Mr. Ingham teaches a subject that can be really dry and boring, but he makes it really fun and creative. He had many crashers trying to get into his class, so make sure you enroll early.

Absolutely Hilarious. It was nice to go back to school after 31 years and actully enjoy going to class. Very detailed, he explains and demonstrates everything to you in clear manner that makes it easy to understand. Believe me, English was not one of my best subjects, but he sure made it FUN!!! This is my 2nd English class with him in the past year. His passion for teaching English is beyond words. He is worthy of every good comment that has been given to him. As everybody beforehand can attest to, Mr. Ingham or ?Charlie? as he prefers, is a true professional. Take his class, A's are easy if put forth the effort.

The best english teacher you could have. has about 6 papers and 1 research. but the 6 papers is just 2 pages each. and all you do is interpret photographs. no going wrong with that. plus he is so chill. he will help u wen u want it and tells sum oh so funny jokes. but all in all after taking english a couple times, INGHAM IS THE BEST!!!! NO DOUBT!!

You are not forced to read any boring books.You are required to by his book that he puts together, its just articles and photos. There are 3 essays and a research paper. Totally easy because you are READING the photos and interpreting them. The research paper is only 5 pages.He is funny and always telling jokes, AWESOME Teacher

Hands down the best professor I have ever had. He has a hilarious sense of humor, never makes students feel stupid and is always willing to meet with you if you need extra help. I was dreading taking Eng 100, but I ended up receiving an A. Attend class and take advantage of the writing lab. Take his class!

I took his class and at first i didnt like it but then it seemed really easy and decided to staty. he was really nice and taought well

I would recommend him for english, but if you can avoid dont take the once a week four hour class, its brutal with only one ten minute break for a four hour block. Not for shy people, he wants to know what you see. Your entire grade rests on the essays, all of which can be rewritten for a better grade. Overall a good class.

Charles is the best teacher I've ever had! He goes out of his way to help you in any way he can. There were 4-5 papers to write(including a 5 pg research paper). Can be long winded and get off topic but super funny. he tells stories and banters with himself during class. Overall teacher was funny and class was pretty easy, The MLA was the only difficult part in the final paper but there is enough info out there to help get you through it. bottom line if u fail this class, it is your own fault.

The first week it will seem like all he is doing is goofing off but after this he will be actually teaching the class. he is funny and caring. If you placed in English ten obviously it will be hard. Just do the practice questions in the book.
