She made a point to recognize that I did not sacrifice speed for quality, I appreciate that because I truly am here to learn, not just get a grade.

Christine Burke is an absolute fabulous instructor. I have taken many courses since starting college and if I was able to have Christine as my instructor throughout this process I would be lucky. She explains all the learning material, responds to all questions, emails, concerns, and gives great feedback.

She uses a variety of teaching methods (videos, textbook, websites, etc.) and is involved with the class. I love that she participates in the DQ's by responding to each student asking questions that push us to further our knowledge on the topic. She does a great job at assessing our responses and understanding how to take that one step further.

Say hello to an actual person, not just a scripted professor. I had some serious "lol" moments with her and appreciated real interaction. She comments on just about every DQ which helped break up the redundancy of trying to talk to peers who flat out suck. She uses jings which are neat, makes this more than just your standard online class.

She has been such a wonderful instructor. Not only does she know her stuff, she asks us questions so we can dig deep into the readings each week (replies to our DQ's). She truly wants us to succeed in this class, and you could just tell that she is a caring instructor- online. I would take her again if there are other classes she teaches for sure!

This Instructor actually CARES about her class. She is responsive, get this, with a response that shows she actually READ the posts. I can honestly say that I have never had an instructor be so available and involved in any class I've taken. She always makes the DQ's & responses much easier by asking additional questions after each students DQ post. This helps when you can't find anyone to respond to due to interest in their post or if students wait till the last minute to post.

Teacher was very responsive when I needed clarification on assignments and as long as you maintain communication with her you can turn in late assignments, with penalty of course. The only reason I got a C was because I did not plan myself correctly but she is a great teacher and would love the opportunity to take her again!

Reading material was actually accurate and needed to complete assignments. A lot of assignments were due but all the assignments were EASY just required plenty of time to complete. I like how she graded the assignment although it was late. Some teacher don't understand that students are full-time students, employee or parents outside of class.

Professor Burke is not like this she added great questions that keep you thinking and gives responses that make you feel better about the work you did.

Professor Burke is amazing! She is very understanding when it comes to late work which is much appreciated as a student working a full-time job. She offers time to complete late work. She grades assignments with thoughtful responses and truly wants her students to succeed. I appreciate her as a professor and all that she has taught me! Thank you!!!

Professor Burke is an amazing!! I felt that the class was tough for me, but she always was helpful to help out any situation. I have a lot of respect for her, and she really cares about her students and she wants them to become successful. There was a time that I was stuck, but she knew exactly what to tell me so I could find what I needed.

Seeing that we are online it's hard to form a relationship with a professor, but Professor Burke was constantly in the DQ's providing feedback and asking additional questions. She was one of my favorite teachers that I've had thus far in my academic career.

This is an online class, so attendance wasn't necessarily mandatory, participation is. She is there for you and is a great 'hype-man'!
