He is funny...his tests are all MC questions...

My favorite class to date, and favorite teacher. Love coming to class. He made the course a blast. Come to every class and get the notes. Study the notes test is all from them. Usually 4 tests. Also he is sooooo HOT!

He was the best teacher! I wish I could take his class again. Definatly agree with the other comment about him being hott! :-) Also, a great help to his students when they need it. Thanks Chris

Chris is def the best prof I have had @ MCC. I took him for child psych & Growth and Develop. He has an awesome teaching style. There are 4 tests & info is all from notes..so you need no book! He doesn't make you feel like you are just coming to class for the tests or for a grade. He is young and interesting. Oh and what a cutie :)

Really good teacher if you have the chance take his class. He makes the material interesting and adds humor to it.

Prof. Galante is an extremely knowledgable, vibrant and energetic teacher. He relates well with his students. Classes are full of interesing stories and examples that make learning psychology fun. He is very clear on what he expects of his class. and outlines the chapters very well. there is no miscommunication as to what you should know for tests

Great Guy he cares about you. He will pass you if you follow his notes before each exam, show up to class, listen to what he says, and read your textbook ! Plus he didn't mind having a special needs kid in his class!

He is one of my favorite professors at Massasoit. I had him for General Psych. and I loved that class. I wanted to take Human Growth and Development with him also so I worked my whole schedule around that class the next semester. He is bright, interesting and straightforward. Chris was the BEST professor I ever had. Had him for General Pysch and Child Psych, twice. Got a D+ first time around then retook Child Psych in the summer and got a B. Class was fun, no homework except studying, a take home test to save my butt, and a great guy all around in many ways

I took Human Growth & Development with Chris and he was unbelievable! I never wanted to miss a day! Truly cares about his students and their success. In a class of 35 he manages to make you feel like he's teaching so you will understand as an individual. I have gone on to the nursing program at Quincy College and continue to use lessons he taught.

I took Chris for child psych and it was definitely the best class I've ever taken! He's an awesome guy and really cares about every student in his class. He makes class fun & you really never want to miss class. Im looking forward to taking him again next semester. Definitely the best professor at Massasoit.

Great guy and teacher . I took him for general psychology . All we did was take notes . He give you five quizzes . One of them is a take home quiz . He never uses the book . The only time he used the book is for the take home quiz!! Take him !!

Hands down one of the best classes I've ever taken. He takes an already interesting subject and brings it to the next level. He also is funny as hell. He simplifys the course material so that everyone has a good opportunity to comprehend it. All in all a great guy and a great class!

Amazing professor! Engaging and entertaining while still being informative. A lot of other professors can get lost in the jokes and stories but Chris really makes his fit the material so that they TEACH us something (which is why we are here right?). Probably one of my favorite classes ever. However, if you are easily offended you may not enjoy it.

Majoring in psychology, I am so glad there's a professor like Galante at the school. Every day I'm excited to show up and learn because he makes it so interesting and enjoyable. He is absolutely hilarious and I would recommend him to anyone interested in Psychology.

I took Psychology during the intersession and was surprised by how much I enjoyed his class. His lectures were interesting and took the time to review before taking tests. If you put in a few minutes studying at home you will easily get an A.

He is really funny but he really irked me for some strange reason. I don't know why his class was very interesting but I found myself constantly being irked. Overall great class minus the irking!

Really enjoyed his lectures, never a boring class. No text needed, tests are multiple choice, take notes and study you will do great.

Great professor!! By far one if my favorite professors that i have had. He is very funny and really knows what he is teaching. He can be a bit inappropriate at times but if you have a good sense of humor you will hands down love his class. Goes out of his way to involve everyone in the class discussion, even the quiet ones. Funny and charming. Could go on, but all the other ratings explain him/his class perfectly. I recommend.

WOW! Chris is AMAZING! LOVE his classes! I was so so bummed when I found out I had to drop one of his classes from my track - anyone that gets this guy as a prof is very LUCKY! His style is super laid back and be prepared to laugh. This man is a gem! So happy to have found him! (Very impressive dance moves as well!)

He was the nicest professor I've ever had. I took the course during the winter, so it was four hours long. Professor Galante was absolutely hilarious and cracked jokes every second he got. He made the whole entire class laugh and made everyone enjoy the four hours we were there for. 10/10 would have him as a professor again. Highly recommend!

Honestly, he is a good teacher but you got to make sure you do the work to pass. Most of his homework and tests are online which is flexible to a lot of people who are single mothers or fathers. he give extra work in case if you want to drop your lowest grade. He entertain his students. he makes the class fun, he makes you want to learn.

I think I have taken every Phycology class Chris teaches. We are so lucky to have him at Massasoit! He truly is the nicest man, and very funny. Show up, literally take notes as he puts them on the board and that is exactly what your tests will be on. His lectures are amazing, he is extremely knowledgeable between smarts and life experience.

Online class has a lot of homework, it is very easy to do and understand if you are good at time management.

Chris is a great professor! I really enjoyed his class because he made it engaging and very interesting. He is a super cool guy and really cares about his students! In class he gives lectures and writes on the board. I advise taking good notes because the tests are based off of the notes that are taken in class. Homework is online and super easy!

