Professor Guigno is an EXCELLENT teacher. He is helpful, intelligent, and knows his stuff. He goes above and beyond to help his students...while here, and as well as after they have graduated. Would absolutely advise students to take his class.

The MH11 class is super easy with just multiple choice tests, the MH35 is harder becasue its papers and projects but its 3 credits for two hours. He is hilarious and an awesome professor. The girls especially adore him.

Professor Guigno is by far the best professor I have ever had. He is extremely helpful to his students, as well as brilliant.I have never had a professor who cared so much about his students, I really learned a great deal from him. He is my mentor.

Guigno is one of the most amazing professors I have ever met. He is funny, which keeps his class going. He is very respectful to his students and cares about them alot. Some professors should take a page from him.

I love this professor! He is a true example of what a teacher should be! He witty sense of humor not to mention his drawings keep you interested and intune to what he is teaching. As a future social worker I learned a great deal for Professor Guigno and it is truly b/c of him that I decided to go into the gerentology field! Take him!!!

I did most of my mental health classes with him and I must say he inspired me to be who I am today. I will forever be grateful to him for planting this dream in my heart. He used to call me Mary, I dont know why. KCC is so fortunate to have him.

This is a great human being. If you are sleeping through this class, just drop the major! He is funny, drawings are hilarious and just a charismatic person. Definately on my top 3 list of all time. Very helpful, just don't talk in class be respectable (TURN CELL PHONES OFF) and study you will do fine.

He is so funny, and his drawings will have you rolling on the floor with laughter. His tests are tricky, but if you study you will pass. Never took notes and walked off with A's in all his classes. He is also very helpful and considerate. MH96/97 I recomend him also, he is amazing. I had him for three classes.

I've taken him for 5 classes and walked away with an A for each his test are a little tricky his notes aren't that great but read the book you should do fine he is very funny and he keeps the class interesting he is there to help you with any problems you may have I definitely recommend him, His field class is great worth signing up for.

Professor Guigno is one of the Best at Kingsborough (and there isn't many) You will actually learn and enjoy whichever class you take with him. However, you must read the book and study though. His notes are NOT the best!Don't leave KCC without taking him

Simply inspirational.ACE will grow and will be better than safe horizion. He showed me that there is no excuse for abuse he showed me there was a way out and here I am ready to take on the world without the pain I used to feel.

Professor Charles Guigno is cool, the class was fun especially his jokes.There is a lot of work to do in his class, but it was worth it. I learn from his class especially about life .I enyed being in this class and I like him , he gave me a B+. TAKE THIS CLASS HE KICKS ASS!!

Aside from being an excellent professor, Guigno is a CLASS ACT as a human being. He has a passion for domestic violence and He empowers us to be the future voices for the cause. He helped plan out my whole career plan and for that im grateful. Just go to class, take good notes and you will be fine. His tests can be tricky though

Prof Guigno is amazing! I would take him again if I could. He really tries to help out evening students, and has a ton of extra credit. He prepares test reviews and the tests are extremely fair and clear-cut. He has a great sense of humor. He listens to everyone's input, has endless patience, and always has a good response. Definitely recommended!

Awesome Professor! His class is very easy. All you have to do is pay attention in class, review the notes (posted online also) and study guides given out and you will ace the exams easily. Take the extra credit too because it will help TREMONDOUSLY to boost up your exam grade.

Where can i start? 2 Exams+1 Final, 3 Papers (OPTIONAL) Never had a prof who gave out so many extra credits. If you get a B- or lower you need some extra help because his class is clearly a dead give alway A ! Loved this prof he inspired me to go into PSY major. TRULY a amazing person and would 100% enroll in his class again.

Best prof I've ever had! Not only are his lectures really interesting and engaging, but they are also very clear. He gives tons of extra credit, review sheets before every exam, and posts all of the lecture notes on blackboard in case you missed a class or just wanted to go over something on your own. Very hard NOT to get an A in this class.

Don't listen to Ms. "Save your GPA" from the recent comments, if she wasn't on her phone most of the time should would of done better. Take the class, he's awesome. One of the best and easiest professors that I ever had. I took him in my first semester of my freshman year and really happy with this choice. NO textbook required, Just read PowerPoint and you will get A+.

Laid back teacher. Very straightforward and does not make the class any harder than it needs to be, truly able to learn and get an A at the same time.

I was looking for a relatively easy class to pass that would also boost my GPa.. and thats exactly what I found by taking professor Guigno, he is a really good guy and teaches a really easy class. The test questions were literally common sense questions. I wish he offered more classes I would literally pick him first every single time!!

He is a very great professor! Any questions regarding universities, classes he would not hesitate to answer. The class is based on the students. The students grade themselves and do the work. Easy person to talk too, very funny!

Great class. He really cares about the students not being overburdened with work, and gives pretty easy tests. He explains the material very thoroughly, so it never feels confusing. It's really easy to do well in his class even if you pay minimal attention and he gives a lot of extra credit on his tests, and is overall a great professor and person.

i don't understand some of these reviews he's one of my favorite professors! take notes from his slides & study the review sheets & there should be no reason you don't pass his class (most professors don't bother w/review sheets so be thankful for that) his lectures aren't the most fun but its college.. get over it, wish he taught more PSY classes!

Hes a pleasure he wants to see all of his students do well. Hes caring and listen. Also has a great personality. He offers plenty extra credits assignment. He really prepares you for exams. Doesnt load you with homework and is super understanding. Super Super Super professor.

I honestly left KBCC a while ago, but I just wanted to state this was the best professor I ever had. Truly was very helpful when it came to answer questions in class. He graded very appropriately, when it came to a test or paper he would explain why the answer was correct or incorrect. Overall amazing professor 100% recommend taking.

Very kind and willing to answer any questions you may have during the lecture. Only one writing assignment and two exams, but sometimes he doesn't post the lecture slides/review the day he said he would.

Professor Charles was awesome all you need to do is show up to class, take notes, read your notes , study your notes then you'll do great, 1 written assignment, 2 exams i mean what more can you ask for.

MH11 with Professor Guigno is super super easy. One big assignment and two multiple choice tests and that's it. Attend lectures and take notes (there's a book but he says himself you don't need to read it) and you should pass the class easily.
