Overall, very good professor. He doesn't like to give breaks and keeps on teaching until the last second of class. But he keeps the classes interesting, and sometimes gives candy!! Tests are basically what he tells you to study. They're kind of overwhelming because there's so much stuff, but he gives many open labs and time to study the material.
he's an awesome teacher - really spells out exactly what you have to know.. he provides you with everything... it's just up to you to study the material.
Very Good Professor!! Explains everything very well for the class to understand.
GREAT professor! Really cares about the material he teaches. He's willing to help in anyway possible. Very clear, hard, but helps in everyway. Doesn't like to take breaks, but part of being thorough. A rare find in professors! Wish there were more like him.
He is a really nice guy and appreciates all his students and their hard work and comments and questions. He will always try his hardest to answer a question and if you ask a question that the information is not needed to be known for his class/that semester, he will just tell you that you don't need to go that deep and need not know it!
Awesome professor! He is such a nice guy and will bend over backwards to help you. His tests are hard, but he gives you all the information you need to know, it's just alot. Definately recommended!! If you go to class, and study you will get an A!
He may not be the easiest professor, but he is always there to answer questions. He gives you all the materials needed to pass the coarse, but it's ultimately up to you to study. You have to earn your grade, but it's a challenging coarse overall so you will get that from any professor. I'm just glad he was patient & kind & made class enjoyable.
Awesome teacher! Is so clear about everything and has a kind hearted attitude! You definately have to study. If you do its cake!
Dr. Kule is great!!! Will help you in any way he can!!! He Trys to make class fun!!! I have had him for Bio-115 also and am glad to have him again for 125!!! He's definately not an easy teacher but he let's you know exactly what you need to know for test!!
Dr. Kule was the best teacher i ever have. I recommend you taking his class. He is the only teacher i had that cares about the students and he will help every student as much as he has to
Yes, the class is hard and there is a lot of material covered, especially in lab. Dr. Kule wants you to succeed, though. He is very thorough and he is pretty explicit about what will be on tests and quizzes. He dos not tolerate absences, and if you miss a day it is nearly impossible to catch up - so don't miss a day!
Dr. Kule is very nice and if you treat him with respect you will get the same in return. He wants everyone to do well and will help you in any way. Definately take this professor if you get a chance you will not be wasting your time or money.
Dr. Kule's study guides and review sheets are fantastic. He is an extremely user-friendly professor, and I highly recommend him.
ONE OF THE BEST ANATOMY TEACHERS I HAVE EVER HAD. VERY HELPFUL, CLEAR ON ASSIGNMENTS, WANTS ALL HIS STUDENTS TO DO WELL AND WILL HELP YOU IN ANY WAY HE CAN. LOVES BEAGLES! AND THE YANKEES =] LIKES TO CRACK JOKES DURING CLASS TO HELP YOU REMEMBER CERTAIN THINGS AND TO KEEP YOU AWAKE! DOES NOT TOLERATE ABSENCES OR LATE ARRIVALS
Willing to help you out, unless another student comes to his office then you are rushed out. Seems to favor the older women in class. Not an easy class even when you study non stop. I guess some people get it and some people don't. Would I ever take him again. Do I feel he is clear on his assignments, no. Very nice guy tho.
So I had him for a&p I and I really couldn't stand him, but now that I have a different proffesor (KAFER) I miss him! He is much more clear in lectures. I really regret not taking him again for a&p 2
Best Anatomy Teacher. He cares about his students so much. and will help you with anything.
Very poor professor. Great guy, just does not know what he wants in regards to assignments. Grades you on the exact reverse of what he told in class, lab or his office. Very poor test writer, his exams do not coincide with his teacing objectives/lecture objectives. Not the best professor I've had.
Dr.Kule is a very nice guy but jumps around too much with topics. The only grades in the gradebook are exams and like 5-10 point quizzes. Lab he gives no break just 3 hours straight through. I would not recommend to take him if you never had A&P.
Dr. Kule is great! He's very funny and a very approachable guy. If you take good notes in class and study them well there is no reason that you should not pass with flying colors. I definitely would take him again if I got the chance.
A&P II is a difficult class no matter what professor you take. Dr. Kule is extremely nice and fair. If you pay attention in class, take good notes, and study for the hours required you will do well. Paying attention in class is key because he will emphasize exactly what's going to be on the exams.I liked his tests because there are no short answer!
Awesome professor his lecture outlines are key to getting an understanding of the material... He wants u to succeed almost all of his test are multiple choice.
