She is a very smart young lady. She grades fair. Make sure you read everything she asks you to read for homework because sometimes she will pop suprise test on you. She was very helpful to me.

Easy course to take. Stay away from writting about politics and Homosexuality. other than that I highly recomend this class.

Mrs. Ojeda is a great professor. She will take the time to teach you something you don't understand. If you do your work you are guareteed to pass

Too bad the telecourse students don't have the pleasure of being in class. Prof. Ojeda is great! Very helpful, patient, doesn't play favorites, very knowledgeable. Fair grading. Returns papers the following week. Knows her stuff and very willing to assist every student. Easy going and funky.Fabulous

Professor Ojeda is a very knowledgeable person. She is still young and needs soem experience teaching, but she'll be there in no time. I thought class was moderately hard, but I hate reading and that's probably why. She's very understanding and down to earth. Won't be an easy A, but take her.

The telecourse is not too difficult, and she grades fair. Just do the work and try your best, and you will pass. The turnaround time to receive your paper back is slow, but most telecourses are, it's not just her.

Prof. Ojeda is awesome! People who complain about her class are just lazy and stupid and don't want to do the work they have to be sucessful student. She is very cool, knows a lot, and is very funny! You should defiantly take her class! Id recomend her to all!!

Ms. Ojeda is a really great teacher. Not only is she cool but she makes class intresting. Take her class (NOT the FURMINATOR)!!!!!

Professor Ojeda wants to teach you how to be a good writer. She wants to teach you how to be responsible. She wants to teach you how to "earn" an education and she does all of these things very, very well. However, if you're an idiot right out of high school who still lives at home, you might want to take someone else. You idiot. Grow up.

She is a wonderful teacher. She is helpful and funny. She makes you feel relaxed and it is easy to enjoy her class. Yes, you do have to do work(papers), but that is what you do in school. She actually is one of the very few teachers who actually care about her students and if they need help in some areas.

I took her telecourse. It is nothing more than writing essays, but she grades kind of hard and also uses turnitin.com.

Professor Ojeda was a great teacher, she really helped me and actually cared. Yes you have to do work but like stated below that is what u do in college. Do your papers and you get an A, dont do them and well you dont. This class is very good.

Prof. O is what I call her and she is super cool. She is nice but she takes her job seriously. She values your education and will do everything necessary to make sure you leave the class educated. Take her if you want to better yourself

This class requires lots of weekly work, but the teacher is helpful and the reading is interesting. She incorporates other media into the class, like film, to study in relation to literature. Research Paper is a pain, but taking her class is definitely worth it.

This was a telecourse, but we had 3 mandatory meetings with Prof. Ojeda. She explains things well & answers questions clearly. Her email response time was fine. This class is not hard. She's clear about things, but the syllabus was way too long. Overall, she's a decent teacher & I did gain some knowledge from her class.

Professor O really has it going on! She is a fantastic teacher who made us want to come to class and learn. And yes, we learned so much. She is also a little hottie!

She is AMAZING. She helps, she cares, she is clear, she is understanding. She expects good work and won't let you slack but she is such a great professor, you want to do your best. Taking her again for 1102. Answers Email in a timely fashion and will meet you on campus if you are still lost on a subject.

I LOVE Professor Ojeda! I had her for ENC 1101, and she opened up my world to movies and books I'd never have watched or read on my own. She is a GREAT professor, I am taking her class again for ENC 1102 right now online. Her class is exciting and I never dread her assignments!

This teacher is very nice. However, she grades very hard. Her quizzes are terrible and half the time I dont even know what Im supposed to be doing in the class. Im a straight A student too.The work load is either way to easy or way too hard.So you never know what is going to happen each week.Im getting an A but the class is realy just an annoyance.

I took this class online through Winter Park. This teacher is amazing!! I loved this class!! If you do the readings and complete the work you should have no trouble! The research paper is a drag, but she will help you. Take this class if you want to gain more knowledge. This is not an easy A, some work as to go into it!

This class was okay. It would have been easier if she used the normal online navagation. I missed some of the assignments because I couldn't find them,.Overall I did learn a lot about writing. I didn't get the textbooks for this class either I just googled everything. Made it cheaper to take!

She is very passionated about her subject "English". Not an easy online-class. You have to do your postings, assigments, and quizzes. She provides you with a lots of material online. Does answer you e-mails right away. I had a nice experience taking her class.

