Dr. Imo is one of the best professors I have ever had. He is difficult to understand at time, but has an interesting since of humor. You have to work hard, but do the extra credit, and I guarantee you you will pass with a better grade than you expected. I got an A, but my percentage indicated a B.

This is a good instructor. Gives you your notes, you do not have to write any of them out. Gives you an option for 5 extra points toward your FINAL grade. You could not ask for an easier time all you have to do is read the book. EASY A!!!!!!!!!!

I took Dr Imo for both BIOL 2301 and BIOL 2302. He is very helpful and understanding. Requires a lot of reading and study his notes for exams. Labs are fairly easy. He cares about his students. Sometimes its difficult to understand him because of his accent but he makes Biology very interesting. I would take his class again.

Dr. Imo cares about student?s success. I would definitely recommend him, although he may be difficult to understand sometimes. He often uses examples that you can relate to or that are easy to remember. The only thing I didn?t like was his test reviews for the lecture exams. He gave more info than needed, which was not on the test. FABULOUS!

He let you know what to study for his exams and he offers extra credit which would be a difference between a B and a C. Read the summary from the book and his notes your grades will be good.

I took Dr. Imo for A&P 1 & II and I am glad I did. I am now in nursing school and let me tell you...you better know your stuff or you will be a "duck without water" as you move forward. Dr. Imo is a bit tough and his tests are a challenge, but you will learn. In nursing school these is NO "easy" out. U no it or U dont!

Great Professor He cares about his students and he wants you to pass, the class is Anatomy and its hard but if you study what he lectures and read and answer questions from blueprint and definitely memorize your diagrams you can get a good grade in my experience Anatomy is a hard class but he makes it understandable make STUDY GROUPS helps alot!!!

He provides notes for each chapter in advance but you MUST read the book. Tests are very difficult, you'll do well if you use critical thinking. Dr. Imo was a wonderful professor who made science fun to learn again. I plan on taking his class for A&P 2 as well as his HESI review course. More professors should be like him.

READ HIS NOTES provided on his site (keytomysuccess.org) AND READ YOUR TEXT BOOK! and do the extra credit after every chapter so it will prepare you for the exams which aren't easy so you HAVE to study. Gives about 5pts curve on all lecture exams. Lab exams are easy. Keep ALL your (printed) notes, they are helpful for the future! <3 Dr. Imo!!!!! :)

I took him for A&P 1 and A&P 2 at the same time, made B's in both classes. It was tough but it wasn't impossible. On top of that I was taking once a wk general chem class. You need to study & know everything for his exams. His exams are challenging so study! Very understanding when it comes to emergencies, just email him. I recommend him! :)

If possible, take Imo for A&P 1 AND 2. I only took him for 2, a mistake on my part. Made a B in the class - very challenging but would rather know the material than be given an A. Imo is one of my favorite teachers & probably the BEST at HCC. Knows the material well & makes class interesting. Exams are TOUGH! He really does care about his students!

Dr. Imo is caring, funny and understanding. The exams were hard to me. He provided notes and told what will be on the test, but it was too much information to remember for me to get an A. But he does give back 5 extra points on commonly missed questions, and gives 5 points for doing the review. I'm happy that I got a B for both classes.

Dr. Imo is a great professor! I only used the textbook for clarification, but otherwise go to class and listen. He tells you exactly what he'll test you on and gives points back on commonly missed questions. He's very nice but you have to put in the study time. I would highly recommend him.

This professor believes in student success. This class is easy if you study! However there are plenty of extra credit opportunities. Be sure to come to class and do the extra credit assignments, they help you learn!

This is tough material but Professor Imo will make sure that you understand it. If you have a question during class, ASK! He will not leave you in the dark during class but don't expect to email him about things later. He does assign a lot of homework for every chapter but it helps you on the tests so it's for your own good. Take him for AP I & II.

Just took Professor Imo for the AP1 lecture and lab summer session. I initially took this course in 2014 and made a C; came out with an A this time due to his teaching. He is very understandable and he truly wants everyone to succeed. Make sure you study HIS notes and lectures, he really simplifies everything for you! Highly recommend.

