Wonderful class...very straightforward and helpful with all aspects of the class. There is a lot of information but he helps to make it as clear and easy as possible.

Interesting subject was made fun to learn! He is the only teacher in this subject that I'd recommend. If you want to learn the fun way, take him!!!

Class could be very difficult, however, he makes the information clear and easy to learn/remember. I would recommend him to anyone interested in the health field...I will be taking his Human Anatomy & Physiology 2 class as well as Medical Terminology next semester. Very informative and helpful!!

This teacher is Great. He is so funny and smart. His lectures are more entertaining then new episodes of smallville. He has had about every job in the health field so he knows what he is talking about.

Professor Harvey is GREAT! It isn't the easiest class, but the way he teaches it makes it easier to learn. I would really recommend making sure that you have Harvey if you have to take A &P 1 or 2. He is really, really good.

He is the best teacher out there for A&P and Medical Terminology!! He is very helpful and doesn't mind repeating himself so the students understand. You must study b/c his tests are hard, but it's stuff you need to know for your future.

I found prof Harvey to be the Best! Not only is he a great teacher, he goes above & beyond to make sure you understand the material(this is important because most of the students in this class will have to actually apply this material!!)Plus he even makes the class fun >> not too dry, which science can be @ times.

I wish I had him for A&P I, took with Gaglani- bored me to sleep. Professor H is truly one of the best professors I have ever had ANYWHERE! This man has a talent for teaching. Difficult subject matter- makes you laugh in every lecture! Highly recommended !!!!!!

Prof. Harvey was a wonderful teacher. His class was always interseting. He was never boring, and he treated his students like students. He did expect you to know something that he didn't teach you. He was funny, and his lectures were great, he always had ways of helping his students remeber important things. All around the best techer I have had.

Awesome Teacher, Would recommend to anyone taking anatomy and phys.

Class lectures are solid and entertaining, material is broken down into comprehensible terms. However, exams were extremely difficult and extensive. Felt too many lectures went by before 1st test, opted to withdraw and take again during a semester with a lighter load. Don't attempt with a full schedule, otherwise excellent teacher!

Dr. Harvey is one of the BEST professors I've ever had he's passionate about his workand his students and it shows he never makes you feel stupid always there to help and make sure you clearly understand the work! He is a funny guy with LOTS of energy. I would recommend anybody and everybody to take his class. Chris Harveys the BOMB lol

The best "TEACHER" I've had. It is not a class you will breeze through without effort, he forces you to know the info. not just memorize useless bits of it. Tests are difficult but fair and there is an extensive review before each test. If you want to really learn the material no one can teach it better! You will not be disappointed.

This class was very hard but if you studied, you would be fine. many trick questions on the test but can't really expect anatomy to be easy. He is a good teacher but the class itself was very hard. lots of studying to do to get a good grade.

Mr. Harvey Is a verg good teacher. His analogies are awesome and very humerous and really give you an concrete idea that works for learning the body. Can be tough and makes you learn the material, not just remember it, but the future references you will get out of his class are well worth it. The only thing that sinks is his labs are not hands on.

If you are serious about your education and want to learn the material, then this is the profesor to take. Couldnt explain the material better and help you to make sense of it. Tests are hard, so you MUST study....

Dr. Harvey is excellent at what he does. You will be expected to know what he teaches, but that's the point, right? Would highly recommend if you are serious about learning anatomy. Tests are not easy, but he gives you all the answers in lecture if you listen!

Dr.Harvey is a great teacher. He keeps things interesting.He also teaches alot of things that are useful in my other classes.Hes also easy on the eyes in a Hugh Laurie sort of way. LoL.

Very cool professor; brings subjects to life during lecture; tests are difficult; however in retrospect I can provide some valuable insight do not read your book, go ONLY by lecture and study guide review. If this works for you I would highly recommend professor Harvey. He's tough but he should be. Rock on Doc..

I took Dr. Harvey for Medical Terminology, A&P I and A&P II....These classes are clearly NOT easy, however, I dont think there is a better teacher. The grade you reiceve is simply what you put into it...You study, you do well, if not you'll be withdrawing after the second test. Great Teacher:)

As the majority of people have said in their comments, he is a great professor. To receive a decent grade, you do need to study for the tests and do the lab worksheets and you will do fine. I was scared how I was going to do but I got a B. Im just sad I won't get to have him again next semester :(

He is a great professor, he lectures in an interesting way. His labs are worksheets that must be completed before each test, and the tests are NOT easy, you must study and even read the chapters to really get the whole picture. I was so glad when I found out i actually passed the class! Recommended.

Dr. Harvey is an amazing teacher, I couldn't ask for a better A&P teacher. He really knows his stuff and enjoys it. His teaching style and memory devices really helped me through. Just make sure you do the labs and study guides

Very very long lectures. Huge amounts of information but if you can keep up you can do well. The tests were pretty hard. Just take a lot of notes and study A LOT!!!

Dr. Harvey has an excellent personality and makes this difficult material fun and enjoyable to learn. I can't say the class is easy, because A&P is not easy, but I had no problem excelling in the class.

Don't understand why he never used one single question from online practice tests on his real in class tests. Nice guy and interesting lectures but could not study for tests as his study guides really did not help. He gave you practice true/false, matching and multiple choice but I swear not one of those are on his actual tests. Never again.

