Great prof! Is extremely clear with his lectures and gives a lot of examples. His exams are fair and not too hard to score 100% on if you study well. Very approachable and friendly.

Chedo is hilarious! He hums when he does math problems, and he's sooo enthusiastic about math. I walked in the first day and he said "Welcome to the Math Assistance Center! Come on down and join in the fun!" with this massive grin on his face. How could you not feel completely at ease after that?

I srongly suggest Chedo for Math 151. He is very enthusiastic and positive, and made the late (and long) 4:30-6:00 as enjoyable as possible. He also did a review class before each midterm which was very helpful.

Fantastic Professor! Very easy to follow lectures and the material is COMPLETELY applicable to the exams. He provides perfect review material for each chapter, midterm, and exam. At no point during his class did I lose track. I knew exactly what I needed to do and when, and it was all available online on the course page too. Easy to contact too

CHEDO IS THE BEST! His teaching is extremely clear and straightforward. Even if you dislike stats, you will do well in his class. My favourite prof!

Extremely good lecturer, but assignments are brutal and examinations require absolute mastery of the material. Intentionally posts the most difficult examples during class (we are not math majors?!?) for no reason, just to entertain himself.

He's great. He makes STATS much much easier. He is a straight-forward type, no tricky questions on exams. If you can do the sample exams, you can do the real exams. Just one thing: you have to take a lot of notes in his class.

Chedo was great. His explanations were clear and he gives lots of useful examples. He posts practice midterms/finals so if you look at those nothing should come as a surprise. He even gives a formula sheet for some of the more hideous formulas. I definitely recommend taking his class if stats is a requirement.

Excellent teacher, good lecturer with good examples, highly recommend this teacher if you have to take stats.

The textbook for this course is not that helpful (I don't use it that much). The lectures seem drawn out at times (Maybe because it's a 1.5hr lecture), but he's really clear with the notes that he writes on the board; you don't have to guess what he is writing most of the time. Expect a lot of "good times" and "yay"s from him, gold stuff there.

Clear notes, plenty of examples, reasonable expectations. Chedo's a boss. Tests and assignments are doable without worrying about staying up all night wondering where it all went wrong. If he's teaching it and you need to take it, do yourself a favour and take his class. Definitely one of the better Math/Stats profs.

Chedo is such a wonderful, cheerful guy! His attitude in itself makes class more interesting. He's helpful in office hours too. The textbook we used was not great, but its questions were tested. If you stay on top of things, lectures are clear too. His typed up stuff is great (labs, etc). Final was okay, a little tough though!

Chedo was a great prof! Very enthusiastic about the material, clear notes and lots of examples. He is always extremely excited to take any questions you might have. Definitely a cool guy. Try to stay on top of the work during the semester though. I didn't and ended up doing a ton of last minute studying for all the midterms and the final!

Very organized stats teacher, makes his own notes and gives you enough time to copy them down. He also provides a lot of practice sets to do before the midterms, and if you follow his notes/do the practice the class is very manageable.

Great prof period. He is super adorable and I love his lectures, he is willingly to help and his quizzes and assignments actually help you learn the basic concept of the whole lectures. He wasn't able to help much during midterms and finals because he was juggling UVIC and Camosun, but overall great.

If you aren't taking your course wish Chedo well your loss. He is the nicest, helpful, well prepared/organized teacher I've ever had in university. He is so cute and nice and friendly you really enjoy going to class. I highly highly highly recommend doing whatever you can to be in his class.

Great instructor! Very helpful and organized in course material. He usually gives a many chances to express your own idea, as he says in lecture " more questions more thoughts". It is definitely worthwhile to take a math 161 with him. Make sure you attend every lecture, put some effort and you can do well in this course :)!!!

Chedoooo hes honestly adorable, it's so fun watching him teach. Also hes really good at making somewhat-difficult topics super easy so definitely get him if you can, this class was really easy though.

Chedo is by far the sweetest man you'll meet. He is funny, and engaging, and makes Statistics seem exciting. The class isn't easy, but it is extremely fair. If you take the time to learn, you will do fine.

Chedo's excellent projected notes and positive energy is everything you need to be highly motivated for an 8:30 class. As long as you understand what is going on in the projected notes and do the practice questions, there's no reason to not do well in this course. 10/10 would take a class with Chedo again!

Chedo's enthusiasm combined with his detailed projected notes (which saves time of writing out each question and includes supporting bullets that help you understand the section) really helped me with mastering this course. He is also very helpful in office hours if you need it and will go the extra mile to make sure you really understand.

Fantastic Prof. Easy midterms (85% class average for Stats260), as long as you know what you're doing - but he explains everything so well and goes through examples very similar to the midterms, so a high mark is very achievable. Also, he has amazing shoes - platforms with really cool prints.

Chedo made stat 260 somewhat bearable. He seems to care about his students and does his best to set them up for success. The midterms and final were VERY fair (easy), with no surprises at all. The online assignments set you up really well to ace the exams. He also has some rad shoes.

Chedo made the final stats course of my degree so easy breezy! He is beyond caring and will go out of his way to accommodate students. This was my second course with Chedo and I enjoyed him just as much! Chedo gives clear criteria so you know what he expects from you throughout the course. The oral computation assignment made me nervous, and he was very nice about it and allowed me to take my time answering. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

Very caring professor, and runs the class with a relaxing mood. He is able to strike a balance of engaging where you won't fall asleep but there's no awkward silence in the room. He provides empty note templates so you don't have to write long questions in class, which is really helpful in stats. Overall, very lovely, funny, and a real gem.

Chedomir was a brilliant statistics professor. He made every concept very digestible and his lectures were never dry. I actually learned more from his 255 review than the lectures I went to for 255, simply because he explains the 'theory' behind the formulas in simple terms (rather than reading notes word for word). 10/10 highly recommend.
