Always showed up 10 mins late to class. I didn't understand STAT, but she made it as easy as possible. She will help you understand math. She is worth taking.

This is the only competent math teacher I've ever had. I finally understand STAT and all that good stuff...a very slow-paced class, she makes sure everyone is prepared for the exams.Explains things as thouroughly and clearly as possible.

I don't think the woman could be any clearer if she tried. She had mandatory attendence so if you already know everything it's not fun, but if you just don't get math she's really good.

Professor Ebert was one of the best math teachers I've ever had. She's really nice and explains everything. Gives you all the problems on quizzes ahead of time. Only allows you to have 3 absences but you can have people sign your name for you.

You have to try really hard to do bad!! Its so clear cut and easy and the tests are simple. GREAT prof!!! Hope that you get her because even if you are having a problem (which you wont) she is really sweet and will answer questions in office hours.

Explains concepts and answers questions clearly . Crammed 2/3 of the graded course assignments into the last 3 days of the course which made life kinda miserable for a while.

This is an incredibly easy class. It's the only math I have to take for my major and it's easier than math ever was in high school. This class is an easy math credit. She seems like a very helpful and sweet teacher.

It's true, she IS very nice, BUT she does go EXTREMELY fast through teaching new stuff. Sit in the front so you can see clearly to take notes, and be prepared to study for things you don't understand, the study sessions are normally packed

Very nice lady, helpful, go to office hours. The tests are difficult and are a little different from the homework problems. You really have to know what you are doing.

DO NOT BUY BOOK! It is a waste of $128! I haven't opened it once and have a solid A. Friendly and helpful professor with pleasant attitude. Exams are pretty easy and are made up by the math department. She gives extra credit for creativity on the math projects. Easy class, and highly recommended professor! :)

If you didnt feel like a math idiot before college, this class wont boost your self-esteem. Although, polite lady and helpful if you seek help. Book is a waste of $, used it once if that. Tests are short and usually not that hard, put in 40 minutes of review and you'll do fine. She talks about Australia like its a 2nd job for some reason. G'luck

She is a great math teacher! I'm not quick with math, but I got a 90 or higher on all tests. She explained everything and overall the class ended up being an easy A. If you have to take math 114 take it with ebert!

ebert is amazing. she does absolutely everything she can to help you do well. see her if you're having trouble and she'll be even more willing to help you out. projects are easy ways to bring your grade up, one time i even got a 24/20. the ONLY bad thing is she goes a little fast sometimes but its easy to get extra help if you get lost. TAKE EBERT!

She's very picky when it comes to grading tests, everything must be labeled correctly or you lose points even if your answer is correct. She's very nice and was always willing to help. There are a few projects. Takes attendence.

I dreaded taking a math course, but she was extremely helpful. I actually understood most of what was taught. If you keep up with the assignments and ask for help if you need it, you should have no problem on the exams.

intro to stat I. very easy course especially since its open note/book tests and she is very lenient and will answer questions. takes attendance but class is not that boring. best stat teacher i have ever had.

I am awful at math, so I did poorly in this class, but she was clear... and nice. HOWEVER, she did falsely accuse me and my friend of cheating on an assignment!! too bad i didnt care enough about school to do anything about it.

Very nice teacher. easy class if you took precalc previously. exams aren't bad if you prepare. Homework assignments are an easy A and so are quizzes because she tells what will be on them.

nice woman, exams can be intense. the actual exams are like the practice exams, but a lot harder. and GET THE TEXT BOOK.....you need it to do the practice problems!

First of all, this class was honestly easier than math courses that I took in middle school. No, seriously. She is very clear and goes very slowly. Her tests usually consist of about 15-16 multiple choice questions then a long answer section of about 4 questions. She also wears amazing sweaters.

i used to hate math and found it to be really hard but she was extremely clear and very fair on grading. shes a really understanding teacher-probably one of the best math teachers i've had.

Prof. Ebert is a great women and shes very helpful. She moves a little fast, but tells you almost everthing thats on the test. Test are tricky though so make sure you study the problems she tells you to do. I would definitely recommend taking her!

I took this class online. The lecture notes were pretty clear. The examples she gives on the slides will be sufficient in order to do well on all of the tests, problem sets, and two simple projects. She is a little slow about grading things, but she will hand everything back to you so you can see the mistakes you made. Not a bad class.

She can word things to where you might be tricked. 3 exams & a final, quizzes are easy points, attendance is mandatory. Overall wonderful person

She's a good teacher, very clear. I hated the online homework, but I think all math classes use that. The tests can be a bit tricky, but she provides practice tests which really help, and office hours. If you have to take this class, take it with her.

course compass-- i hate it. alot of online homework, class is very fast paced so if you've never taken pre-calc before youll probably be lost. HAVE to go to class, you can only miss 2 and then after that its 5 points off your grade for each class you miss.

Took Prof Ebert online for MATH201 - best decision of my life. There were 18 lectures total, I chose when I wanted to watch them or do anything for the class. Don't slack too much, or at least be prepared to make up the work when you do. Three tests and three problem sets, nothing too difficult. I'd recommend online if you have work ethic

Amazing teacher. She is just awesome. Had her for Math 117. She may go a tad fast, but she dumbs everything down and makes sure everyone understands the material. Extremely nice woman and is willing to help you with anything. Highly recommend, you will not be disappointed!

She is not the best math teacher. She teach fast as f16. Even many of students dont understand she dont care about that. Confusing. I hated her class. Although she is helpful but the speed of her teaching is extremely fast and non understandable.

never been good at math, but i got an A in this class without doing any of the homeworks...great teacher and very nice to her students. DEFINITELY go to the reviews. She always goes over problems that are identical to problems on the test

I took Stat 1 online over winter session. The course starts of quickly, week 1 you watch a ton of lectures but then week 2 you have the whole week to study for your exam. So its a little bit of a rollercoaster. The material is pretty straight forward. I would recommend this over taking it compaired to a traditional course.

Really sweet lady. She was always respectful and answered questions. Math has never been my subject. I didn't do too well in her class, but if you're okay at pre-calc, I would recommend her. She moves quick; lots of homework on coursecompass.

Do your homework, go to class and your fine. If you need office hours she is always helpful. Warning tests may be on the hard side thats why I stress doing the homework. She helps a lot at review and her notes are good, no surprises there.

So the first two exams were ridiculously easy. She was very helpful in the first two since she did reviews before the exam. However, the 3rd and final exam were the worst. I managed to get 90% on the first two exams and barely 30% on the last two. She does not curve. She expects this class as a high school review to you and asks many tric questions
