She is really entertaining. You never know what may come out of her mouth. She covers the material very well. Her tests are a bit difficult, but if you study, you should do well.

She always gives good examples and many chances at a good grade. I also thought it was fairly easy if you keep up in the class.

Take Chris definitely if you are considering Psych....she definitely can gain anyones interest with her random and funny stories about her family. What ever you do, don't pack up early because nothing P's her off more than a student overly eager to pack up 5 minutes before her lecture ends....quite frankly it is rather rude to pack up early.

Chris is the best teacher that i have had all year! She loves psychology and teaching it. Makes the class fun, cracks jokes and you can crack them right back. Read the chapters, quizzes are on them but if you read youll be fine. Tests really make you think. Anyways if you can take her I would def. recommend her.

Chris is the best teacher ever. If you have a chance to take her class take it, even if it is not required for your major. The test are difficult, but if you take notes and study, your usually good. Even though I had the class for 3hrs straight it wasn't that bad.

AMAZING! Chris is so laid back and fun. I had a 3 hour night class with her and there was never a dull moment! The tests can be a little challenging, but they all come straight from the notes and she gives great notes. She was a great professor. Always trying to make things easy for people to understand. There was a quiz at the beginning of every chapter so if you read the chapter it was easy points, some days we did them together and even made up the questions together. I would take her for every psych class if I could. Amazing teacher and super helpful!

Horrible, hated the class. She often ranted about herself and pointless things, her powerpoints included her opinions on the material we learned not just the class material. Overall for a 300 level class, there was way too much work required. i WILL NEVER take a class with her again

Awesome class. I learned a lot from Dr. Offutt and her class was my favorite last semester.You have to read the textbook to do the quizzes! The exams are not easy, but you will get used to how they are and if you go to class and pay attention, you will be fine. Loved the class!

If you're looking for someone to relate real life situations into a class this is the professor to take. I loved having her as a teacher. Her exams will twist your brain. If you study hard and show up for class along with participate you should be fine. She's really easy going and is always there to answer questions when needed.

Dr. O is awesome. She is very sarcastic, stubborn and blunt but in a great way.. she means well. Go to her class so you can pass! She explains everything so clear and thoroughly. If you have a question she will try to answer it as best as she can so that you will have a better understanding. She is an extremely flexible professor, she looks out!!

She gave a quiz for each chapter the day we started it. As long as you did the reading they were easy to pass. Gave 3 critique and the last was the hardest. She is willing to help if you ask for her. I would take her again she makes class fun and interesting. If not many in class she'll give EC to those that were in class

Dr. Offutt is great! I also found the course material interesting but she is great at explaining it. The assignments are very clear and she is very lenient. There are many opportunities for extra credit. The course work isn't hard but you do need to study to do well on the tests. There's really no excuse for doing poorly in her class.

This class was very inspirational. It definitely opened my eyes up to different leadership styles. It has allowed me to take those different styles and apply to different scenarios in every day life
