This guy is the man. He's geeky but super helpful with questions, re-explains stuff, give easy homework, and good lectures. Sometimes the tests weren't straightforward, but he always hooked us up if we all did bad, like raise everyone's scores by 10 percent or give super easy extra credit. I'd recommend him any day.

This class is seriously too intese for an Astronomy class. There are quizzes and homework due everytime you come to class. Feels like way too much work for a General Education class that most people take to get through school. Maybe I had expectations of an easy class though. Seriously is way harder than this class needs to be.

Dr. Draper is fantastic! His lectures are very entertaining and the content is super interesting. Get ready to do a lot of homework and reading though, because there is a lot. If you do the reading and pay attention in class, you'll be fine. Dr. Draper will take all your questions, he knows his stuff.

Dr.Draper has been an amazing professor! He does require quite a bit of reading, but it's doable and honestly, it's been the class I've learned the most. He doesn't give you homework just to give you homework, he does it so you can actually LEARN the stuff. His lectures are so fun and loves when the class participates.

Dr. Draper was very enthusiastic about the subject, and taught in a way that made the subject very interesting. He always respected the comments and questions of each student in a kind way, which really encouraged me to not be afraid to participate in class. One of the best professors and best classes I've had during my time at UVU.

Very funny guy who understands if something comes up in your personal life. I got really sick and couldn't make it to lectures and he gave me an extension. Months later my dog ate chocolate as well told him about it he understood why my project wasn't turned in on time. I wish he had a nerf gun to shoot the kids that spoke too much.

Dr. Draper is very passionate about science, but understands most students taking this course are looking for an introductory level. He provides great information and answers questions well. Though there is regular homework and reading required, I found it all very interesting and beneficial. I would recommend this course to everyone!

He lectures every day but they're good. Heavy homework assignments a few times a week and occasional projects that are alright but time consuming. Easy going professor, easy lectures, kind of difficult homework but time consuming. If you just set aside an hour or two a week, you can finish all the assignments for that week in one go
