Charlie is a great guy. His class is not difficult at all. If you do some reading, study the powerpoints, and go to class, an A is very attainable. The biggest difference between an A and a B is whether or not you attend class.

He has good intentions and overall nice guy, unfortunately that does not mean it will be easy or that you will know what is on the test , my first c in test at ucf.

Yes, Charlie is a great guy! But when it comes to being organized and preparing for tests...don't count on it! He doesn't provide study guides or an idea of what will be on the exam(5 Chapters/exam. Guy next to me just stayed home & taught himself by reading book, studying slides and passed with an A. Take if you want to learn about his life!

Super nice guy, but class is a total waste of time. You would think for all the nonsense we talk about in class, the tests would be easy, but that is not the case. The tests are very difficult and you will not know the material unless you read every page of every chapter.

I took this professor last year, and decided to take him again. Bad decision! He doesn't teach the same as he used to. Class was a waste of time, listening to the same old personal life stories. He references his OB class too much. I didnt learn HR. Test were very difficult. Take Blencke intstead. I was dissapointed, expect a B or C.

Charlie is a nice and funny guy, but it is true what everyone else is saying.. Class time is talk time and we barely go over the exam, so the book would be your next best thing. To make it up, he lets the students help him with some test questions. Unless you come to class, you won't know about them. The group project is easy.

Dissapointed I wasted time in such a valuable class. Other professors are better options.

Awesome, nice guy. I'm shocked how many people are complaining. What, do you want it to be really hard and unpleasant in class?! Do the work, pay attention, come to class; it is fulfilling and you learn. Made my last class of my degree much less stressful. He even helped me out when I needed it, overly fair and really cares about his students.

He is a nice guy, and willing to help unfortunately class time is composed of learning about his personal experiences and some class debates which unfortunately are irrelevant to the test. Yes I got an A and went 4 times to class, you teach yourself and you'll be ok.

Awesome Professor! He has to be one of the most straight forward professors at UCF. He does not try to trick you on Exams and fair on grading papers. Exams are a 50/50 mix of essay and multiple choice. If you do not attend every class you will probably have difficulty answering some of the essay questions.

As always pick a good group. This is all about volunteering with a local charity. 2 Papers, 2 short oral progress reports about 2 min long and one final group oral presentation. Do the work and you will pass. He is easy going and very helpful. Great class overall. I am taking his class next semester.

Talks in super low voice, speaks to the whole class as if he were talking to one person. Group work almost every week, a lot of it is papers to write. Study for final and you will do fine.

He is a little bland in his personality but he is a very understanding professor. He knows that all the students are working hard. His grading is a bit tough, you have to produce good content in order to get a high grade.

Take him! So far Professor Charles is one of the best professors that I've ever had. For the people who are struggling with public speaking no worries about it, he will encourage you to keep improving by giving you great feedback. You will learn a lot from him and the class is so fun. Pick a great team and you will rock it. He's a leader.

Viggiano didn't seem to care about his students. He always gave off the feeling that he didn't want to be on the zoom. He was also a tough grader. Seems like Leo is the better option for GEB4513.
