Seriously, he made the class fun and interesting. He was astutely aware that it was a General Elective and worked hard to make the class interesting, insightful, and fun. Every week there was a new experiment and the workd load was appropriate. I LEARNED and enjoyed. You can't ask for much more.

FREAKING BEST PROF AT BIOLA Funny as heck!!

Wow. An amazing prof and an AMAZING class. I learned so much in this class. Didn't think psych could be all that interesting but the prof is just so great in making it all very interesting and practical. One of the best profs at Biola.

His class was very interesting and at the time I was picked to be one of the students who got to meet with a psych student who was training to be a prof psychologist and it helped me through an incredibly rough time in my life.

Went into this class near completely indifferent towards Psychology. This class is very interesting and he keeps your interest the whole time, the hard part is the 5 tests. You need to read all the chapter and study the bold words, not just his notes from class. I would recommend doing the discussion group and not the paper.

defenitely do the discussion group instead of the paper! they are actually pretty interesting. and get the experiments done early so you don;t have to scramble at the end. he drops the lowest test score (out of 5 tests), no papers. attendance is extra credit. aaand he has good study guides. :)

What an amazing teacher to start off an introductory course! He makes psychology so interesting. But you need to study for the tests. I didn't study for the first test and got a B+ so I thought I didn't need to study for the rest. WRONG! Read the book! Also, he tests you on some concepts only mentioned in class, so you need to be in class!

Grace makes Physcology fun and easy. There are practically no assignments and it's possible to pass by just going and listening to his lectures.

Grace is an incredible professor! The subject was very interesting and a lot of people end up switching their majors to Psychology after taking this class. Quizzes are pretty easy and don't require a lot of studying; however, it's really fun to learn to information anyways.

Dr. Grace is an excellent teacher. I truly loved his class. He knows how to teach and keeps your attention - the videos and random things in class were great. He's pretty funny too. I would say that the exams are actually kind of difficult. Definitely read the textbook and study from it!!!

The in class notes will be the most helpful tool for the study guides. Large class make so don't get lazy and don't show up. He has an awesome personality and his examples in class will be on exams. Exam wise you take five and are able to drop one of them.

Dr. Grace is extremely funny, my favorite class out of my whole college experience! His tests aren't that hard, just know the study guide and you'll get A's. He's one of the nicest professors you'll ever meet, and really makes you want to learn more about Psychology!

Professor Grace is a really interesting and fun teacher. His classes are full of interesting facts and cool examples. Overall, his stuff is pretty easy, but there are only five 50-question tests, so you need to get near-perfect scores on all of them to get an A.

This was probably the easiest class that I have had. Personally, I like to read the textbook, but you can get away without it. He does include specific details from his lectures on exams but as long as you have reliable friends to get notes from, you should be fine.

If you barely study, forget the main textbook get the study guide.

By far the best lectures I've sat through in any class, Grace will keep you interested the entire time. Tests are pretty easy with study guides to each. Has a different grading system which is based on points added together from tests, experiments, attendance(which you grade yourself on), extra credit, and an essay.

Prof Grace was one of my favorite! He is the reason I am a psych major today! His lectures are interesting to all even if your not a psych major. The lecture class is one of the biggest on campus so if your not there he won't notice but if you go there is less studying to do on your own time. The big paper isn't hard just start early.

AMAZING teacher and has become one of my favorites. Honestly, the tests are fairly easy since they come straight from the book. He'll even drop your lowest test score. His lectures are great and really interesting, and they keep you engaged!

One of the easiest best teachers Ive ever had. No homework. The class is just lectures and your only homework is to read the book. The test is exactly whats in the book and in the lectures. A lot of common sense. There is only one paper that is long but very easy to write. If you pay attention you will get an A. He does not take attendance.

Absolutely the most amazing lecturer you will ever see. His Intro to Psych class has 500 people in it, yet he still manages to keep every single person engaged. His tests aren't hard and he releases a study guide every time, though many of the test questions are from examples/videos he mentioned in class. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this class!

Dr. Grace is a must-take professor at Biola. Lectures are incredibly engaging and enjoyable to listen to. Does a great job keeping a large lecture hall feel small with participation and interaction. Makes every subject covered relevant and impactful.

Such an amazing teacher!! I genuinely love this class! It is such an interesting subject and the lectures are so engaging. Lectures are sprinkled with many funny stories and jokes. The tests are mainly on the lectures, so going to class is important. You don't have to read, but I would recommend reviewing the textbook chapters before exams.

You will love these lectures. Its like 80% actually intresting content, 10% comedy and 10% tangents and demonstrations. He makes a class that has so much potential to be boring a joy to be at. His tests are all multiple choice and can be a little tricky so its helpful to have a study group when exams come up. He also has great office hours.

I would highly recommend Professor Grace's Summer Course for PSYC 200! Class consists of 7 quizzes and a weekly discussion post + 2 page reflection paper. I found that the workload was very manageable and the tests were easy if you review lecture notes and key terms!! The lectures were really entertaining as well.

Professor Grace was by far the best professor I had last semester, and possibly thus far at Biola. His engaging lectures had me actually excited to go to class, and he was very clear as to how to get the grade you want. If you want no reading, this isn't the class for you, but with very little homework the reading was easy. I loved Professor Grace!

Grace is a good professor, but the tests suck. For sure you need to read the chapters and take notes in class. the tests are 50 50 on in class notes and textbook material. Not a huge deal to miss a class but try not to. do the experiment with the grad student instead of writing the 10 page paper! He tells funny stories and the classes are engaging

Professor Grace's PSYC200 class is a must-take. His engaging lectures make the material interesting, and he provides clear guidance on how to succeed. While there's a decent amount of reading, using resources like unstuck AI can make prep easy. Highly recommended!

I LOVE DR GRACE!!! He is an icon and you will NEVER have a boring class. Yeah he tells you 70% of the test is from the textbook but I really only skim the exam review that he provides and still pass. All test are multiple choice.