Really easy teacher. She reply's to your emails & answers your questions. I took this class as a hybrid class; there was a lot of work but with all the work you do, you get all your points. Her essays are long, hard criteria, & you really have to write a perfect paper to get a good grade. She's got a great personality & makes you look forward to it

Professor ojeda is halarious she is so fun. I had a great experience in this class even though it was to my surprise that I signed up for a accelerated hybrid but it was a great class she is there to help and she makes the class vibe just great. I would recommend her to anyone I didn't see her teaching comp 2 during sign ups which is upsetting

She's a great professor. She was helpful and considerate and her assignments require effort more than anything. I definitely recommend her, but beware of Lisa Levine. Go with Ojeda!

Accelerated class has four/ five essays. Barely any quizzes. One/two pop quizzes. No tests; essays are the tests. Online homework every now and then. Some reading for discussions, but you could rent the book from library whenever you needed for homework, notes, or class; it's free. Self-considered geek, she's helpful & makes learning entertaining.

Prof. Ojeda is a really funny/great person and is extremely relatable but as for this class she does not make it very easy on you to get a really good grade. She also assigns a lot of papers and homework... way more than what I've heard other ENC 1102 teachers assign. She's a cool person but you definitely have to work hard for that A.

she is a nice professor but gives a lot of work for nothing. gives you around 4 essays to do. The last essay is around 1200 - 1500 word, and cited paper with MLA style. essay arent the problem its her online work. I had a hybrid class and she makes you do these academic refreshers that are a waste of time but are worth 35% of your work. TOUGHGRADER

I took Professor Ojeda my first semester at Valencia. She is awesome! Her class is pretty easy but there is a heavy work load. She truly cares about all of her students and will help out the best she can to ensure you pass. She will work around schedules to meet up in her office or somewhere else. I highly recommend this professor!

Lots of links in blackboard. one assignment has several pages to go through to get the assignments. Very helpful with understanding the subject matter. Does not except late work. Essays count for as huge part of the grade. Revise, Rewrite, writing center, meeting with professor, Several drafts then submission. Every part for a part of the grade.

Professor Ojeda has tons of officer hours, and is happy to meet with her students to go over essays and assignments before they are due.

NOTE: the course I took w/ her was at Full Sail University and isn't listed as a course code on this website. I was in Professional Communication & Presentation. Also, her abilities in the world of presentation design and communication are on a level few can rival. The knowledge I gained from her has aided me immensely in the professional space.

I would totally recommend her! She was understanding and open through out the whole course.

She is an amazing teacher, but she gives a plate full of work which I dont usually enjoy. If you want to take a course where you benefit and get something out of it, you should definitely take her.

I dont understand. This is such an amazing professor. She is understanding, she works with you whenever you need it. She is caring and very ��. She doesnt wanna see you fail and she gives extra credit majority of the time. Just follow the instructions on your assignments and you will get a good grade. I love the feedback its very helpful.

I had this professor a few semesters ago. Shes very sweet and caring lady but she is a tough grader. Professor Chiara Ojeda expects you to really put a lot of effort in her class especially on the essays. Shes kinda disorganized but it isnt so bad. I pay attention in her class and passed with a B.

She's an amazing teacher! She gives extra credit worth 5-15 points every week and has super well thought out and detailed lessons. There's about 4 essays but not hard at all besides the research paper. She responds to Canvas messages super fast and is very helpful. She is also pretty lenient on grading as long as you show and put the effort in!

Decent grading, discussion posts, and material that can shape your insights. I think getting feedback, and going to office hours or meeting with a care coach early will allow for an A because, if you don't meet with them early enough, then reservations are taken; powerups can bring the grade to a high A. She gave extensions; apt deadlines matter.

Love her. Had her class for mixed mode. She provides all the help you will need, She gives GREAT feedback on your essays, her assignments aren't too hard, there are about 2 or 3 essays to complete. (fall 2021).

I LOVED this professor took her in may of 2022 she was absolutely sweet and helped you in ANY way possible if you didn't pass that was on YOU because there is no reason you should not have an A!

They are no exams but there was paper to do. You would do them in class every day. Her teaching style was the best and helps you to understand the material. Be prepared to have a creative mind to write your paper. She will help you to organize your thoughts!
