assignment that has a minimum of two pages. Self-paced and would recommend.

If you have the chance to take one of his course(s) while in college, you're very lucky, because he is a truly phenomenal teacher. Entry level classes can be boring, however, Professor Beem gives extremely insightful information. Excellent professor provides thorough information while effectively preparing all the students for every exam. There are many professors to choose from at bucks, this one is a no-brainer.

His classes are the absolute best to take. You have to have something wrong with yourself to not get an A in his class. He genuinely cares about his students and will go above and beyond for them, but don't hand in late work because he doesn't count it.

Professor Beem is amazing. I had him for MGMT100, MKTG215, MGMT230, and MGMT160. I received an A+ in all four of these classes. All the classes I have taken, in person, on zoom, and online learning have been super easy as long as you show up to classes and do the assignments. I had professor Beem for 6 or 7 business classes including several marketing, management, and basic business. He teaches using real life examples and gets the class involved. By far the most caring and helpful professor I've had at Bucks. All you have to do is show up and participate and you can be guaranteed an A in this course.

This professor has the most engaging class that I have attended. He has never missed a class and prioritizes communication with students. You can tell that he loves his job. The course is fairly easy, and assignments are light. I plan on taking another class of his because it is worth it. Again, an amazing professor who deserves recognition.

Professor Beem was a very nice guy. His lectures were painfully boring but the class was overall super easy. All of his quizzes are online, at home, and open note. He would literally give you the page number in the quiz question to find the answer.
