This class is easy. If you follow her directions for the speeches you will get an A. The Midterm and final are not difficult at all. This is a chill class and doesn't require much outside of class study time.

Ms Moorhead has an awesome personality and character when come to teaching. As an international student, I have learnt a lot in her class. She makes everyone in her class socialize. Her tests and exams are not that hard because she will tell u what is going to out on them. Highly Recommend!

This is my second class with Christina. I took her this semester for intercultural communication. I really had fun while learning about other cultures. Her teaching methods are great and all you need is to come to class and study your notes. She even tells you what is on the test. She's really nice!!

I loved Ms. Moorhead. If you're terrified of public speaking her techniques will be very helpful. In her classes you get to meet a different classmate every class meeting so you're not intimidated by them. She's also funny & a fair grader. I took this class during the winter intersession (4 weeks)! I'm quite shy by nature, but she really made the classroom a friendly and comfortable environment. We did a total of 4 types of speeches. I made so many friends in that class and had so much fun. I now feel so much more confident if I have to do a presentation for another class.

Its about time I had a teacher who loved their work. I was not into this subject at all.(requirement class). She influenced me so much,I never missed or was late for this class. Felt important to be there. This is not a boring subject as I initially thought. It's a class where you stretch new qualities you never knew you had.I learned allot.

At first I thought that her high energy was only for the first day of class. Wrong. She has high energy all the time and it's great for a 3 hour night class. She gives you a decent grade as long as you try during your performances and participate. Midterm was easy. Most don't know that it is a performance class but she made it comfortable.

She focused on a tight, formulated speech preparation enable you to filter the importance in the art of persuasion. She is a caring person as well as respectful to her charge, a rarity.

Midterm and finals are easy as long as you use the studyguide. 5 presentations: i dont like to present but were all easy; you get up in front of the class and read off a paper, and that's basically it. Professor does make you go to a play and write a 2 pager about it. That's all she grades and deducts points for being absent.

Professor Moorehead is a gem. She genuinely cares about her student and assigns work that has purpose that allows you to grow as a student and human. Each class is interactive but in small groups. You feel the sense of community in the class room. There is work to be done but there is plenty of time to complete. Keep up on the readings.

Her class is so organized, due to this syllabus that she gives you since the first day of class. You will know when each assignment and speech is due. There are 6 speeches, one midterm, and the final. Read the book, be creative in your speech writing, and most importantly be committed to working hard in this class. She is very caring, and amazing!

I loved this course and Professor Moorhead did an amazing job of establishing a community for the classroom. By the second class I had developed a relationship with each student and we communicated regularly. Didn't care for the group projects and she isn't clear on directions so be sure to ask questions. I highly recommend her.

This class requires a lot of busy work, nothing complex. However, as long as you show up to each class and do the work, an A is almost guaranteed. None of the work is difficult.

Great Professor, The class was not what was I had expected, thought we would analyze literature not preforming it. That said Prof. Moorhead made the experience great, you just have to try and pay attention to lectures and take notes and her study guides are great for getting a good grade on tests, which there are 3 for the semester.

You have to do only 5 journals in the semester but gives you from the first week of the class, to the last week of the class to do it, dont be me and do them all the last week. Prof Moorhead has amazing enthusiasm and very thoughtful feedback. She encourages everyone to make small talk and get to know each other. She is very low tech, expect to print out papers and have to ask for lectures to be uploaded to canvas.

Midterm and final exam were fairly easy but study so you're not surprised by anything. Attendance is a big part of this class but she's open to working with students with any concerns or conflicts.