Hands down one of the best professors I've ever had! He's very entergetic and loves what he does! Makes the classes go quick. He is not a typical let you float by teacher. You have ot know your stuff. But he is always willing to help and never fails to present the information in a positive manner. Without a doubt take his class.
He's so helpful! His class is very difficult but all A&P classes are. If you go to class every time and take really good notes you will be good to go! If you have questions email him or go see him. He'll get right back to you and answer any of your questions to his fullest ability. I would def tell anyone to take his class :)
very hard hard class, grades you on exact oppisote for quizes. Test's are very convultoted.
Dr. Kule is an amazing professor! He's always energetic during class and makes the 3 hour labs fun to attend. It's a hard class but if you study the material you'll do fine. I recommend Dr. Kule to anyone!
Absolutely the best teacher I have ever had. He will go out of his way to help you succeed, you just have to meet him half way. Makes his classes enjoyable to sit through and explains the material in depth. I could go on all day about how great this man is. TAKE HIM.
Dr. Kule is by far the best teacher I have had. He cares about his students and is very personable. He is willing to help students out, beyond what a professor is obligated to. I would take him again if I could. Anatomy is hard for most to begin with, so don't expect easiness. He is playful and jokes around to help students remember material.
I will admit that this professor was very kind, energetic, and compassionate about his course. But the lecture and labs have zero correlation! You're given too much information at once, and it's not a cohesive course. He will do everything he can to help you, but also expects entirely too much.
Dr. Kule is not the easiest teacher, but he went out of his way to help us succeed in his class. He gave us review guides & practice problems before each exam & he offered lab review sessions throughout the semester, which helped me a lot. Yes, he had high expectations for us, but I felt really well prepared for my program after taking his class.
Dr. Kule is by FAR the best BIO teacher I have had! He is so patient and understanding. If you are struggling, he will help you. Just attend class and STUDY, STUDY, STUDY!
So nice and will take the time to help you if you put forth the effort. Great teacher. Anatomy is never easy but having him as a teacher definitely eases it some.
Dr. Kule is a great professor. His teaching style is very easy to learn off of. Anatomy is a hard course so of course you have to put lots of time and effort into it, but Dr. Kule makes it easier. He grades assignments quick and posts grades which is a HUGE help. Great sense of humor too :)I wish that there were more professors like him. TAKE HIM!
I enjoyed Dr. Kule's class. He is extremely clear on what will be on the test. I took good notes in lecture and found that the Lecture Exams are straight from the notes. Very easy if you simply apply yourself.
Professor Kule is a great teacher if your trying to get your masters degree... He is way to tough. A lot of people fail and I wouldn't recommend him if it is your first year at college. You'll fail.
Dr. Kule takes a lot of time preparing for lecture and lab. He expects you put in the time OUTSIDE of lecturelab to fully understand the material. His review sheets for exams are essential. USE THEM. If you take the time to prepare (start 7 to 10 days before a major exam) you won't find anything shocking. Use open laboffice hrs.
Toughest teacher I've ever had by far. Doesn't work with you at all and assigns multiple assignments in a short amount of time.
I would only suggest Dr. Kule if this class is absolutely necessary for your career choice. It is a tough class and he expects a lot. You have to put a lot of time into studying. He is a great man though.
BIO 115 and 220, the coolest nerd ever
Great and nice guy and wants everyone to do well. However, makes the test nearly impossible. Expects you to know way too much for each test and not enough time to even take it all in. The average of the first lecture test was a D... most people either get an A, D or F in the class there's not really much of an in between.
Dr. Kule is the toughest teacher I have ever had. I worked so hard just to keep a C without missing one class! Worst teacher I ever had. Would not take again. I emailed him and he didn't email me back about my grade but sent out 5 other emails that day. Good luck taking his tests. Impossible. He doesn't curve either like every other teacher.
He is one of the nicest people I have ever met. He genuinely cares for his students and is very inviting to people that go into his office hours. Anatomy can be a difficult class but if you put the time in you will be fine. Highly recommend this teacher!!
I got an A+ in this course. Put in the time and effort and you will be successful. Just don't screw off.
I graduated years ago, yet he's the only college professor that I remember. Coolest nerd, but very difficult. You need to work extra hard in his classes in order to pass. The bare minimum won't get you anywhere.
Dr. Kule is a overall good teacher but he is very tough. Lab exams were outrageous with how many was on it. For example we had 100 around the room and other professors had 40. Very tough and you cant miss one class or you will be screwed. Lecture exams were very hard and he expects way too much. Also giving projects a week before finals.
Tough Grader, goes into great detail about everything!!!!