Dr. Imo's class was by far the most challenging I have taken. I felt that there was a discrepancy between his lecture and the test. However, he is a nice individual, and will help students who actually need it, but don't expect to use him as a crutch. He is funny, and uses neat analogies to help understand the material. He tests can sometimes differ than the specifics of a lecture so its good to complete his study guides in Canvas and read your textbook.

i took this class over the summer and Dr. Imo was very clear on what he wanted from us, the first day of class was very inspirational. Dr. Imo is a fantastic professor for Anatomy &amp; Physiology 1. Remember, his exams are covering material that he lectures you on, he covers both his powerpoint slides and his instructor's notes that he uploads before class, so make sure to learn from both of them to perform well on his exams.

Four exams, 16 quiz but he gave us full points even if we lose some, also has class final and departmental final, does not replies emails immediately.

Take quizzes and pay attention to the questions, you'll do well on the exams. He provides a small study guide for Tests. Personally, it was an easy A. He RARELY responds to emails, more like never, so make sure you attend the conference calls and have your mic on. It's the only way he will answer the concerns you have. He never checks the chatbox.

Professor Imo was knowledgable, fun, and friendly. I took him for online A&amp;P II Lecture and he kept it fun and interesting. He is clear about his grading expectations and adequately prepares you for the test material. Additionally, I found that he was very understanding when unexpected circumstances arose. Prof Imo was the best thing that ever happened to my gpa,the class was an easy A. I wish he also did lab too, then I wouldnt have hesitated to pick him as a lab teacher. Try to participate in class and ask questions when you feel you dont understand things. If youre uncomfortable with you test score ,tell him about it ,he might add a few points.

The lectures are ok but he does count attendance and participation. Each chapter has A LOT of extra material (HW, Quizes, etc.) However, these are the main resources that help you learn and they're not all due until the time of the test. He has a 50 question review for each test and you'll see each question on the test so that really helps.

This class is heavy on assignments (practice questions, homework, &amp; quizzes); however, it is an easy A to attend class and be there to listen to his lectures. You learn on your own. Everything is pretty much a completion grade and exams are about 100+ questions w/ lockdown browser. He is not consistent w/ responding to messages, but good overall!

4 exams, 2 finals 80% of grade. 100 questions tests, 50 of which he gives you ahead of time. The adaptive homework is incredibly dumb - 100+ questions and you lose progress if you miss one. Online assignments don't have set duedates, so you dont' know what you have to do or when. Otherwise he's fine as a professor and it's not hard to pass. Read!

Dr Imo is a good professor. He really tries to lecture the material in a way that you will understand by relating it to everyday experiences. I really like that he doesnt have a due date for assignments but just assignments be completed before the quizzes. This allows for alot of flexibility.

Took him for BIOL 2301 (in-person) but it felt more like an online class. I think he was operating like he did during peak pandemic so he would lecture for a bit and let us leave without a real lab. However, his tests were straight from the study guides he provides and he does care about his students. All other assignments were participation only.

He is good and funny, but his lectures can boring at times because he just reads off of powerpoints. Also, the online textbook assignments are useless to study for the test. They are just a pain to do. His study guides consist of 50/100 of the questions on the test, so you will have an idea of the material on the test. He also gives bonus points.

This is one of the best professors I have taken a class with. He explains his lectures really well and takes time to answer your questions and explain you the material. His homework and exams are easy if you study the review guides and go over the chapters.

Lectures were great to attend and interesting. We have homework and online quizzes due the week of exams. Gives us 50 question reviews for each exam (questions are word for word on the exam and you can find more on quizlet). Is understanding and is very hard to fail. He made me enjoy anatomy 2. Professor Imo makes anatomy 2 engaging. His lectures are informative, and he provides detailed review guides for the exams. Using tools like unstuck ai and Quizlet helped me prepare effectively. An easy A if you stay on top of the work.

He gave 50 out of 100 exam questions 7 days before, guaranteeing a 50, and generous curves (5&#8211;10 points). There is little work and 2 finals.