I had him for A&P 1. He is a good teacher and a somewhat nice guy. He is very knowledgeable about what he teachers and kind of cocky. You def use the textbook and read it or he will single you out and make you look like a idiot. Not recommended if you plan on doing minimal work. Tests are HARD and you MUST READ THE BOOK AND NOTES RELIGIOUSLY.

Dr. Harvey is a great teacher!!! One of the best. Just be prepared for HARD tests! If you're willing to learn and pay attention you'll get at least a C,but you really need to study and have motivation added to get at least a B. I highly recommend Dr. Harvey if you really want to learn :)

AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!! Dr. Harvey lights up my world of A&P. He is the ultimate professor. This was my 3rd attempt at this class coming from 2 "F's" and I deserved the "B" he gave me. I really left his class knowing the material. Can't wait to see him in A&P 2.

Great teacher. He really loves to teach this subject and it shows. I learned so much and in a way that it will stick with me and the knowledge will be used. You can't cram, you need to learn the material. One of the courses/teachers that will stay with you forever! Can't wait for AP2.

Hard teacher. The lectures are awesome and always super interesting, but his study guides are around 8 pages long and NONE of those questions are on the actual exam you will take. I was forced to drop the class for fear of failing. Don't take unless it's your only class of the semester and you have lots of time to dedicate to studying!!

He is a really fair grader. There are vocab words on the first two tests but they are not that hard He is always in his office to help and is very nice

BEST TEACHER EVER! Harvey is simply amazing. Super cool guy, AWESOME lectures, hard tests! but they are off the study guide. A&P 1 requires a LOT of time and effort but its so worth it! He is a great teacher, very helpful, funny, easy to understand. I learned more in the 1st week of his class than I did in a whole semester of biology. TAKE HIM!

Excellent Teacher! Dr. Harvey actually 'teaches' his class. Very smart and cool guy too. If you are going into the medical field i suggest taking this class. Dr. Harvey was by far the best professor I have ever had. He doesn't just read from a power point he teaches and gives real life examples from his own life. He's a pretty interesting guy. His tests are hard but he does not make them up on his own he uses a test bank. If I wasn't forced to take AP2 over summer I would b taking him now i miss him!

Don't take this professor's class if you are not up for the work. You'll learn a lot, but grades are not a "give away." Dr. Harvey cares about his students, his subject material, and believes in a quality education. If this is not what you want, find a different professor.

I'm 40 years old and working on my second A.S. degree. Dr Harvey is, if not the best, the second best teacher I've had in college. He doesn't just read power-points, he really teaches to you. His tests, however, are no joke. I got an A in A&P1 and Micro but probably getting a C in this class (just took final today).

Dr. Harvey is a very intelligent professor that actually knows what he's talking about. Yes, the tests are hard, but he is really preparing you for the medical field and weaning out the slackers. If you're really serious about the field and want a good recommendation from a legit professor, Harvey is your guy! Record his lectures, it'll help a lot!

Definitely take the class!!!! He worked at a Med school for over a decade and it's obvious he knows what he's talking about. He clarifies every little thing so you'll NEVER leave confused! His tests are kind of hard though,as long as you study over a couple days and not last minute you're fine. I studied last minute and got a C once.. Not so bad

I took Harvey for Anat 1 and loved him so I took him again. Always heard Anat 2 was easier but in my opinion it was a lot harder. I don't think it was Harvey's fault but I didn't do as well. Harvey is one of the best options if you are going to be a science major! He has experience! Get with it! Don't take Berger or whatever because shes easy...

If you're going into the medical field I would recommend taking his class! He incorporates real life examples for better understanding and he acts out things in class. Best teacher I've had! Tests are straight from the study guides that he gives you. He makes class fun! And you won't forget what he taught you, it's embedded in your brain!

Gives real life examples of everything that he teaches and does a lot of acting out when teaching something so it is easier for you to remember. I took almost a year ago and still know mostly everything that he covered in that class. His teachings stick with you!

Great Teacher!!! He gives tons of info in his lectures which can seem daunting but he lets you record his lectures on your phone. He's hilarious with tons of anecdotes and analogies that help you latch onto info. And best of all?... NO PAPERS!!!! A&P 2 is much harder than 1 but if you stay on top of your notes and study a good grade is attainable.

Prof Harvey is truly a great teacher. He knows the material in and out and really helps relate it to everyday life. It was not an easy class, but if you study the study guides you will be fine. He even allowed me to come in a couple days after a test b/c I wasn't ready for it. If you want to actually learn the material, Harvey is a great pick.

Enjoyed his class. He uses gestures, illustrations & memorable stories which drive home remembering what we learn etc. TAKE GOOD NOTES AND WRITE OUT THE STUDY GUIDE w/ answers FOR TESTS! He also encourages and allows recording the lectures. Tests and lab scores will determine grade. Don't miss his lectures. Would definitely take him again! Got an A

Dr. Harvey is a Great professor! I enjoy the class! It's a hard class, but I have faith that I will pass his class. His lectures are great makes you feel comfortable. my anxiety were really bad I told him a little bit about myself and from there on I've felt comfort looking forward in passing this class no matter how hard it is. I will not give up.
