I took this course online and it was very easy. He was not very organized, but made up for any confusion. Written tests are the quizzes, study those and you will do great on the Exams. Labs are very easy and quizzes are open book. Easy class if you put forth any kind of effort.

Overall the class is really good. He helps as much as he can and is willing take his time up to help you. Funny guy who trys to make the class a joy to be in. The labs are easy but takes time. havent took quizzes yet but heard their easy. I encourage to take his class!

I completed this course online and this professor is excellent. He keeps it real and tells it the way it is. If you want to learn, take his class. The skills that I learned in this professor class helped me obtain a top paying job. He is a former department chair and has received national publications.

I must admit, this is not an online course for those that are just learning about computers. But if you want a class where you will learn business concepts and learn MS Office 2010 skills. This class is great. We also created a professional business movie. I am now ready for a 4-year college.

Best Teacher i have had so far. He is very clear on on the material you will learn. He shows the class how to use the software and has in-class assignments. These assignments are juts great practices since it is what you learned on the tests. Book test is easy since its over 3 chapters. He never talks down to anyone. Great Teacher!

Class is well organized and assignments are real-world. One of the best classes that I have completed at TCCD; in terms of being rude, I love a professor who knows how to put students in their place. A lot of work is required for this course. But the instructor makes it simple and wonderful hands-on labs. If you are majoring in information security, make sure that you take this instructor class. He is real and tell it the way it is. A wonderful educational experience.

I had this professor for two of my information security classes doing my time at Tarrant County College and have landed a good job in the area of information security. So what do you want? A good education or an easy A. All I can say is good. I am happy I had his class.

An excellent professor. The labs were a little challenging. But he understood this and added five whole points to everyone final grade. He is not afraid to let you know where he stands on the issue either. This class does require time. But overall, I must be honest, he really, really cares about his students.

Took the 8 week course. If you're working, taking other classes, have kids - it will be tough. His final project is no joke. If you apply yourself, turn in the work (no late work accepted), read & re-read the final project - you will pass. It isn't easy. In the end, you'll have a project to show employers your capabilities. Portfolio!

Mr. Charles is helpful and makes it clear what he expects from your work, He is very patient and it is very helpful that he gives labs right after lectures. I've learned a lot in his class and would take it again.

Seemed too hard for me at first 6 or 7 weeks then as I acquired skills and became faster at my work was able to accomplish more toward the end of the semester. He was very patient with us and went over some parts 2 times or more and without scolding us. He gave great personal examples of how to use the skills we gained in the classroom.

Class is easy if you just show up and do your work. He's pretty strict on showing up on time and stuff like that. Starts class with lectures then do in class work. Quiz over every chapter, really easy just look up answers online, same with the test, he allows us to use the internet and book. So, there is no reason for you not to pass. Assigns labs.

Great class. I completed this course online and it was easy. Very simple, just do what the professor ask you to do and you will have no problem. The professor strongly believes in communication and replies to emails quickly. You can't go wrong with this online class.

Excellent BCIS 1305 class! This professor is very professional and got it together. He is very organized. I strongly recommend this class. No late work is accepted. But, if you complete your assignments on time, pay attention in class, you will earn an A and learn a lot.

I had to work for it, but this was a great class for me.

I enjoyed Mr.D's class. He is a nice, caring and a honest teacher. Although there was a lot of work, it was never overbearing. He lets us have a break and allows us to stay after class to catch up on work. His stories may be extra but they give good personal experience for us to follow.

Dr. Desassure was definitely the best professor I had at TCC, he always pushed me to do my best and was the only professor I've had to take the time to give me advice and ensure I did well in his course. The class was work heavy but not absurdly difficult or hard. The professor explained his expectations and criteria well with all assignments.

Great teacher! He truly cares about each individual the he teaches! He gives a lot of work, but you will definitely learn and be prepared for the real world!!!