I took Child Psych as an accelerated summer course & the layout Professor Galante had was just phenomenal. He used McGraw Hill Connect for all our reading and assignments and it just made everything go so smoothly. I look forward to taking more courses with him if applicable

I have taken general psych, human growth development, and social psych with Chris, and let me tell you; he is the best! He has a great way of teaching and can get everyone involved in class discussions. He makes class entertaining and exciting while also teaching everything that will be on the tests. Show up, take notes and you will do just fine!

I had Professor Galante for Psychology of Personality, which was an extremely interesting class! He is one of the best teachers I've ever had! He really cares about his students success, and even with his online class, he was always checking in with his students and letting us know that he is very proud of us and to keep up the great work.

Class is so easy because he really knows how to teach. Hes a very funny and caring guy. Class is not boring at at all. Pretty easy course if you put your mind to it and really listen during class because he does a great job of teaching. In my opinion he's one of my favorite professors I've ever had.

Chris is by far the best professor I have ever had. Hands down the most caring and intelligent person that I have ever met. He gives great life advice, is good at what he teaches, and is always considerate of others' feelings. If I have taken 3 courses with him and honestly if this wasn't my last semester I would take another. It was an honor.

How can you not fall in love with Professor Galante, He is smart, funny, respectful, and yes good looking. He will have you laughing and crying the next minute. I never missed a single one of his classes in all three courses I took with him. Every lecture is like he is directly talking with you. Take him you won't regret it

I highly recommend this professor. He is great! He is very caring about his students and makes lectures inclusive to the class and interesting. You don't have a lot of homework and the homework that is given doesn't take me a lot of time. The quizzes and tests are not hard. His class was a great experience.

A mad scientist without the doomsday weapon. Professor Galante is an amazing, hilarious, and passionate professor who gives you a true education in Social Pschology and would presume his other Psych courses. His course is better described as a Psychology experiment and you're the subject. Be prepared to be gaslit & learning some funky latin

Had Professor Galante last semester, and if you aren't taking Psych with him, what are you doing? He is by far the funniest professor I've had and you learn from his method of teaching. Would take a class with him again without even thinking.

This professor is the best professor that you can ever have, he is very caring, and understanding, this class is not difficult, just pay attention, and take notes and you will pass, if I were a Psychology major I would always take his class would.

I can't put into words how amazing this professor is. I am sitting here crying right now, knowing there are no more classes I can take with him. He is so smart, funny, and knows how to relate to us. His lectures are life-changing, and I will never forget his lessons. He probably will never read this, so someone please pass this on to him!!!

No professor will ever come as close to how amazing he is. One minute you are learning then you are laughing and then you are listening to an amazing inspirational sermon. Love this man.

Best professor I've ever had. I took 4 courses with him and I'm so much better off because of it. Just an amazing person and a fabulous educator. He teaches us how to think, not what to think. Very straightforward with his assignments and expectations. He prepares you for everything you need in his course. He challenged me and helped me grow. 10/10

Professor Galante is an engaging and humorous teacher. The class is pretty straightforward if you keep up with the readings and participate. I found Unstuck study really helpful for quiz prep alongside the textbook.

Psych majors! I had taken all three now. Here is mine and many others ranking. 1. Professor Gallante - by far the best professor in Psych and Massasoit. Very funny, humble and talks to us not at us. 2. Professor Mertz- such a laid back professor, easy going and cares. 3. Professor Frank - Caring and uses power points, lectures are not as fun.

Professor Galante is pretty straightforward, I took a complete online class and all assignments were online through McGraw Hill ( In which I paid for the access) and new assignments are posted every week, they are not complicated, but they are manageable. He is very quick to reply on canvas. if you turn in everything on time you will be just fine!

Amazing professor, he made every class interesting and enjoyable. He is very kind and caring plus has a great sense of humor. I'm excited to take him again next semester, highly recommend!

I have taken every psych course with him. Not only the best teacher I had but also one of the greatest people I have ever met. My mother and Aunt also had crushed on him in High School, so now all three of us have something in common! Love him!

During my time at Massasoit, Chris is by far the best professor that I have had a pleasure of being a student for. He teaches in a more traditional Lecture style, but always keeps the conversation entertaining and engaging. If you're looking for a amazing educational experience, take professor Galante.

Chris is an amazing professor. He has a great sense of humor and he is very caring about all of his students. His workload is super manageable. I would not recommend taking a class with Chris if you don't have a good sense of humor.

He is VERY experienced in the field that he teaches. He cares so so so much about his students. If I could give him a rating for 1-10 it would be 1,000,000,000 out of 10.

This professor was amazing I took his class during the summer and literally banged it out. He is very reachable and willing to assist with questions and concerns. I recommend him!

Pretty good professor. I would definitely say he's overrated but not by a lot. He doesn't respond in a timely manner. Besides that he's knowledgeable and pretty funny.

Bless this man, he has the biggest heart and is greatest professor. We also had a very annoying person in class and he handled him very well. I'm looking forward to having him again.

If you are easily offended do not take his courses. He is a great teacher that gas lights you for good reason, to get his lesson across in an efficient way. He is a fun and fair teacher that wants the best for his students. I am taking a different one of his classes next semester and I can't wait.
