Charna Rocks! She is so much fun! Tells the BEST stories you will ever hear! This teacher is really smart, fun and creative! I loved this class! I cannot wait to take her again! Highly reccomended!

I would rather have Charna as an entertainer than a teacher.i wish i could invite her to parties.not academically oriented(PhD puh!).didn't learn a thing.why did i buy the book?I would say that on class,95% of what she says is not related to the material.has no shame in telling u her business(or her family's)

Dr.C is a great professor. I enjoy her class very much. Yes, I do learn lots of strategies for success from her teachings. This is a perfect Friday night class, I enjoy all of her stories and we all take part in classroom participation. Keep up the good work Dr.C and don't let the Florida sun burn out your originality. Very easy teacher, tells a lot of personal stories but is very funny and nice. Do your labs and they will help you to pass the exit exam. I wound up getting a 32/36 on the exit exam on the first try from taking her class. You won't be sorry!

Professor C . is a great teacher ,don't know what you are talking about rea002,as long as you attend class and do your labs your straight. She is very down to earth and is not phony with her students ,she keeps it real.And very helpful, always there if you need help.Don't hate on the professor because you didn't do your work.Grow up.

She is sooo easy. We do nothing in class just listen to stories about her life and kids. You have 2 tests which you can vote for how you want to take them... take home test, multiple choice or short answer. Very easy teacher and she makes class very eventful- you will laugh the entire time!

i love ms c she is the best teacher ever if she was py psy professor i would have learned something. she is very smart and she knows her stuff. i hate to miss her class because i love it. SCC needs to give her some psy classes. the best teacher ever and she is so smart and undestanding

Dr. I is pretty awesome, we don't really use the book, so I wouldn't even buy it, just be sure to clarify what she wants on the test, and opt for take home tests. She talks about stuff that relates to class, whether you grasp it our not.

Charna rocks! She tells lots of stories in class and much of our time is spent in more of a classroom discussion rather than a lecture. We don't use the book much but she somehow manages to relate her stories to sociology so we are learning. Never a boring class - I would take a class with her again in a heart beat!

LOVE CHARNA! easiest and most entertaining teacher i have ever taken! class is super easy just take notes you only do it one note per class, she tells a lot of stories and hilarious jokes. dont waste your money on a book, if you choose take home test look up answers online, easy!

Dr. Charna Iommetti is a wonderful professor and highly intelligent. She goes over all test material in class and breaks the information down so that it is easy to understand and you don't need the book. She also doesn't give busy work. She doesn't lecture her students, she has classroom discussions. Bottom line....BEST PROFESSOR EVER!

Charna Iometti is a great teacher! No busy work, lectures during class (very interesting and worth a class period). You choose test to be take home or in class (in class is the best). Choose this teacher as your intro to sociology... but if your planning to major in it don't take. Great professor and truly cares for her students.

If you're looking for the easiest A of your life, take Charna. She's very entertaining. All you have to do is show up for class, jot down a line or two of notes (if that) at the end of class and you're done. It's typical to get grades over 100 on tests. Great to take if you have other challenging courses that need your focus more.

Charna is the greatest teacher ever!!! There is never a dull moment with her. Show up for class and pay attention and you will get an A. Her teaching style is very laid back, and she is very open with her life experiences. You either love her or hate her, and you would have to be very anal not to love her.(:

Such an easy class!! You don't learn anything about human sexuality but it boosts your GPA with the A that you'll receive. You will come to class and hear her ridiculous stories about her family, and hear her tell sexual jokes. Its great!

Charna is an awesome teacher...if ur offended easily then dont bother...she is honest and blunt....wouldnt u want a teacher who is honest? she may tell lots of stories and jokes but when it comes to the material for class she def knows what she is talking about if u dont show up to class u will def miss some info needed for tests.awesome teacher!

Charna has to be one of the most hilarious people ever! She is a trip and it's very difficult not to like her. She makes the class fun and it's not your typical walk in take notes take a test class- it's like an open discussion class and she is a character! WISH I could take her for all my classes!!!

One of my favorite professors. She has three large assignments, and her tests are all based off things you learn in class. You learn a lot, without the restrictions of heavy work loads. I highly suggest taking her class. The best professor I've had so far.

