Avoid this class if you're not an accounting major. In fact, avoid this class if you want to learn anything at all. Lectures consisted of her re-reading material from text. When asked questions by class, she would reply that the answers were in the textbook. No lie.

Cherie was not enthusiastic about the subject. She made this class boring. Her teachings were bad. When she asked the class a question, no one could answer it because they don't understand what she's teaching. She gives pop quizzes every week too. She told me personally that she rather teach the upper division too. DON'T take her!

Hard class compounded by textbook errors. Cherie is very helpful when you meet with her. She does not give away any answers. You have to have tried doing the work. But she will help clear up misunderstandings and rectify textbook problems. I like her approach of concentrating on basic journal entries.

I'm the kind of person that looks for good in everyone. She created a high school like environment in the classroom in all the wrong ways. She was very immature when handling questions and situations. This is startling given that she looks to be in her 60s. She needs therapy and seems to hate teaching. I feel sorry for her.

Horrible teacher. Got 100% on all my homework and failed. Took the same class with another teacher and got an A.

She is not very clear on her expectations. Her lectures are long and very dry. The subject matter is not very interesting and she makes it worse. Her lecture note are not cohesive. I would not recommend taking her classes.

Wouldn't take again

Shes the hardest teacher I had in accounting. Ridiculous when it comes to grading. She is sort of evil, and I think she likes it.
