Extremely nice! Very helpful and clear on what you're supposed to do and what she expects. If you don't understand, she will make sure you do before moving on. Work consisted of a few papers, average length of about 4 pages. You get to revise each and pick your best at the end, so easy to get a good grade if you do your work. Highly recommended!

Christine was very helpful and explained every piece of literature with full detail along with background information. She tells you exactly what she expects of you and she is very fair. Great Teacher!!

I took her for an online coarse. She was awesome. She had everything well organized and was always available to answer you questions. Over all there were only two research papers in her class. The way she had it set up, the class went smoothly. Awesome teacher!!

Chris was a great english teacher! The class never dragged on because we did interesting group activities and class discussions. She really helped out with the papers we had to write and we prepared and sometimes even wrote them on class. I definately recommend taking her class!

Prof. Vasquez is awesome. Attendance is worth a lot, but if you show up to every class and read the assignments (which aren't that long), you will get a good grade. She's super-helpful and encourages class discussion instead of just lecturing about the material. Highly recommended.

Chris is awesome! She's always super excited coming into class, & always has awesome activities planned. The creative project was awesome. One midterm paper, one final paper, one research paper, one creative proj. No tests and no quizzes. Readings every week, but they're not hard to get through at all, trust me. This class was awesome. :)

She's the most energetic professor! She's always excited to come to class & she cares about her students so much! In the middle of the semester she will start giving pop quizzes but she tells you before hand. So just make sure you read. Those "pop" quizzes will add up and replace your final so if you do well on them you won't have to take it! EASY!

I never considered an online course because I didn't think I was disciplined enough but the way Chris has the course laid out, each assignment is one step towards writing your research paper. There is a lot of work but it is doable. This is my second class with Christine, she really is a great professor. I didn't use the textbook or buy it.

Great teacher. She was steadily available and involved more than any other professor I have had online. There is a lot of work and researching, but if you put forth an effort, you will do great. She also takes the fear out of writing long papers. Ten pages is NOTHING after this class.

Chris, I don't need to finish your class to tell you what a privilege it's been to have you as my English Professor. This combined English program is the best thing I've experienced at Brookdale next to you! Two 7 1/2 week courses, and my English requirements were completed. I know I want to try your short story or lit class. You Are The BEST!

I took Eng-235 online and I seemed to have a much easier workload than people who took it in class, to an extent. They don't have to answer discussions in written form, but it helps with the essays that you do. Overview: Read, answer discussion, respond to a classmate. Three big essays, an easy research assignment, and a creative discussion. Done.

I'm taking a third class that you teach one after the other, luv ya. What an amazing professor,what an amazing person! Thank You for EVERYTHING.

Professor Vasquez is an excellent teacher who cares about her students and wants them to succeed in and out of class. The assignments are clearly defined and easy to understand, and there is room for extra credit. A great course and a great teacher.

I gave a review of ENGL121 & ENGL122 on 1/5, just finished her ENGL 236 class and I have recommended her to other students who are thrilled they took her. She is truly a beautiful person and if you need further explanation, if you have an issue with her, you have to be a sociopath, because she is there for you the student. Three classes so far...

I really enjoyed taking Prof. Vasquez's. There is a lot of reading required because it is a world lit class but other then that pretty easy A if you do the work.

Professor Vasquez is absolutely amazing! Fully online course, so it's only discussion based with three papers. There wasn't any tests or quizzes, if you read what's required you'll get an A. Complete every discussion fully (40pts each), and do every part of the papers (100-200 each), and you'll succeed in her course. I loved her, take her!!

Professor Vasquez was the best professor I had during my time at Brookdale. She was attentive, made sure to give feedback, and was always so kind. I really did enjoy this short story class, super easy if you do the discussions and mini quizzes!

One of my favorite professors that I've taken so far. Her lectures were so clear, and her constructive grading made me feel like I was doing a good job. Her homework took maybe half an hour to finish and the paper was easy because you are already writing it from day one. She continually asked us for feedback and improved the class every day!

Vasquez is an absolute sweetheart! Each week you have a 5-6 question quiz based directly off of very simple lecture slides and the reading, they are very easy. You also have discussions but they are all interesting and revolve around your opinion and personal analysis of the stories. She provides great feedback and is overall a super caring prof!

She is one of the nicest professors I've had. The class really only consists of two big papers as your major grades spaced out over the course of several weeks, but there are some other smaller assignments. She provides areas for extra credit so definitely take advantage of that. Overall 10/10. You can tell she cares about her students.

She was very nice all semester. The Final paper was easy. She does nitpick the little things in your papers, but she's just trying to get you better at writing. I did find her lectures underwhelmingly useless. There was no point in going to class, and it was so boring except for a few classes. The class is very easy.