Dr. Kule is a very smart man & a good professor. If you are capable of learning through words and heavy lectures, and an independent learner, he's for you. However, the information for a basic A&P 115 course is absolutely ridiculous. Compared to other classes we are in far greater depth/detail that seems almost unnecessary. Really, really tough.
very fun, nice professor but he SPRINTS through the material and we still run out of time after 1.5 hours twice a week. he repeats what he puts on the exams multiple times, but he loves point heavy exams and is really nitpicky on things like spelling, neatness, and handwriting size.
Really tough teacher but highly fast paced. If you study after every other lecture, his exams are cake. I didnt have the book and just went off of his notes and PowerPoints.
Too tough of a grader. Does not give you a break ever. Loads and loads of work. Doesnt answer many questions.
Dr. Kule is an amazing professor. He is tough and expects a lot of his students. He gives you all of the resources you need to succeed but you HAVE to put the effort in or you will fail miserably. He is fast paced but repeats himself to ensure you are picking up the information he expects you to know.
He is a very tough grade. Quizzes are online which makes them easy but exams are very hard. Most of the material for the exams must be found throughout book (stuff that was not covered in class).
I'm only halfway through the semester and have an A so far. Put the time in, read the material, study for next exam AS SOON as you complete an exam and you're golden. He gives you the resources you need to succeed, you just have to put them into action. He doesn't curve, but he's preparing you for health science careers! Take him!
Honestly a great professor, gives you everything you need to succeed but you must put your effort in to get a good grade. Lab exams you must study at least 2 weeks in advance for. Lecture exams you must study 1 week in advance for. What you put into this class is what you're going to get out.
You have to be willing to put in the time if you want to be successful in this class. His tests are based on the notes so I would recommend recording his lectures and relistening to them to get what you missed. Read the figures in the book he gives you. Go to open labs to learn the structures and practice spelling because its easy points.
He's a great guy and good lecturer. If you are a person who doesn't like earning your grade, look elsewhere. He genuinely enjoys what he teaches, so class was always interesting. He likes to go into depth on material, but he's also reasonable with what he expects you to know. Just use the resources he gives you for studying and you'll do fine!
If you want to know the material when you leave his class, he is your guy. The class itself is hard! He gives you everything you need to be able to pass. He is happy to help and stresses you spend time in the tutoring center and open labs.
His tests are ridiculously hard, I can study for hours and only get a C. Even his take home quizzes seem impossible half the time and most of the stuff isn't ever in my notes- I write EVERYTHING. You can tell he really enjoys what he does but his class is way too hard. Especially when other professors are giving take home tests for the same class.
He is a great person and an even better prof. He really is willing to help everyone and he truly cares about his students. He gives a lot of information, but it is so you actually learn.
Avoid taking this professor if this is your first semester of college. Extremely difficult lab exams with upwards of 100 practical questions or more. Found it impossible to memorize all the information that he requires for his exams. He definitely knows the material and is passionate about his job but it is taken way too far in his courses.
Dr. Kule is one of the best professors ive had! he really cares about his students and wants each and every one to succeed. he is more than willing to meet with you outside of class if you need any help or feedback. his lectures are interesting and never boring because of his love and passion for the subject as well as his sense of humor!
Dr. Kule is one of the most funny and intelligent professors i have met. Yes, he does make tests hard, but it is because most of the majors that he teaches need this information again. Everything that is said on his powerpoints is on the test. Most questions are "which is correct or which is wrong" Lab exams are all practical, but he gives hints.
He is very easy to talk to and truly wants to help all of his students. He's the kind of teacher that makes you want to be a better student. Miss little to no classes if you want don't want to fall behind. ALWAYS GO TO OPEN LAB! Best teacher I've ever had at PCT in my two years.
Good guy but terrible professor. The majority of the class can fail a test and he'll blame it on the class rather than his teaching. Labs have no correlation to lecture and his exams make absolutely no sense. He doesn't curve anything so its extremely difficult to even maintain a C.
Professor Kule lays out what he expects in his syllabus. If you follow it and work hard you will do well in his course. He is always there if you need help, emailing and office hours. He cares a lot about his students. Tests are hard but you have to put in the work if you want to get good grades. Go to open lab and tutoring!
He made me hate anatomy. Class was only an hour & a half long & he would rush through the material because we were behind. He expects you to know literally everything. Tests are over 100 questions each & are super hard. I studied for hours on end every day & still felt like it wasnt enough. I think the most anyone got in the class was a C.
