This class isnt easy but its business law so there is a lot important info. The tests are all scenarios and his practice exams help to give an idea of what hell put on the exams.

Attendance is not mandatory in the sense that it's graded but he does do random pop quizzes which are open book and you can collaborate with other students. The class is not hard at all as long as you pay attention. He tells stories which help a lot with understanding the concepts even if you don't understand how. Very funny guy too

He will spend 2/3 weeks on one chapter because he's just rambling and talking about himself. He makes very inappropriate comments and thinks he's funny. No one is engaged in his class, people don't even show up anymore or leave in the middle of class. The class itself is not difficult. He knows a lot about his profession.