GREAT TEACHER, VERY FUN, UNDERSTANDING, AND OPEN MINDED. WE HAD A EASY MIDTERM, HAD TO DO A PRESENTATION THAT WAS RELATIVE TO SEX, AND THE FINAL WAS EASY AS WELL. LOVED HER OUTFITS :) IF YOU DON'T LIKE BIG PERSONALITIES THIS PROBABLY WONT BE THE CLASS FOR YOU. HIGH ENERGY CLASS AND COMFORTABLE. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Excellent! One of my favorite teachers so far! You don't need the book, she will give you notes on anything that you will need to know for tests, just don't miss a class so you have all your info. Very funny! Loves to talk. Gives real world examples to help you learn and remember.

If you want to save money on not buying a book for a class, this one's it. If you're good at listening and showing up, this is the class for you. This class was so easy, my 7 year old brother could take it. I love her, shes so funny. Her tests are so easy, you don't even have to be taking her class to pass. Deff take again and 1010 recommend. Mrs. Charna is an AMAZING teacher she is so funny have the most hilarious stories she is easy and a class that is worth getting up in the morning. She will help you as much as she can, she is really sweet and her test are so easy as long as you come to class listen to her lectures and take notes you will have an easy A I would take her again.

DO NOT BUY THE BOOK! Charna is very funny, but has a hard time staying on topic. She NEVER lectures. Mostly told stories. 3 prompts, a few hw assignments (opinions), a final exam (90% of the questions are opinion based), and a final presentation/paper (your choice). If you're looking for an easy A, take her! She grades on a curve.

I have this professor for Sociology, she truly is the most chill professor I have. She makes alot of jokes in class, and loves to share funny stories. She understands how tough it is in college and tries her hardest to give you the best grade possible. You don't even need your textbook, as long as you make an attempt there should be no issues.

She is very down to earth, funny and super helpful. Probably the most fun I've had all semester have come from this class

Charna is an amazing professor, and not like other professors either. She wears silly outfits and makes learning more interesting. Barely any homework, and once you take her you will want to sign up for her again in the future semesters!

Charna is an awesome teacher. She has REALLY bad ADD, so she goes off on tangents constantly. You literally show up and you'll pass. There are four homework assignments, and they are all opinion based. Her final she goes over with you, question by question, and gives you the answer. I got a B because I didn't turn in one paper. Just do the stuff.

charna is the funniest teacher in the entire world. this is such an easy A. you literally have to try REALLY HARD in order to get a bad grade in her class. she doesn't have a filter, so if you're offended easily you'll have to suck it up buttercup and don't be super sensitive. but really she's quite the teacher she's hilarious.

Charna is honestly the best human sexuality teacher at Seminole State! She tries her best to make sure that all her students are able to get an A in the class. You only have like 3 writing assignments and 1 major project and that's it your done :) All her speakers are fun and informing. You wont regret taking her class!

Charna teaches this class her way. Attendance is part of your grade, but if you show up late she'll put you in as on time if you remind her. She gets off topic a lot, and is definitely not your average teacher. She will accept late work, allow you to redo assignments, and give you extra credit for a ton of different reasons.

Yes! Iommetti is a wonderful Professor and if you need the credit take the class. Show up. Do the work. Participate.

I have to admit, she put me into shock my first day but she has a following of students so I took a leap of faith. It was worth it, Dr. Iommetti cares about her students. She teaches her way, "but you learn and it will be based on daily life and how our world is evolving". Dr. Iommetti is not for everyone, but to know her you will love her!

BEST PROFESSOR EVER

She was awesome and hilarious, a great way to start an early morning. Can be scatterbrained but always finds a cool way to tie it into the lesson, which was very refreshing. Great lectures, and even better presentations, I would definitely take her again.

Literally the easist class on the planet because it was only three (very short) assignments and one time you needed to present the whole year and that was it. Charna is a funny and caring person, but her class just usually consists of her telling funny stories or people from the outside world giving presentation about topics relating to class.

If you have thick skin, don't mind a few jokes and like listening to stories, you'll enjoy Sociology with Charna. She assigns projects that are easy but they may take you out of your comfort zone. No homework, no textbook required and an easy final exam. Take her for Sociology if you're looking for a class with light work load.

Dr. Charna Iommetti is one of the best professors! She will teach you things that you can use in your everyday life. Charna is absolutely wonderful!! She talks a lot about her personal life & current social issues, but she always finds a way to tie in the lesson to her stories in a way that's easy to understand. Textbook is not needed, there's very little homework, & grades are primarily based on participation. You would have to try harder to fail than to pass :)