Hands down my favorite professor ever. Had him for biochem and anatomy and I wish I could for every class from here on out! He makes you work for it, but is also the most helpful prof Ive ever had and is always willing to help with studying, techniques, and is so supportive if youre working hard. Anyone who says different didnt study at all.
I was so excited to take this class, however one day in it and I hated it immediately. He is a nice person outside of class but not a good professor. He sprints through all the material, and dont even think about asking him to explain things. Also, he told tutoring services not to help students out if they had questions on projects or PowerPoints
He is always available for help but the material is extremely difficult. I do not recommend taking him for this course.
Dr. Kule is very knowledgeable and passionate about the material. The class is hard b/c he is thorough in the information you are expected to learn. However, he gives you every resource you need, it's just up to you how much effort you put into it. He is always available and encourages you to visit office hours. He wants you to succeed!
Dr. Kule is one of the best professors I have ever taken. The way he goes about himself is nothing less than respectable. If anyone were to ask me who to take I would recommend Dr. Kule 10 out of 10 times. His class is difficult but if you use the resources given and actually care about trying to learn you will pass. 10/10 recommend.
His lectures went into great depth, and it was hard to follow. The one good thing was that he kept his lecture and lab exams separate. He expects you to know what he is talking about before lecture and lab so make sure you take the time to read the book beforehand. He does have his lab and lectures posted that you can watch which is helpful.
Professor Kule is a very nice man, his class is very hard but he tries his best to help. You will need to spend a lot of hours studying though to pass. The lecture exams are very hard but his lab exams are easy if you study! Overall not a bad teacher it is just a very hard fast pace class.
Dr. Kule is a great professor for Anatomy and Physiology, and I am planning on taking him again for A&P II. The material is difficult, but Dr. Kule makes everything less complex, and I do not have a hard time understanding anything in this class. He also is available during his office hours and is easy to approach for any questions one may have.
I have taken doc Kule's anatomy 2 class and absolutely hated it. His practical exams are 120 questions a piece and yes spelling and neatness count even though you can't read what he writes as Feeback. A very knowledgeable man, but he teaches this class at a 600-level equivalent. Also, he takes points off for attendance and if you're on your phone.
definitely very funny but lab tests were very difficult a lot of memorization. Nice guy overall.
The exams answers were almost exactly the same. Don't recommend taking his class. He says many people have A's or B's but I was friends with most of my class and we either mostly got C's, dropped the course. Very hard professor.
Dr Kule is truly passionate about teaching, his field, and the subject matter covered in the course. He's always willing to help, you just need to reach out. I dedicated a lot of time to this course. It was worth it for what I took away from it. Students who do not apply themselves will NOT succeed here. Take good notes, go to tutoring and study.
Great professor. You need to apply yourself in order to succeed in this class. I dedicated a lot of time studying for this course. Ask for help, go to tutoring hours and office hours.
Dr. Kule is hands down the best teacher I have ever had. He is always willing to help and cares a lot about his students. This course is VERY hard, but he gives everything you need to pass. You just have to put the work in. He is very passionate about his field and teaching. I recommend going to tutoring and open labs as often as you can.
This professor goes into great detail during his lectures. He makes sure you get all the notes you need for the exams, as well as drawing pictures and having you watch short videos about the content you are learning. Participation is a big deal in his class, and he tries his hardest to keep you engaged. I would take his class again in the future.
Dr. Kule is passionate and loves science. While I did enjoy his class, I feel that he really over does it on tests, you'll easily have a 80-100+ questioned exam for lecture, and a big 80+ in person and a online one for lab. He will dock points for any little misspelling which stinks. You'll be studying a TON, or else you won't pass.
Dr. Kule was not the best professor for this class. When doing projects and he hands them back his handwriting is not legible. His exams are extremely difficult and most of my class got C's or below for lecture. Makes us learn extra information that other professors for this class do not require. I do not recommend taking him for this class.
Is this class hard? Yeah it is! But its also the same with other professors, but like Dr.Kule literally provides you with everything you need. I passed with an A- and people, please just follow the study guides he gives you, review the quizzes and exams, and go over the lecture videos if you have to. Jesus man he hands you everything on a plate.
Professor Kule is an amazing teacher!! His class is challenging, but it's college so that is to be expected. He makes sure his students are getting the help they need which is always a great quality in a teacher. My lowest lecture exam grade was a 95%. Just make sure to use the review guides! Super glad I got to schedule him for A&P 2
I had him for lab only and he was a great professor! It's lots of work and is hard, so you have to study or you won't get a good grade. He's very funny in class and definitely knows his stuff. I recommend going to open lab if you can. If you can't make open lab, look at the models in the library or tutoring and it will help a lot!
