Cheryl is not a mean woman, but her lectures are useless. Cheryll Scott was an okay professor. The first week we had to read 7 chapters and I am not even kidding I wish I was. Overall her slideshows kind of suck and she is not very great at explaining things, she will loose herself occasionally and it really just sucks. Overall I would no recommend her, but she does seem to care. Mainly here for research.

Great teacher. You will not understand her lectures much if you do not read beforehand. This is quite typical of a college course. Tests were fair as long as you attend lecture and read.

Prof Scott is not the worst. Her lectures are ok but she very goes through slides very quickly. She is also very monotone in her voice, and does not really go into depth on some topics that will show up on the midterms. If you honestly put in the work to read the text book and show up to class its pretty easy to understand the content.
