Very interesting class. Powerpoint lecture most of the time. Really enjoyed being in his class! I just wish that he would grade writing assignments faster.

Chuck is an amazing professor and person in general. He loves talking with his students during his office hours and gives extra credit for visiting him! His facial gestures will certainly make you laugh, as well as his nerdy memes.

All his exams are multiple choice. He gives you learning objectives which basically tell you what the questions will be on. If you do them, its an easy A. There will also be lots of opportunities for extra credit. His lectures are pretty chill, very interesting and straight to the point.

I took Chuck for intro to psych, and I thought he was a little on the heavier side for lectures. I want to major in psych, and didn't do too well in the class. But, I also didn't show up for a few classes, and you lose participation points if you don't!! Got a C in the class, but could've done better! 4 tests overall. Study!!

Honestly as an intro class I didn't expect it to be easy by any means, but I didn't expect it to be a complete waste of time either. He uses a lot of TED TALKS," and doesn't provide enough information or notes. He likes group worksheets and the class period is worthless for learning, but then the exams are extremely difficult which doesn't help.

Talks a lot about sex for some reason but does correlate to the material. First day of class he said he had condoms available for anyone gives clear information on how to do well, pay attention and you'll be fine

Chuck is a great professor. Lectures most of the time but it's very interesting to listen to and relates to the tests. There are group activities every class which are easy to do. Three exams plus the final. No other assignments. Study his learning objectives which are essentially the study guide and it's an easy A.

Great professor, approachable, appreciates feedback, not to hard of a grader. Those who put in the effort will be rewarded with a good grade. Also works with students so you can make up missed class and has plenty of opportunities for extra credit.

I do NOT recommend if you need additional learning accommodations to succeed. This professor was very unwavering in all aspects of his class. While I learned well from the lecture heavy presentations, I witnessed several other students struggle greatly & receive no meaningful help from him. Over a third of his class failed each exam and course.

Chuck is truly great. This class was easier than his Intro to Psych class. Lectures are fun and entertaining. Graded on 25 point quizzes, a few short and easy papers and class activities-- which are easy and count toward your grade, so show up. Use the learning objective for studying. Show up to class, he does not post lectures online.

Class was cancelled on more than one occasion due to Chuck not being prepared, tests were postpones due to Chuck not being prepared, final was administered by a different teacher. This teacher is uncomfortable with students, not prepared, does not put notes online. A nice enough guy but not fit for teaching in the slightest. Would not recommend.

lectures the entire class, but does not provide or tell you what might be on the test. For my semester he had some mental health issues happening so he didnt grade any of our papers until the semester, said he was going to be going easy, but then didnt give any feedback on why I did not receive full credit. One of the worst professors Ive had!

This class has to be one of the worst classes Ive ever taken. Chuck talks very slowly and the other students I took this class with often spoke out in class off topic and were overall just immature. The writing assignments were also very difficult and uncomfortable to write about. I really wouldn't recommend this class to anyone.

I had high hopes for Chuck. But he was put on leave halfway through because he sexually harassed a student back in 2018. If he is able to keep teaching, hopefully hes gotten help for some of his issues. I thought he was a nice guy, creepy at times though. Good sense of humor and loved questions. The harassment story ruined any and all trust though.
